the afternoon. We might have the picnic at the beach or we

might have it at the park. Martin might come. Amina might be

there, too. I’m going to make a salad for the picnic. I might

make sandwiches, too. I’m going to make a salad for the picnic.

Types of nutrients

1. Carbohydrates

These are nutrients made up of sugars. Carbohydrates are found in food sources such as rice, potatoes and wheat. They provide us with energy to allow us to do work. A person who is more active and who more strenuous work will require a larger intake of carbohydrates. On the other hand, a person who is not as active will require less carbohydrate.

2. Proteins

Proteins are nutrients found in food sources such as milk, meat and fish. Proteins are required for growth and the building of muscles. A person should take in about 70 to 80 g of protein every day. Protein is especially important for growing children.

3. Fats

Fats are nutrients found in food sources such as full-cream milk, cooking oil, animal skin and nuts. Fats are a source of energy and are also required for absorption of some vitamins (A, D, E and K) and maintaining healthy skin and hair.

4. Dietary minerals

Dietary minerals are nutrients found in very small amounts in food such as fish, meat and vegetables. Examples of dietary minerals are copper, iron and manganese. Dietary minerals are required for maintaining important life processes such as aerobic respiration.

5. Vitamins

Vitamins are nutrients required to support various functions in our bodies. They are required in very small amounts. Example of vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin K. Almost all food sources contain some vitamins.

6. Water

Water is very important for our body. It is required for all the chemical processes that take place in our body. We should drink about eight cups of water a day. If we do not get enough water, we will be dehydrated.

บั้งไฟ เป็นกระบอกไม้ไผ่ หรือกระบอกเหล็กที่บรรจุดินปืนตำให้แน่นจนเต็มกระบอกแล้วมัดไม้ไผ่เป็นท่อนๆโดยรอบ มีท่อนไม้ยาวทำเป็นหาง ประดับด้วยกระดาษสีที่ประดิษฐ์เป็นลวดลายต่างๆ กัน

บั้งไฟนับเป็นการละเล่นที่มีมานานแล้ว เท่าที่ปรากฏหลักฐานอย่างชัดแจ้งก็คือ สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาตอนปลาย เมื่อครั้งสมเด็จพระเจ้าบรมโกศจัดให้มีพิธีสมโภชพระพุทธบาท พระมหานาค วัดท่าทราย ได้บันทึกการละเล่นในครั้งนั้นไว้ในบุณโณวาทคำฉันท์ตอนหนึ่งว่า

ความเชื่อเรื่องการเกิดบั้งไฟนั้นมีหลายกระแส แต่อาจสรุปได้เป็น ๓ กระแสใหญ่ด้วยกันคือ

๑. เกิดขึ้นมาเพราะอิทธิพลของศาสนา แยกได้ ๒ ชนิด ดังนี้

ก. ศาสนาพุทธ

บั้งไฟจะจัดทำกันในระหว่างเดือน ๖ ถึงกลางเดือน ๘ ซึ่งในช่วงนั้นจะมีวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนาอยู่วันหนึ่ง คือวันวิสาขบูชา ชาวบ้านจึงได้จัดให้มีพิธีทางศาสนา เช่น บวชนาค สรงน้ำพระ รวมทั้งมีการละเล่นรื่นเริงเกี่ยวกับการแห่และการจุดบั้งไฟด้วย บั้งไฟจึงเป็นส่วนที่ช่วยให้พิธีกรรมเกี่ยวกับวันวิสาขบูชามีความครึกครื้นขึ้น

นอกจากนั้นยังมีความเชื่ออีกอย่างหนึ่งว่า การจุดบั้งไฟนั้นมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ สักการบูชาพระบรมสารีริกธาตุจุฬามณีบนสรวงสวรรค์ชั้นดาวดึงส์

ข. ศาสนาพราหมณ์

ในศาสนาพราหมณ์มีเทพเจ้าองหนึ่งซึ่งมีความสำคัญมาก คือพระอัคนี ถือกันว่าเป็นผู้ที่นำเครื่องสังเวยจากมนุษย์ไปสู่เทพเจ้าด้วยกัน การบูชากระทำได้ทางหนึ่งโดยการจุดไฟ ลัทธิการบูชาเทพเจ้าแบบนี้ เมื่อตกทอดมาถึงชาวพื้นถิ่นอีสาน จึงได้มีการจุดบั้งไฟขึ้นเพื่อบูชาพญาแถน ซึ่งถือเป็นเทพเจ้าสำคัญองค์หนึ่งของชาวอีสาน

๒. เกิดขึ้นมาเพื่อขอฝน

ชาวบ้านพื้นถิ่นอีสานเชื่อกันว่า พญาแถน เป็นเทพเจ้าที่สามารถบันดาลให้ฝนตกได้ ดังนั้น เมื่อเกิดความแห้งแล้งขึ้นบนพื้นโลก จึงมีการจุดบั้งไฟไปเตือนพญาแถนให้กระทำหน้าที่ของตน คือ การให้ฝนแก่มวลมนุษย์ บั้งไปจึงมีลักษณะเหมือนผู้สื่อข่าวระหว่างแผ่นดินโลกกับฟ้าหรือพญาแถน

๓. เกิดขึ้นมาเพื่อให้โอกาสแก่ประชาชนได้มาร่วมชุมนุมกัน

ในกรณีนี้ จะชี้ให้เห็นถึงพิธีกรรมการประกอบบั้งไฟ การแห่แหนและการจุดบั้งไฟ ว่าเป็นไปด้วยความสนุกสนานของประชาชน ก่อนที่จะต้องทำงานหนัก คือทำนาในเวลาถัดไป ในช่วงของการแห่บั้งไฟนั้น เป็นช่วงที่สนุกสนานมาก หนุ่มสาวทั้งในและนอกหมู่บ้านได้มีโอกาสมาพบปะกัน ผู้เฒ่าผู้แก่จะส่งเสริมให้บุตรสาวของตนเข้าร่วมพิธีนี้ เพราะยังมีความเชื่อถือคำกล่าวที่ว่า ถ้าผู้เฒ่าผู้แก่บ้านใดไม่มีบุตรสาวของตนไปร่วมในพิธีแห่บั้งไฟ ผู้เฒ่าผู้แก่นั้นจะตกนรกและเป็นผู้ทำให้บ้านเมืองเดือดร้อน ฝนไม่ตกต้องตามฤดูกาล เกิดภาวะข้าวยากหมากแพงขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งที่แฝงอยู่ในพิธีนี้ก็คือ การทำให้ชาวบ้านมีความสนิทสนมกลมเกลียวมีความสมัครสมานสามัคคีกันยิ่งๆขึ้นไป

เมื่อพิจารณาถึง ลักษณะเนื้อหาของร้อยกรอง ที่เป็นบทเซิ้งบั้งไฟอย่างละเอียดแล้ว สามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น ๓ ประเภท คือ

๑. บทเซิ้งที่ใช้ถ้อยคำสุภาพ ธรรมดา แยกย่อยได้เป็น ๒ ชนิด ดังนี้

๑.๑ บทเซิ้งที่เป็นเรื่อง ส่วนใหญ่จะปรากฏอยู่ ๒ ลักษณะ คือ

๑.๑.๑ เรื่องราวจากนิทานหรือวรรณกรรม

จะนำเอานิทานหรือวรรณกรรมเรื่องที่แพร่หลายไปกล่าวเป็นบทเซิ้ง ไม่ว่าเรื่องนั้นจะสั้นหรือยาวอย่างไร เช่น เรื่องก่องข้าวน้อยฆ่าแม่ หรือเรื่องท้าวผาแดง – นางไอ่ เป็นต้น และเป็นที่น่าสังเกตว่า บทเซิ้งที่นำเนื้อเรื่องมาจากนิทาน หรือวรรณกรรมนั้น มักจะแยกออกได้เป็น ๑ ส่วนคือ

ก. ส่วนนำเรื่องหรือส่วนไหว้ครู

มักจะไหว้อย่างสั้นๆเพียงวรรคเดียว เช่น

โอมพุทโธนโมเป็นเค้า

ข. ส่วนเนื้อเรื่อง

จะเป็นบทเซิ้งที่กล่าวถึง เนื้อเรื่องไปตามลำดับจนกระทั่งจบเรื่อง ดังตัวอย่างจากบทเซิ้งเรื่องก่องข้าวน้อยฆ่าแม่ ตอนหนึ่งว่า

มีชาวนายากจนคนหนึ่ง

อาศัยพึ่งแห่งลูกชายตน

บ่ทันโดนบิดาตายจาก

ได้ลำบากทำอยู่ทำกิน

ฝนตกรินฮำกายกะแข่ง

มื้อหนึ่งแต่งให้ลูกไปนา

ถึงเวลาฤดูไถหว่าน

เดือนหกผ่านเข้าสู่ยามดำ

ลูกชายนำจูงควายไปก่อน

ค. ส่วนลงท้าย

เป็นส่วนปิดเรื่อง บอกให้ผู้ฟังทราบว่าเรื่องจะจบลงแล้ว ดังตัวอย่างเช่น

ยุติกาลงไว้สาก่อน

มันเป็นบ่อนจบแล้วพอดี

เอาละตี๊ขอเซาก่อนแล้ว

๑.๑.๒ เรื่องราวจากหลักธรรม หรือคำสั่งสอน

จะนำเอาหลักธรรม หรือคำสอนที่ควรยึดถือควรปฏิบัติมากล่าวเป็นบทเซิ้ง ทั้งนี้เพื่อสอนใจผู้ฟัง หรือผู้เข้าร่วมพิธีเซิ้งบั้งไฟไปในตัว หลักธรรมคำสอนนั้น แบ่งได้เป็น ๒ ประการ คือ

ก. หลักธรรมคำสอนที่ได้มาจากวรรณกรรมคำสอนโดยตรง เช่น กาบพระมุนี เนื้อหาจะกล่าวสอนให้คนมีสัทธาในพุทธศาสนาเป็นหลัก ดังตัวอย่าง เช่น

พระมุนีอยู่หัวเป็นเจ้า

เว้าไปหน้ายังกว้างกว่าหลัง

อนิจจังลูกหลานเต็มบ้าน

เจ้าอย่าคร้านปะฮีตคลองธรรม

ให้บำเพ็ญภาวนาอย่าขาด

ให้ตักบาตรอย่าขาดวันศีล

ข. หลักธรรมคำสอนที่ได้มาจากแบบอย่าง หรือธรรมเนียมประเพณีที่ชาวพื้นถิ่นอีสานยึดถือปฏิบัติกันมานั่นก็คือ ฮีตสิบสองคลองสิบสี่ ดังตัวอย่างเช่น

โลกเฮามีบุคคลเป็นใหญ่

เอาใจใส่ตามฮีตตามคลอง

ฮีตสิบสองตามคลองสิบสี่

ฮีตอ้ายยี่ให้สงฆ์เข้ากรรม

๑.๒ บทเซิ้งที่กล่าวถึงการขอ

บทเซิ้งชนิดนี้จะประกอบไปด้วยส่วนสำคัญ ๒ ส่วน คือ

๑.๒.๑ ส่วนของการขอ

เนื้อหาเนื้อหาจะเกี่ยวกับการขอบริจาคปัจจัย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสิ่งของ อาหาร หรือแม้กระทั่งเหล้า เพื่อนำไปเลี้ยงดูกันในขบวนแห่ หรืออาจจะขอเพื่อนำไปเป็นปัจจัยถวายพระก็ได้ ตัวอย่างเช่น

ขอเหล้าเด็ดนำเจ้าจักโอ

ขอเหล้าโทนำเจ้าจักถ้วย

หวานจ้วยจ้วยใส่ปากหลานชาย

ตักมายายหลายชายให้คู่

๑.๒.๒ ส่วนของการให้พร

หลังจากที่พวกเซิ้งบั้งไฟได้สิ่งของที่ตนขอจากชาวบ้านแล้ว ขบวนเซิ้งก็จะเซิ้งให้พรแก่ผู้บริจาคปัจจัยนั้น เนื้อหาของบทเซิ้งให้พร มักจะขอให้ผู้บริจาคมีอายุยืนยาว ประกอบอาชีพใดก็ให้วัฒนาถาวร และประสบความสุขความเจริญอยู่ตลอดไป เช่น

ให้เจ้าค่อยอยู่สุขสบาย

อายุหลายได้พันได้หมื่น

อันอื่นอื่นเป็นเงินเป็นทอง

เป็นสิ่งของวัวความช้างม้า

อย่าเป็นห่าตายถิ่มตายกอง

แม่นสิ่งของอันใดกะซ่าง

ให้เจ้าห่างจากโรคโรคา

พวงกายาหรือกายของเจ้า

ให้เจ้าเล่าได้มีความสุข

๒. บทเซิ้งที่มีเนื้อหาตลก

ผู้เซิ้งจะกล่าวบทเซิ้งให้ตลกชวนขบขัน ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ผู้ร่วมขบวนเซิ้ง รวมทั้งผู้ฟังได้มีโอกาสยิ้มหัวสนุกสนาน จะได้ผ่อนคลายความเหน็ดเหนื่อยเมื่อยล้าไปในตัว ดังเช่น บทเซิ้งตอนหนึ่งที่ว่า

แม่เถ้าเอ้ยลูกเขยมาแล้ว

แม่เถ้าแก้วไปลี้อยู่ใส

อยู่คีไฟตาเหลื่อมเม้าเม้า

ข่อยมาเว้าแม่เถ้าอย่าหนี

ไทยเฮือนนี้ไปใสมิดมี่

หือไปลี้อยู่ส้วมหยอกกัน

๓. บทเซิ้งที่มีเนื้อหาหยาบโลน

บทเซิ้งชนิดนี้จะกล่าวถึงเรื่องลามกหยาบโลนทางด้านอวัยวะเพศหรือด้านเพศสัมพันธ์เป็นหลัก ทั้งนี้ เพราะเหตุว่า ผู้เซิ้งนำเป็นผู้ชาย และมักจะดื่มสุราย้อมใจจนมีความกล้าพอสมควรที่จะกล่าวถึงเรื่องหยาบโลนไม่นึกอาย ดังนั้น บทเซิ้งบั้งไฟจึงมีเนื้อหาที่หยาบโลนปรากฏอยู่มิใช่น้อย เช่น

สาวบ้านอื่นมีผัวบ้านโต

สาว -โปฝากซี้บ้านเพิ่น

สาวหัวเดิ่นบ้านเหล่าบ้านขาม

สาวนมงามอยู่บ้านห้วยแอ่ง

บทเซิ้งนางแมว

การแห่นางแมว เป็นพิธีกรรมที่ชาวพื้นถิ่นจะจัดทำขึ้นเมื่อเกิดภาวะแห้งแล้ง ฝนไม่ตกต้องตามฤดูกาล ทำให้ไม่สามารถประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมหรือกสิกรรมได้ สาเหตุที่ต้องเอาแมวไฟแห่ให้ชาวบ้านในละแวกเดียวกันเอาน้ำมารดนั้น เป็นเพราะว่า แมวเป็นสัตว์ที่ไม่ชอบอาบน้ำและชาวอีสานเชื่อกันว่า ถ้าแมวร้องคราวใดฝนจะตกคราวนั้น ครั้งเกิดความแห้งแล้ง จึงได้จับแมวมาขังแล้วสาดน้ำรดแมวให้แมวร้องมากที่สุดเพื่อว่าฝนจะได้ตกลงมาไม่แห้งแล้งอีกต่อไป

ในขณะที่แห่นางแมวไปตามบ้านต่างๆนั้น จะมีการกล่าวบทเซิ้งประกอบเนื้อหาของเซิ้งนางแมวส่วนใหญ่จะกล่าวถึง การวิงวอนให้ฝนตกลงมา เพื่อลดความแห้งแล้งบนพื้นโลกและชี้ให้เห็นว่า ถ้าฝนไม่ตกพืชพันธุ์ต่างๆจะล้มตาย ทำความยากลำบากให้กับมวลมนุษย์เป็นอย่างมาก ดังตัวอย่างเช่น

บทเซิ้งนางแมว เป็นบทเซิ้งที่เกิดมาจากสภาวธรรมติบีบบังคับ ผสมกับความเชื่อดั้งเดิม และอดมิได้ที่จะสอดแทรกสภาพสังคมขณะเกิดความแห้งแล้งนั้นเข้าไปด้วย ทำให้เนื้อหาของบทแห่นางแมวมีคุณค่าน่าใคร่ครวญยิ่งขึ้น

บทเซิ้งพระเวสสันดร

ถือเป็นบทเซิ้งที่ใช้ประกอบพิธีกรรมทางศาสนา กล่าวคือ ในราวสี่เดือน ทางภาคอีสานจะมีพิธีทำบุญพระเวส ในพิธีนี้ ชาวบ้านจะมีการแห่พระเวสสันดรเข้าเมือง โดยสมมติว่า ชายป่าด้านหนึ่งเป็นเขาวงกต พระเวสสันดรประทับอยู่ที่นั่น ชาวบ้านจะจัดขบวนแห่เชิญพระเวสสันดรเข้ามาสู่เมือง คือวัดที่ใช้เป็นสถานที่ประกอบพิธี ในเวลาแห่จะมีเครื่องดนตรีประกอบเพื่อความสนุกสนาน เครื่องดนตรีเหล่านั้นได้แก่ กลองยาว ฉาบ ฉิ่ง หรือ โทน เป็นต้น

สำหรับสิ่งสำคัญมากสิ่งหนึ่งของขบวนแห่คือ ภาพวาดเป็นเรื่องราวของพระเวสสันดร ซึ่งวาดลงบนผ้าขาวยาวหลายสิบเมตร และชาวบ้านจะถือเข้าร่วมพิธีด้วย

เพื่อให้พิธีการนี้มีความสมบูรณ์ ขณะแห่จึงต้องมีบทเซิ้งร้องประกอบ เนื้อหาของบทเซิ้ง ส่วนใหญ่จะกล่าวถึงเรื่องของพระเวสสันดรอย่างรวบรัด จะเน้นเฉพาะความที่กล่าวเชิญพระเวสสันดร นางมัทรี กัณหา และชาลี กลับเข้าเมืองสีพีเป็นพิเศษ ดังตัวอย่างเช่น

บทเซิ้งพระเวสสันดรสำนวนนี้ มีลักษณะการแต่งสร้างคล้ายกาพย์ยานี ๑๑ มาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านจำนวนคำหรือสัมผัส รวมทั้งศัพท์ก็ค่อนข้างสูง สำนวนโวหารสละสลวยกว่าปกติ จึงชวนคิดว่าบทเซิ้งนี้พยายามแต่ให้เป็นกาพย์ยานีมากที่สุด เพื่อให้ตรงกับลักษณะของ “กาบเซิ้ง”

Should a couple live together before getting married?

There are many kinds of love. Some cases are one sided love and some are love at first sight but finally all of them are beautiful. People have different ways to show their love. Some Thai couples live together to learn each other which is not accepted by Thai culture. Couples in Thai culture have to marry before living together.

Some of Thai couples are claimed that they live together before getting married in order to know more about each other. They preferred to live together for learning their partner’s habits and behaviors before getting married. If they can accept all things that would happen in someday, they would be a good couple in the future. For example, the man likes to have a cat as a pet but the woman likes to have a dog as a pet. The problem of this couple is their favorite pets which are not the same. However, there are other ways to know about those behaviors or even those habits that depends on Thai culture. Having a date is a good way to learn to know about each other. The behaviors and the habits would be explicitly expressed on a date to show the sincerity for other. If the couples express the sincerity to lover, they might be longer live in marriage exactly. Visiting the lover’s house is one great experience to know more about partner; moreover, it is a good time to have a relationship with lover’s family. Although living together before getting married is a chance to know more about each other, it is not appropriate for Thai people.

The final argument proceeded by opponent of free lifestyle of modern people. They seem to be free in every states of life such as religion, sport, TV program, costumes, and even marriage. Some Thai couples who prefer to live together before getting married are presenting their freedom in living together which is not really free. The couples seem to ignore the culture which is all around them. They would like to live in the house where located in the society that unaccepted the way of life like this, so that make the marriage is not really free. The fact that, they live in Thai society where consist of environments of Thai culture, so they cannot decline at all.

It should be evident that the arguments against getting married before living together are not valid. The couples in Thailand where is the land of peace and Buddhism have to get married before living together because of Buddhism’s way. The religion’s rules are the way of human life that is called custom. The custom which people always abide by condition gives the people the valuable culture. As we are Thai population, we have to make our culture valuable. Getting married before living together is one of the ways to promote our culture. Getting married before living together can protect the couple from blame, and it makes Thai culture valuable and is belong to Thai society forever.

You have to try to contact with them though using the language that understandable for all of you. And you will gain more benefits of knowing other language. There are three main benefits of knowing a foreign language; education, communication and entertainment.

The first benefit is about education. Language is used for studying and passing the knowledge from generation to generation. People can easily understand what they are studying about by the language. They can be more excellence because they have learnt language form not only in school but also in university. They can read an article in other language not only in Thai language. For example, if you study in architecture and you know the German, you can be better because you can read the article or text book about architecture in German. There are more benefits of knowing the foreign language which not only good for Thai education or Thai students in Thailand but also good for Thai student who want to have a degree from oversea studying. The students who want to have more degree oversea have to prepare themselves for studying. They have to test before go to study such as Toeic, Toefl, Ielts and etc. If they know other language for example, English, They will pass the test easily because they know English. Even though they know a foreign language before go oversea but they have to learn more about other language. This is why knowing the foreign language is good for education.

The second benefit is about communication. Thailand is now the member of ASEAN community. There are ten countries in the community. People have to contact with each other in the community and they have to know other language to make friends. People can have a good relationship with each other’s and make the community stronger. There are not only ASEAN people will come in but also the traveler. Knowing other language can help people to communicate and make friends with traveler who came in.

The third benefit is about entertainment. News is the best way to contact to outside world. There are many languages that used in the news. Watching and reading news are good to gain more about how the world going. Knowing a foreign language is better for watching and reading the news because they will read and watch for many news in other languages. Nowadays movie is very famous choice for people to relax. Knowing the language in the film is good to gain more comprehension about that movie. If people can easily understand the whole movie they would be relax.

In the conclusion, these are three main benefits of knowing a foreign language. They can have higher education, defter communication and wider entertainment. Knowing the foreign language can prove people to be better in life. Sometimes people use the foreign language to solve their problems. So that knowing the foreign language is the useful thing.

Once there was a very deep well in the forest. There were four kinds of animals which fail down into the well. They were a python, a monkey, a tiger, and an old man at the bottom of the well. They could not come out of the well at all. Then, there is an orphaned poor man who took a hobblingly walk with thirstiness. He thought that “There should have some water in the well.” Then, he used the vine to fasten the bamboo tube and put it to dip the water. As he put it to the bottom of the well, the monkey who was fastest of all climbed out first. The monkey told the poor man to visit him at the mountain and took a bow to say thank you.

Monkey: Thank you sir (bow). If you have a free time, you are welcome to visit me at the mountain.

Poor man: Ok, that great.

After that, the poor man put the bamboo tube into the well. The tiger climbed out the well and told the poor man to visit him in the cave in the deep forest. The tiger bow to the poor man to thanks him.

Tiger: Thank you sir (bow). If you have a free time, you are welcome to visit me in the deep forest.

Poor man: Ok, that great.

After that, the poor man put the bamboo tube into the well. The snake climbed out the well and told the poor man to visit. The snake came out before the old man who was the slowest of all. The snake took a bow to the poor man to thanks him.

Snake: Thank you sir (bow). If you have a free time, you are welcome to visit me in the deep forest.

Poor man: Ok, that great.

Finally, the poor man put the bamboo tube into the well. The snake climbed out the well and told the poor man to visit. The old man came out and blamed to the poor man but he finally said thanks to the poor man.

Old man: How dared you! I am a human like you why didn’t you take me out first before that animals.(a bit angry)

Poor man: What?

Old man: You helped me is the best you did, thank you. If you have a free time, you are welcome to visit me in village. (without angriness)

Two days later, the poor man went to the mountain to visit the monkey. When he arrived the monkey’s house, the monkey gave him a lot of treasures.

Poor man: Hello monkey, how are you?

Poor man: Thank you. (feel happy) I will go now goodbye!

Old man: Oh my friend, I was thinking of that well. Could you bring me to visit that well again? (flatter)

Poor man: Ok, here we go.

Then, two men went to the well in the forest. When the poor man went near the well, the old man pushed the poor man’s back to let him get drown. As soon as the poor man was falling down, the old man went back to the village. He went into the poor man’s house and packed the treasures away. During falling down, the Tewada came to help the poor man and took him home. When the old man saw the poor man, he ran away as fast as he could but he stumbled and his head knock on the died tree. The old man went out of mind and crazy. Finally, the poor man became a rich man and lived happily ever after.

Once, there was a crocodile who was tied by the vines around his body from side though other side. He could not escape from the vines, so he asked for help to the animals who walked pass. He asked for help for so long but nobody came to help him out. Then, there was a man who came this way. The crocodile asked for help from the man who was very generous, so the man helped the crocodile out from the vines.

“I am so tried. Can you bring me to the middle of the pond?” The crocodile asked.

The man carried the crocodile up on his arm and walked into the pond. After that the crocodile said.

“I will eat you up” The crocodile disclosed. The man thought about that a bit and replied.

“Ok, I will let you to eat me but before you eat me let ask for the opinions from three animals around here first. If they say yes, you can eat me up but if they say no I will leave here.”

Then, there was a caw who was walking down to drink the water. The man asked the caw.

“Caw, I help the crocodile from the vines and took him down here, will you let him eat me?”

“Yes, I will let him eat you up. Did you see, the man, you flogged me everywhere I went to.” I caw answered to the man.

Then, there was a buffalo who was walking down to drink the water. The man asked the buffalo. The buffalo answered as same as the caw. Now, it was only one animal left. There was a dog who walked to the place. The man asked the dog.

“Dog, I help the crocodile from the vines and took him down here, will you let him eat me?”

“I don’t understand how could you help him out, man? Why don’t you do it again ?” The dog suggested to the man. Then, the man carried the crocodile up and took him in the vines.

“Finished?” The dog asked. “If you done, you can come with me and let that crocodile die there” The dog invited the man to go with him. The man went to see a caw and he was angry to the caw, so he flogged the caw at the back. The back of the caw was swollen. The man went to see the buffalo and hit him at the mouth, so his teeth were broken. The man was planning to kill the two animals but the animals would not be killed because they promised to work for the man. Finally the man asked the dog who helped him to live with him in the house.

“Elephant, you are so big as the dinosaur why you let that small man ride on your neck?” The tiger complained.

“This man is so kind and clever, do you know that?” The elephant replied.

“Where is your cleverness, man?” the tiger asked “Where are you?”

“I am here, tiger.” The man answered.

“Why don’t you use your cleverness to me, man?” The tiger challenged

“Alright, But I don’t bring my cleverness stick with me right now. I keep it in my house, tiger” The man replied to the tiger.

“Why don’t you go back and take it.” The tiger suggested.

“If I do like that, you might go away for sure.” The man opposed.

“You can tie up my legs.” The tiger suggested again. Then, the man tied the tiger’s legs and asked the elephant to keep an eye on the tiger. The man went back his home and took a big whip back with him to the tiger and the elephant. By the way, the tiger in the past had yellow skin without any black stripes.

When the man arrived at the place that the tiger and the elephant were, the tiger began to asked the question.

“Where is your cleverness stick?”

Then, the man replied. “It is in my hand.”

“Oh, it is just a stick of cleverness” The tiger insulted. As soon as the tiger insulted, the man began to flog the tiger on the tiger’s back until the black stripes were found on the tiger’s back. Furthermore, the elephant in the past had big eyes as a coconut. He laughed to the tiger if the tiger was flogged until the elephant’s eyes became small which are the same as nowadays.

Hello everybody welcome to our project “how to decorate the fish tank” present by Bally 2EN Ko 2EN too let’s go !!

First of all let me tell you about materials of decoration fish tank. first thing is the fish tank and the second is a stone you have a biggest stone and the middle size

And the third is a pebble a little pebble

And the fourth is plastic water plants. you can buy it from pet shop. … a colorful water plants.

And the fifth is decorative items. you can use many things in your tank. today we will use a little model house and a crab.

The most important things for our project is the fish, a colorful fish that we have to use them in our fish tank.

Ok now we have already had the materials of decorate fish tank, let’s go to the next step

Ok let me tell you about the method of decoration. First, put the pebble into the tank like this

The third step, grade down into the good shape that you need

Thai foods are so popular in world’s community. Identity that makes Thai foods become popular is the identity of tastes which are so smooth and perfectly consisted of sour, sweet, and spicy that would be balanced in tastes. When people taste the foods which are smooth, they will feel of the smoothness of each taste perfectly. Although there are more than ten types of Thai foods that are well known and popular in nowadays, there are a lot of new Thai foods that can be shown to everyone. This is the reason why the foreigners always say that they like to try new Thai foods in Thai new opened restaurant because they hope to try to eat new exotic menus. Thai foods have exotic tastes which include not fat and not greasy. The foreigners said that Thai foods are soft foods. Although they ate so many foods, they still are not uncomfortable. Thai foods are well known as health foods because it was always consisted of many vegetables and vegetables in side dishes such as Pad Tai Koong Sod or fried noodles with shrimps. Pad Tai is usually used thin noodles to fry with eggs, Chinese leek, bean sprouts, chopped radish, bean curd, roasted peanuts, and dried shrimp. Then, to season with pepper, fish sauce and sugar, and serve with Chinese leek, lemon, fresh bean sprouts and banana blossom roasts to be a side dish. Some Pad Tai shop put pork into the Pad Tai. Some shop use different kinds of noodles to cook so that the name of Pad Tai will change by the recipes in each Pad Tai. Moreover, Pad mee Korat which is similar to Pad Tai is so tasty and popular among foreigners also.

The old man went out of mind and crazy. Finally, the poor man became a rich man and lived happily ever after.

เมื่อครั้งหนึ่ง กระผมจำต้องสอบการสอนการคิด แต่ติดที่ว่าการสอบในครั้งนี้ต้องอ่านหนังสือขนาดสองร้อยหน้า เพื่อนำไปเขียนในสิ่งที่เข้าใจ แต่เนื่องจากอ่านหนังสือไม่ทันจึงเขียนไม่ได้ แต่ต้องเขียนให้ได้ จึงต้องอาศัยความรู้เดิมที่มีอยู่น้อยนิด ปรากฏว่าเมื่อสอบก็เขียนไม่ได้เลย นิทานเรื่องนี้สอนให้รู้ว่า กรุณาอ่านหนังสือไว้แต่เนิ่นๆ
