We are taking in a great deal less tax revenue than money the government is spending.

It seems what we should do is reduce our spending on those who are dependent on the government. I think psychiatry is a big problem. The amount of humans who are recieveing government money due to psychiatrists rubberstamping the problems in living that all humans experiencing as genuine disease is probably pretty enormous. If we could reduce this, it would be for the better. I have railed againts psychiatry here before.

Dr. Thomas Szasz states that psychiatrists are like art forgers. They create fake diseases that they attempt to have seen as real diseases. Everyone experiences problems in living. And sometimes humans say weird things. But should they be drugged and stigmatized instead of given help and support in creatively solving their problems?

The drugging, labeling, and stigmatizing of our citizens probably contributes enormously to our budget deficit. Dr. Szasz has contrasted this with the inquisition. Crunch the numbers. Do the math. Think courageously.
