Knock - A discussion and teaching group for the Christian faith

Explore God, scripture and life's questions.

Each month a new topic from the knock group gets uploaded to the podcast, along with the power point PDF and discussions can take place here or on the Facebook page.

Discussion is good, bigotry is not. Let's keep the peace :).

Faith is a journey of discovery. I find that for every answer there is a question, more than the other way around. Borders expand, mystery and wonder increase and the world becomes coloured by the process.

On this site I pose a question and then explore it, looking for symmetry and patterns within our realm of experience and scripture. Once a pattern emerges there are usually loose ends which lead us gracefully on to the next realm of discovery to repeat the process.

Will it ever end? Unless God is finite the answer would be "no".
Blessings!

Genesis 2 reveals the relationship we had with God in the beginning. This became lost through the advent of sin. That relationship has now been restored. But what is the nature of our relationship? Is God our shepherd? Our Father? Our groom? In this session we explore the scriptures that deal with how we relate to God.
