Computers and the Internet have made it extremely easy for anyone to produce content, and distribute it to millions of users.

Musicians and movie makers can share their work with the rest of the world with very little investment, something that was impossible little over a decade ago. Similarly, weblogs are able to provide news and information much faster than old media at relatively low costs.

The Internet has brought us a tool to share and consume content, but up until now there has been no really easy way for the consuming side to reward content producers. Flattr, a new venture started by The Pirate Bay’s former spokesman Peter Sunde, opts to change this.

Flattr has been in development since 2007 and finally opened up in Beta this week. It is best described as a mashup between social content discovery sites such as Digg, Reddit and Stumbleupon, and an online payment service like Paypal.

“It’s a new revenue stream for people who share their content! It’s a combination of a donation system and a quality list of interesting content online,” said Peter Sunde describing the service to TorrentFreak.

Users who join the site can use it to discover interesting articles, great music and useful software, like on the aforementioned social discovery sites. If they see something they like they can give it a thumbs up, which is nothing new either.

The innovative part is that users of Flattr set a monthly budget they are willing to donate each month to the content they like. This can be as low as $2, or whatever the user is willing to share. At the end of the month the money is shared between the creators of the content they liked, who are all Flattr users as well.

In other words, Flattr allows consumers to flatter content producers for a flat-rate fee, and offers a revenue stream to those who create and share content.

The idea behind Flattr is innovative, but for the service to be a success the user base has to be significant. If Sunde and friends succeed in that they have an ideal solution to pay off the people who share their work for free.

How to access GodMode?

Method 1:

1. Create a new folder and name it GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

2. The icon will be changed automatically to Control Panel’s icon.

3. Now open the folder and see the magic of Windows Registry!

Method 2

1. Create a shortcut with following path and set desired icon:

explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Note: Sometimes it kills explorer.exe using Method 1! probably Windows Vista x64 editions. Therefore I suggest to use Method 2.

Solution for the Crash

To get rid of this issue, Boot into Safe Mode with Command Prompt and delete that folder. For eg. You created a folder GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} on desktop, So either navigate to Desktop folder execute the following command:

RmDir “GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}”

Or type the absolute path of folder, like-

RmDir “C:\Users\<User-Name>\Desktop\GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}”

It is found that there are lot of GodModes and they differ based on the Strings used in Name the Folder.

In an e-mail interview, Steven Sinofsky, Windows division president, said several similar undocumented features provide direct access to all kinds of settings, from choosing a location to managing power settings to identifying biometric sensors.

As with the all-encompassing GodMode uncovered by bloggers, these other settings can be accessed directly by creating a new folder with any name (GodMode or otherwise) and then including a certain text string. Sinofsky noted more than a dozen strings create particular settings folders, in addition to the overarching GodMode folder option.

For example, the first one could be a folder named “Hungry Hacker.{00C6D95F-329C-409a-81D7-C46C66EA7F33}” (use everything inside quotes–but not the quotes themselves).

kurodata.net was down duo to  a error in memory allocation fore php
it took me a while to figure out what was goning on …..
i know that php by default is using 32mb and what i needed was like 33mb~34mb but to be
no the safe side i went fore 64mb but still hade the memory error
not giving it enough thought about it because i was busy setting up a new server (Debian)
more on that later (other time)
i went true the server settings in the cp of my host and spotted the problem ^_^
it was that the server didn’t look fore my php.ini settings but using the default settings
and now it’s running as without the  memory error

one of the tings was my house got vandalized by a  ** ****  (it’s fixed now and don’t wont talk about it)

two was enjoying the party at ruigoord (need to up load the foto’s)

tree was and still stuck on facebook (spend way to much time there)

fore was helping kooscola out whit turnfirewalloff.com
and wile helping him out my pc decided to quit on me -_-
had to spend same time offline agana -_- the only thing that i
cud do was setup the basis and kooscola did  like 99%
of the articles template and plugins and it’s up and running now
