From today&#39;s Haaretz:

Downpour drowns Tel Aviv streets   Yesterday afternoon&#39;s 
downpours led to the flooding of streets in north Tel Aviv, blocking 
roads, disrupting flights at Sde Dov airport and creating huge puddles 
at the entrance to Tel Aviv University. According to the Meteo-Tech 
meteorology service, 45 mm. of rain fell on Tel Aviv within two hours.
