You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. Nightmare!

.........I went to close the door but it wouldn't move. Then I saw a pitbull coming close to the house and two or three dobermans trailing right behind it. They had this vicious look and drool dripping down their mouths. I tried to shut the door again but for some reason it was way smaller than the door frame...there was a big gap left when i closed it. By this time the pit bull had reached the door and was growling at me. I pictured myself being mauled to death and decided that was not the way I was going to go down. I tried pulling a near by table to block the gap but the pit bull came right through it. I bolted towards an open room and tried grabbing my cell phone on the way to call 911.............

...i then woke up drenched in sweat. It was all a nightmare....yes, a nightmare.

Michael Vick is very guilty of been cruel to those dogs. Whether he was green, blue, pink or what color, he would have still been guilty! Being black myself I find it disturbing how people have to always to result to the race card when an issue like this arises. It's about time people learnt to take responsbility of their actions and face the consequenses.

So there....Michael Vick is guilty, guilty guilty!!!! And he needs to face the consequenses like a man and learn from his mistakes.

I just watched the results after last night's Diana Ross songs. I cannot believe that this guy, Sanjaya Malakar just made it through!! Who in the world is voting for this boy America? He has butchered some awsome songs right there on the stage....and someone somewhere is voting for him?

Thinking about making a change in your life?

These actions can help you make the transition:

Clearly identify the change that you want to make. Be specific and write it down. Identify any barriers that may prevent you from making the change. For each one identified, develop a strategy for overcoming them.

Identify and commit to what you will have to do differently to make the change happen. Remember nothing will change until your behavior changes.

Identify and use a support system. Enlist the input and support of trusted friends and family members. In some cases, it is helpful to seek the advice of a counseling professional who can serve as a neutral source of guidance for you.

Understand that change is incremental, especially on a large scale. Most change is slow to evolve. Celebrate the small successes as you move toward the bigger goal.

Accept that the path to a permanent change is never linear. Roadblocks and setbacks are going to be a part of the journey. Acknowledge them and use them as learning opportunities.

Stay positive. Be confident in yourself and have an expectation of success.
