My son Richard has so much hair. I find it sometimes difficult to do all the time. I have to catch him during his nap time/ bath time hours to do it. Hes at full APL when his hair is wet. Im so jealous.

Self Relaxed @ 10 weeks Jan 8, 2011

I'm so happy I made some progress. My first self-relax of the new year. Boy oh boy were my arms hurting. I recorded myself doing it. I may just post it. It might help someone one, who knows.

I also did a tiny trim just to freshen up my end.

Healthy ends are happy ends :)

Crazy For Purple

This was a makeup look that I did on my cousin Desiree about 2 weeks ago. She came over my house to get her hair relaxed, eyebrows done, and makeup since she was going out that night.

I used the Coastal scents palette. I used 4 colors. Purple for the lid, bronze for inner lid ,beige for the highlight and brown for the crease. Along with black eyeliner and black mascara. She has a hint of pink blush and purple lipstick also for the complete look.

She loved her makeup and hair she took about a million pictures of herself. I was laughing because she was feeling herself. As you can see in picture she has a picture of herself in her phone, which was one of a 1,000...lol...lol..lol

She even bought a palette for herself and some brushes from Coastal Scents..lol I created a monster.

Henna Treatment

This is My 2nd time using Henna & this brand.
I used Half a pack because my hair is at neck length now.
When my hair was longer I used the whole pack.

2 oz of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz of Lemon Juice

1 cup of boiling water
Then mix till smooth

Remaining Henna I packed away in a zip lock bag

My hair came out soft and thick.
This is also the color payoff in the sun.

Post Pregnancy Shedding

~~Im soooooooooooooo mad.~~ No wait....I'm FED up with my hair. You would think by my recent hair pictures that my hair is doing well. Pictures can indeed fool the eye. Ive reached my breaking point when my son decided he wanted to be curious and tug on mommy hair.No..no..no Richard.Ouch.There was a chunk of hair between his little fingers.I looked down in disbelief as if l lost a loved one or shall i say a few. Can you believe he wanted to try again, well he thought the first round was funny, what the heck.

Im ~~6 months~~ post pregnancy (10 months now) and my hair is still with this shedding nonsense. Its annoying. Its depressing. its discouraging..its..its..its just makes you wanna give up and just cut it all off( I did think about doing it, but ~~i changed my mind..lol~~) ( I actually did Chop it..lol). I mean my hair isnt breaking thank the Lord. I
cant even comb my hair without chunks raining down. I tried not combing for a week ooooo that was a bad idea. When it came time to actually comb it BOY oh BOy did it make up for it.

A cool breeze came through the window and kissed Krystal's hair blowing it far and near.

She found strands in the bathroom sink

she found it sticky and tacky on her cheek ( that darn Lipgloss. Taste good though..lol)

she even found strands floating in her dreams.

Strands on the walls,

stands on the phones,

strands on lil Richard's nose.

This isnt normal, not normal at all.

Fed up, so fed up, more fed up then you think.

To find these runaway strands when you eat.

Ahhh she thinks shes found relief.

A simple cut will make peace.

(Hey Krystal !..Guuurl your hair be looking nice. How you get it to grow so long and nice?!?!)

Whaaa?

And thats how she changed her mind and never vex nor stressed over those strands that left because of a beautiful comment left by a friend.

Im still mad though..lol This was Cute/funny update on my post pregnancy hair shedding. *** This was actually a post 4months ago from hairlista.com. I still have the constant shedding. My hair cut was to make my hair look healthier, but not to stop the shedding.
