Today I am sharing, briefly, what it was like growing up in the pet bird industry. My Mom started the shop in 1979, when I was 10 years old. We have come a long way since those early years.

I am searching for the oldest living bird that was sold from Kookaburra Bird Shop. I want to share those stories with people and help people with younger birds keep them for the long haul.
