Vastu re-defined:

"Man's quest for health and happiness has been rewarded by Nature in various forms. The evolution thereof is a never-ending process, though the momentum, depending on several factors, keeps on changing. ‘Vastu' is one of such forms. Now you too can arrange house and work place according to Vastu and make your life a little more happier and harmonious."

"Even the Gods and saints who come into the physical body are subject to the powerful influences of the five elements."

All the famous temples are as per the Vastu tenants.

*The famous Kali Temple of Kolkata is an unique example of Vastu.

Astrologically:

The layout of your residence or work place is very similar to a Horoscope. In astrology one cannot tame the baneful planets whereas in Vastu, the Earth being one of the nine planets is the best approach to configure to our needs and get the best results and get beneficial results from such bad effects of the planets.

Issued in public interest for the non-belivers:

Even though the builders boasts of Vastu compliency, it is hard to apply even 60-70% of this wonder science.

Kolkata, Kanpur, Lucknow, Ranchi and Patna Real Estate Developers are not applying Vastu principles as I had observed and due to ignorance of the benefit of Vastu, general public are unaware of this wonder science.
Whereas the Vastu culture can be found at Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & other Southern states of India.

Beware of Astrologer turned Vastu Consultant.

Vaastu pujas' (Havanas) and implementation of Yantras and other products will not yield any positive gains.

"There are many powerful yantras related to yogic practices, experiential meditation and for specific healing practices. But regarding Vaastu, yantras and meditation are largely ineffective."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

a note:

Even though the flat is said to be "Vaastu Approved" by the promoter, do take the advise of a reputed Vastu Consultant before finalisation or later, do compare it with a newly born deformed baby treated with the best medical aids.

Interior Designing should also be done at the instance of a Vastu Consultant to relish life or view the wrought.

Vastu for a smooth & happy sailing in life.

NEED A NON-BELIEVER go for V-compliant flats, house, land or an apartment needs to be considered?

For the non believers, you need to buy or build your house according to the norms of vastu shastra, otherwise at the time of disposing off the property at a later time, one won’t find good buyers and may fetch much lower price than the prevailing market value which is not the case with a Vastu compliant one, which will command a premium and ready buyers.
