Hi mate, last month i was assign as volunteer in PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) for Humanitarian Leadership Training Programme. Correct, a Programme i was joined last year. Another great journey begins

My teacher told me that i was assigned as Volunteer for this program. i dont need a long time to say “YES”. i mean can you imagine, this is a great opportunity. I can get a lot of frends, experience and else.

I was informed that i have to go to the airport to pick up HLP Faculties and PMI’s car is in my school’s parking lot. so i went to the airport to pick her up, a faculty from India. After i dropped her at the hotel, i have to get back to the airport to pickup two faculties. their name seems familiar. Of course, i met them last year. On the way to the hotel, i told them about some landmarks in Semarang. They seems happy.

Before the training begins, we held a briefing. I was appointed as Volunteer Coordinator. Its a great honor for me. I was stunned and doubt. Can i do this? then the other volunteers encourage me. So, im in.

And here comes the training. The big days. Im sorry guys, Its CONFIDENTIAL. So, lets skip this part. You wont get any information here *evil laugh.

At the end of the training, we got recognition from Center for Humanitarian Leadership for our voluntary work. we were so happy

Well, it was a great weeks. I got new friends, new lesson about leadership, new experience, i know how people work etc. I hope someday i can join this training. for the next HLP Students and Faculties, See you in June. Im waiting in Semarang.

I’m a 4th grader student of a vocational school, it’s has same level with senior high school only it has lower reputation and concern from government. I have a dream to be a great diplomat. What is my plan to achieve it? After I graduate I want to take International relation and affair in Gajah Mada University, a famous university in Indonesia. Everyone support me but my brother. My father, Mom, uncle, nephew and friends support me. But he doubts me, doubts my ability to enter that famous university. He said that I won’t get in there right in front of me. He wants me to follow his way, but I have my own dream and my own way. I mean, hello we are different completely different. What he said is really broke my heart. Felt like my heart has been sliced. It’s okay when your enemy said it to you, but this is your brother. I don’t know who is he, is he my brother. Even my friends who will gladly open their moth just to insult me, they won’t say this kind of thing to me. As I know this kind of act isn’t reflect love. I want to say that he is an assh*le, but i can’t. After he said that I locked myself in my room. I cried. Yes, I cried. A 19 years old man crying, that’s funny. But I’ve told you its hurt inside.
Guys, it’s okay if you doubt someone dreams. It’s normal. But don’t make them down; don’t make them doubt their own dream.
I’ll proof that I can be a great diplomat to slap his pride.

Well guys, thats was a dialogue between me and a friend of mine. FYI, mostly people in Indonesia politic is something about House of Representative, president and something like that. When i said i wanna continue my study in political science, thats what they think. I dont know why,i mean for f#ck sake dont they have a dream? if you cant support someone dreams dont underestimate it. Because a great thing start from a dream.

Political science is not only about statecraft. There is a study about “International Relation and Affair”. Thats what wanna learn, thats  what  i wanna be, A Diplomat, Great Diplomat. I love politic,but why the society hate it so much. Let me tell you my opinion about politic.

Politic is An Art
Its obviously you need creativity in politic. In every aspects of politic you need your head to make a lot of great ideas. Basically politic control every aspect in statecraft such as economy, foreign relation and military, society, education and many many more. so you need a great idea to make a country get better

Great Game Like Chess
Its a great game, and dangerous anyway (people life is in your hand). You need some plans and strategies to achieve your goal. Its a great game but play it carefully and please, dont f#ck up, people liife is in your hand.

I have so many reason about it, the problem is i forget the other reason . So if you have a dream, go get it. show to the people that your dream is worth to be achieved.

Enough for the chit chat. Let me tell you about this island. People also call it Devata Island, A Thousand Temples Island etc. A thousand temples? YES, it is. You will see a temple in every house, shop, market, hotel and every corner in this city. Hindu is the major religion in Bali. Fun Fact about Bali, the tourism sector was paralyzed or i can say its dead after the Bali Bombing in 2005. This Bomb causing a big destruction, many people died and the rest of them had a heavy shock. None of foreign tourist come to this island again. Its hit Bali’s Economy very hard. Slowly Bali’s Tourism Sector is back to normal. Now its much better than before,but still Bali haven’t fully recovered, or maybe will not fully recover.

Anyway, Bali is the best tourism place i have visit. Let me show you why

I love this beach. I have nothing t say. One thing, if you are a foreign tourist you will be famous here.

Bonjour, i bet that everyone knows English is the first International language. If you can speak in English fluently, you have to learn to speak in other language (Animal Language isn’t counted). Let’s start with French.

I don’t know that i am such an idiot. I didn’t know that French is second international language. I mean of course there is a second language if the first one is exist. Recently, i start learning French and ” J’apprends le français” is the sentence that i like most (in French) it means “i learn french”. I read many article that says not only English, you need to be able to speak in French, Spain, Arab or Chinese (you can pick one or all of them) if you want to work in international companies, NGOs or IGOs.

Why French?

i will answer lets take the easiest. french is simple. learn it is easy, moreover when you know English. you don’t need to learn new kind of alphabet. Because just like English, it’s written in Latin. And the most important, it is a Romantic Language. Gentlemen do you interested?

How to learn a new language?

First thing first, learn the alphabetical system (Latin, Greek, Arabic, Cyrillic, etc.). Then learn the articulation. While learning the articulation, get yourself a dictionary and learn some basic words (Subject, Yes/No, Good/Bad, etc.). When you’re good in the articulation, learn more words and GRAMMAR. VOILA!! You are an advance speaker
