TVXQ to record a track for ‘Athena: The Goddess of War’ OST

It was recently announced that TVXQ will be joining Park Hyo Shin, SNSD’s Taeyeon, Jang Jae In and Brown Eyed Soul for the OST of ‘Athena: The Goddess of War.’

In contrast to the soft, melancholic sounds of Taeyeon’s ‘I Love You‘ and Brown Eyed Soul’s ‘Put It Back‘, TVXQ’s OST track will deliver a song characterized by a faster pulse and ‘realistic sounds’.

TVXQ’s track will be played during the action scenes; the producers aim to use their powerful vocals as a catalyst for pumping up the viewers’ adrenaline during the highly dramatic moments.

Preview of TVXQ’s Yunho and Changmin track for Japanese drama, “Beautiful Neighbors”

It is said earlier that a track from TVXQ's Yunho and Changmin Japanese single for their nexr comeback on January would be used as J-drama ‘Beautiful Neighbors / Utsukushi Rinjin‘ OST / soundtrack.

Recently, a CM (commercial) for the drama aired and the CM used the track ‘torn’ as the background music.

What do you think guys? for me, I like it a lot ! But kinda sad imagine it will be a duo TVXQ T_T The drama will air from January 11th and tells the story of a ‘devilish’ woman (Nakama), who is hell-bent on destroying the peaceful life of the happy housewife next door.

SME revealed, “TVXQ’s music and perfect harmony will serve as a thrilling backdrop to the suspenseful charm of the drama, and we expect that the song would get a hot response from fans once released.”

Their new album will drop in Korea on January 5th, which will be followed by the release of their Japanese single on the 26th.

E-Tribe's New Girl Group, ‘Dal★shabet’ and Photo Teaser For Their Debut MV

Famous producers E-Tribe have been working on creating a new girl group, and they’ve just revealed that they’ve come up with a 6-member group by the name of ‘Dal shabet‘. In Korean, it’s “달샤벳” or “Dal Shabet”, with ‘Dal’ meaning ‘Sweet'. So it will be 'Sweet Shabet'? Not bad :D

Management agency Happy Face Entertainment stated today, “E-Tribe, who has produced for the likes of SNSD, Super Junior, Lee Hyori, T-ara, and MBLAQ, is coming out to produce ‘Dal shabet’.”

Because of E-Tribe’s multiple hits, Dal shabet is gaining a lot of interest not only in Korea, but overseas as well, due to their reputation as creators of the smash-hit single, “Gee”

The group is currently tackling a photoshoot for their new album jacket, and plan to officially debut in January 2011.

Recently, photos taken from the set of the girls’ music video for “Supa Dupa Diva” – determined to be their debut track – were revealed by their agency, Happy Face Entertainment.

The director of their MV, Jo So Young, stated,

“To convey the lovely and energetic atmosphere, we used sets originally utilized in performances to create a musical-like scene. Even though the whole filming process took around 30 hours, the girls didn’t show any signs of fatigue.”

TVXQ to comeback as duo in 2011 and will sing for Japanese drama, “Beautiful Neighbors”

On 23rd november 2010, through TVXQ official site SM announced that TVXQ will be returning in 2011. It quite surprised me, how about their contract probelm with Junsu, Jaejoong, and Yoochun? T_T As we all know, now the three is currently working hard as a new trio group, JYJ. They just finished their world showcase about 1 weeks ago and they currently take a break from celebrities activities.

Back to the topic~ In the TVXQ's homepage, SM released a statement saying,

“After the 3 TVXQ members left, for over a long year, both U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin have refrained from musical activities.

The two members as well as the company wanted to keep TVXQ alive, thinking about the never changing hearts of our loyal fans who have waited a long time.

As indicated by the ruling, all of TVXQ’s activities need to be done through SM, unfortunately, the three members that left have regretfully not responded to any of our offers for activities as TVXQ. After long and careful consideration, we made this decision.

For U-know Yunho and Max Changmin, who never left and kept their dreams as TVXQ, we have decided together with the two members to keep TVXQ alive.

No matter what happens, we believe that TVXQ should continue for the love and trust of the fans who created TVXQ together with us.

We are not ruling out any possibilities in the future. Continuing TVXQ is the best way to repay the fans who love and waited for TVXQ.”

so..it will be a duo-TVXQ? and if that mean the name of cassiopeia will only be a memory? It seems that way, seriously I'm so sad but I wish they will success in the future even if it's really going to be two-member-TVXQ.

after that, on 1st December 2010, the two TVXQ left a message in TVXQ official site.

Titled “To our loving fans,” the post went on to state:

“We are greeting our fans through writing, who were probably just as upset as we were during this time.

We’ve discussed and consulted with our agency for over a year, and have finally decided to protect our original duty and the place of TVXQ.

and what gives me a goosebumps are these teaser photos, two-member TVXQ revealed a new-concept-photo-teaser for their comeback in January 2011, more specific 5th January.

The album is said to be containing a variety of genres that will allow fans to see how much the two members have matured vocally. The album will drop in Korea on January 5th and will be followed by the release of a Japanese single version on the 26th, and these photo teaser are also followed by an announcement that a track from their Japanese single would be used for the J-dorama ‘Beautiful Neighbors‘ OST.

SM Entertainment has revealed that ahead of their single release on January 26th, 2011, one of their songs will also be used as the theme song for the upcoming Fuji TV drama, Utsukushi Rinjin (美しい隣人), which stars Nakama Yukie http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifand Watabe Atsuro.

wahhh~ and again, I have to say "it's been a long time since my last posting" :D but this time, it's really been a long time right? =_=a but listen ! now I am officially a senior high school student~ and I got my target school, one of best school in my country~ wahh, I can't believe that I passed the entrance test XD but hell yeah, now I was like working for 18 hours a day, I mean it was a busy day everyday, full of tests, homeworks, courses, and studying, ohh~ my busy-high-school-days.

on 13th december yesterday, the first episode of "IRIS" spin-off drama “Athena: Goddess of War” is aired and got an awesome rating, a killer 22.8% through SBS. It's difficult these days to get 20% rating on the first episode and mantain viewer's interest, beside that there are many drama to compete with. congrats~ let's see how this drama will be in the future.

Composer Ahn Young Min also praised Taeyeon's singing ability after they collaborated in this "I Love You" song.

CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa celebrates his birthday

as we know, today is June 22, 2010 and it's birthday of CNBLUE's Jung Yonghwa ^^ Jung Yonghwa is now 22 (Korean age) and was born on June 22, 1989. A small birthday party was held with BOICES welcome to join in on the celebration. Many fans that couldn’t attend sent gifts and surprise presents which included expensive items like Gibson guitar, Apple Macbook, etc. (omg, mac T_T wish I can get one someday)

FNC Music stated through a phone call, “CNBLUE will be heading to Japan on the 23rd. Yesterday, members and fans gathered for a simple birthday party and cake.”

ah it must be very fun, congratulations Jung Yonghwa :D
The boys will be returning on the 24th to attend the usual line-up of music shows which include M! Countdown, Music Bank, Music Core (pre-recorded), and Inkigayo. Idol bands FT Island and C.N Blue takes the Taiwanese music market by storm going up #1 and #2 on charts

Korean band groups takes the Taiwanese music market by storm.
Recently on Taiwanese famous music sites G-Music and Five Music, groups FT Island and C.N Blue are #1 and #2 on the charts. For the 3rd week of June, FT Island ‘Flower Rock’ and C.N Blue ‘Blue Love’ are up #1 and #2 respectively on the 2 music sites charts.
And SS501 new album ‘Destination’ is up #3 and #6 on G-Music and Five Music chart. ‘Flower Rock’ is FT Island’s latest single first released in Japan on 19th May, while C.N Blue 2nd minialbum ‘Blue Love’ was released in Korea on 19th May. And their album is released for the first time in Taiwan as licensed version.

Meanwhile, it seems that C.N Blue is doing very strong in the Taiwanese music market in other areas. The title song ‘Love’ off their ‘Blue Love’ album is up #2 on local telcom chart emome, and #3 on ‘Taiwan Mobile’.
FNC Music responded, “This is good results considering the strong competition from other idol singers in the market.”

Taeyang's 7th and 8th track

It's been a while since the first news about Taeyang solo album SOLAR, but even until now I don't post something about that T__T so I decide to review it from the start until now that he revealed the 7th and 8th track titled.

Via the main site of YG, a long pers Taeyang’s first full length SOLAR album was released. Taeyang’s album will be dropping on July 1st and from June 25th to June 30th, a one minute sample of a new track will be released. He will be releasing a a normal album and then a limited Deluxe Edition, it will be comprised of 11 new original tracks and also Prayer and Only Look At Me from his first mini-album along with a bonus track, totaling up the tracklist at a whopping thirteen.

The first two song that is revealed is SOLAR (intro) and SUPERSTAR. SUPERSTAR's lyrics and arrangement are completed by Teddy. In a few days, two more titles are out. The 3th track is I Need a Girl and it features his fellow Big Bang member G-Dragon along with his self-written rap lyrics. The other track’s title was revealed to be Just a Feeling, and it is composed by both Teddy and Taeyang.

Several days later, the 5th track is revealed followed with the 6th track, YOU’RE MY and MOVE, MOVE will be featuring YGE’s talent, Teddy. Finally ! His 7th and 8th track ! It will be titled BREAK DOWN and 니가 잠든 후에 (After You Fall Asleep). BREAK DOWN is also composed, arranged and written by Teddy while After You Fall Asleep is a collaborative work by G-Dragon, Choice37 and Swings, as G-Dragon & Choice37 composed, Choice37 arranged, and G-Dragon wrote the lyrics while Swings wrote and featured in the rap portion of this track.

On the 21st, YG Entertainment announced to Newsen, “Sandara Park will make a guest appearance in the music video for Taeyang’s first full-length album.” Dara gives us teaser photo through her me2day? Super Junior's BONAMANA promotions and begin follow-up track promotion

It has been revealed that Super Junior will be ending their BONAMANA promotions this week through KBS Music Bank, but they will start their follow-up track promotions that will be released in their 4th repackaged album on 25th. The track will be titled No Other through online music portal sites.No Other will be a pop dance track that will be based on south hip hop’s trendy beat. The track is produced by C-2, Ryan Jhun and Reefa who in the past has work with artists The Game, Fabolous and Ludacris. The track’s lyric which expresses one’s emotional feelings for a lover is written by Kenzie.

Super Junior’s full 4th repackaged album, set to release on the 28th, will include four new tracks including No Other and a remix version of Shake It Up. Looking forward it ^^

Rookie female singer Psycho draws controversy with album jacket cover

Even though she hasn’t make her debut yet, rookie female singer Psycho is already making the headlines in the K-pop scene for her over the top album jacket cover.

Psycho will be releasing her first single album of the same name on June 28th but her album jacket photo which was revealed on June 21st has already drawn flak from many for being over revealing.

The album cover shows the naked back of a female and the name, “Psycho” is written in red lipstick on the waist. But it is drawing flak for showing a little butt crack.

Psycho’s representative expressed that although she will be adopting a sexy image, it will be something that will be differerent from the sexiness of past female singers. This revealing album jacket cover was done on purpose to stamp home the point.

With regards to this photo, netizens felt that singers should compete with their voices rather than just focusing on being sexy and showing skin, and is the wrong direction in which the Korean music industry is heading towards.

Sistar past scandal just makes me sad, so just leave it with something fresh :D Recently, Kara's leader, Park Gyuri updated her twitter with 2 pictures of her pulling off the pretty boy look. ahh, Goddess Gyuri looks like a handsome-pretty boy, if she's a boy, I will fall for her surely ! Sistar's Dasom and Soyu Past Scandal

Hot rookie female group under Starship entertainment, Sistar, are currently busy with their "Push Push" promotion. After debuting in many music programs and also through Ceci magazine, they are loved by many people now. They also showed that they could sing really well when they were guests at MBC FM Sim Sim Tapa.

But, well... it seems they have been hit with their past scandal. One netizen has taken the time to gather up comments made by former classmates and acquaintances of SISTAR’s youngest member, Dasom (oh no, I really love her angelic face T_T). It appears that Dasom had really bad past, filled with drinking, smoking, stealing money and bullying.

Further evidence against SISTAR included pictures found of member Soyu, who was originally supposed to debut in 4minute, out drinking with her friends back in September 6, 2006. Considering the fact that she was born in 1992, she was 14 at the time, a second-year middle school student.

CNBlue grabs Mutizen with Love on Inkigayo

It's time for Mutizen's winner this week~

On the June 20th episode of Inkigayo, the nominees for this week’s Take 7 include SS501’s Love Ya, CNBlue’s Love, Davichi’s Time, Please Stop, 4minute’s Huh, f(x)’s Nu Abo, MBLAQ’s Y and Seulong + IU duet for Nagging. SS501, Seulong and IU did not perform.

And in the end, it was the CNBlue boys who came away as the Mutizen winner, their second award for Love after their M! Countdown win last week and their second Inkigayo Mutizen since making their debut. Congratulations to the boys!

After School is currently split up into sub groups because of their promotion strategy. The first sub group that is already revealed is Orange Caramel.

Currently Gahee's latest twitter update is selca with Orange Caramel on Music Core's backstage, it seems Gahee came to support the girls. Orange Caramel will have their another debut stage at Inkigayo later on 3:30PM KST and more sub groups of After School to come sooner. I can't wait for their performace ^^
