There are payponds, and then there is the paypond in Rawang, stocked with behemoths from the Amazon to the Mekong.

This pond is located in Rawang, near Bandar Country Home. There are a variety of exotic species in the pond mega among Arapaima, AMAZON REDTAIL Catfish, Catfish REDTAIL ASIAN, TAPAH, GAR alligators, giant snakehead, grass carp, carp, snakehead, sebarau, Mekong catfish, Pangasius FRUIT, catfish CHAOPHARAYA, DRIVE, black tilapia, RED, catfish and other species yet.

Fly Fishing For fans like me, this pool is ideal for Fly Fishing. The spacious pool area and depths of 10 feet guarantee satisfaction mega fight with the species here.

Set Fly Fishing I am using here is WT9, sinking fast / slow sinking line. Drag reel is strong and smooth very helpful here. Types of highly effective fly bait here is kind of Wooly bugger.

Redtail Asian carp species and between species is the easiest to use fly fishing caught here.

Early morning is the best time for fly fishing here.

The entry fee for Catch & Release package is RM100 for 3 hours. Quite expensive but exciting experience of large fish, a very strong fight here can not be described with words.
