Cannabis Candy Recipe

There are a lot of people that think making cannabis candy is a difficult process, when in reality, it’s quite simple. As it usually is when making edibles, getting it right is tough. The candy not only has to be potent enough to be considered medicine but taste good as well! The candy is worthless if it doesn’t have both of those qualities. But making the perfect batch of cannabis candy treats is in the following recipe!

Ingredients:

Candy molds
Cooking spray
Metal spoon
2/3 cups white corn syrup
1 tsp flavoring of your choice (adjust if you want but this is really the perfect amount!)
Food coloring (so they look nice, obviously!)
Candy thermometer
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
9.5 grams of dry powdered hash

Directions:

First things first, spray the candy molds with cooking spray so that the mix doesn’t stick when you get to the step that requires it. Put the sugar and corn syrup together in a pot and put it on high heat until the mix begins to boil. Reduce the heat to low medium and keep an eye on the temperature. Once the temp hits 300, remove the heat and add in the hash and food coloring. Stir this mix vigorously. You need to make sure that the hash has been completely mixed in. About a minute should do it because the mix will start to harden soon after that. Add your candy mix in to the molds. You can either make them just candies or you can add in sticks to make them lollipops!

Let the mix harden in the mold and then remove and wrap them. This recipe will give you about 40 candies. You can always add in more hash but be sure that that’s the form of cannabis that you use. Kief could also be used in this recipe if you have enough of it. These candies last a good amount of time, about 2 to 3 hours on an empty stomach and an hour after a meal. No one should be afraid to make cannabis candy , especially when it’s such a benefit to those who are always on the go and enjoy eating their weed rather than smoking it. They’re very discreet but don’t let anyone sneak one behind your back!

How To Make Marijuana Rice Crispy Treats

haven’t met too many people that don’t like rice crispy treats, and when you add marijuana to the equation, the list gets even smaller. There’s just something about ripping off a piece of gooey goodness from a rice crispy treat that makes me smile every time. Plus the recipe below packs a punch, so it’s a double bonus.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of marijuana butter

4 cups miniature marshmallows

5 cups of Rice Crispy treats cereal or any crisp rice cereal

Directions:

Melt margarine in large sauce pan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and well-blended. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add cereal. Stir until well coated.

Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly and firmly in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut into 2 x 2 inch squares when cool.

Sit back and snack. Remember to start with a 1/4 or 1/2 of the treat to make sure you don’t intake too much at once. Some edibles take 1-2 hours to kick in fully.

Pet owners increasingly using medical marijuana to help their pets feel better

As the social stigmas and taboos about marijuana that largely emerged during the "Reefer Madness" generation continue to be stripped away from the public consciousness, an increasing number of people are beginning to look at this all natural herb with fresh eyes, recognizing its incredible potential for healing. CBS New York reports that veterinary cannabis use is on the rise across all segments of society, and particularly among pet owners whose pets have severe or even terminal illnesses that do not respond to conventional treatment. Major conditions like cancer, many pet owners are finding, respond quite well to cannabis use when nothing else does. And unlike conventional treatments, cannabis treatment does not cause any harmful side effects.

One such success story is "Luna" Capers, the beloved dog of Rowyn Capers who reportedly gained her quality of life back after being given a non-psychoactive cannabis oil extract for late-stage lymphoma. When chemotherapy left the dog gravely ill and on the verge of death, Rowyn began to administer the natural therapy instead, which produced incredible results.

"Her lymph nodes were like golf balls and she was coughing constantly and she couldn’t breathe, and I just thought it’s time to say goodbye," said Rowyn to CBS News about Luna’s condition before the cannabis. "The first time I dosed her [with cannabis] I was so scared. We were looking at her all night. [But the] more I increased her cannabis dose the less side effects that she had. The vomiting stopped, the diarrhea stopped."

Similar success was achieved by Mary Lynn Mathre, the owner of a 13-year-old golden retriever who was also diagnosed with cancer. After learning about cannabis, Mary Lynn began to give all of her dogs a daily cracker topped with cannabis-infused butter, which not only helped the sick one but also helped improve the health of all her dogs, including one with a strange bald spot on its leg.

"There was no hair on a circle that it would lick and lick," stated Mary Lynn to CBS New York, noting that both dogs experienced dramatic improvements as a result of the cannabis.

Cannabis helps pets with low energy, cancer, and epilepsy

Al Byrne’s three dogs, who range in age from three to 13, have also responded positively to marijuana. Besides noticeable increases in energy among all the dogs, Al says each of his furry family members now has a shinier coat and a "shine in their eyes" that was not there before.

"When you see them enjoying life and feeling better and not being sick, you know you’ve hit something," says Darlene Arden, a certified animal behaviorist who is a strong advocate for veterinary cannabis use. "I think we can now see marijuana for exactly what it is and what it can do. [It’s not] a street drug but a legitimate medication to be used under proper supervision."

A Fifty Five Year Prison Sentence For $350 Worth Of Marijuana?

The story of Weldon Angelos is one that every marijuana reform supporter should know. Weldon Angelos is currently serving a 55 year prison sentence for selling $350 worth of marijuana while having guns in his home in 2004. A lot of people don’t know that possessing a firearm while selling marijuana results in huge federal penalties.

If you get caught possessing a firearm during a drug transaction, federal law requires a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison for the first offense, and 25 years for each subsequent offense. Also, there is no parole for federal offenses. These rigid guidelines are way to harsh, and don’t allow any flexibility when it comes to sentencing. In Oregon we have minimum sentencing for some offenses (not marijuana), and they are horrible public policy.

“There is no question that Mr. Angelos committed a crime and deserved to be punished. But 55 years?” Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy said, according to Fox News. “Mr. Angelos will be in prison until he is nearly 80 years old. His children, only 5 and 6 at the time of his sentencing, will be in their 60s. American taxpayers will have spent more than $1.5 million locking him up.”

Mr. Angelos lost his original appeal, and his case was denied by the United States Supreme Court. The only option now is a pardon by the Obama Administration. A 114 person coalition is asking for exactly that. An ex-FBI director, former judges, prosecutors, scholars , politicians, and celebrities have signed a request asking for the Obama Administration to step up. I’d go one step further and urge federal lawmakers to reform mandatory minimum sentencing in addition to a pardon for Mr. Angelos.

Cannabis Carrot Cake Recipe

Not everyone is into carrot cake, but it’s my favorite cake by far. I always have carrot cake on my birthday, and even had carrot cake cupcakes at my wedding. If you like carrot cake too, you will love the recipe below:

Ingredients:

For the Cake-
1 1/4 cup cannabis oil
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 3/4 cups grated carrots

For the Frosting-
1/2 cup cannabis butter melted
8 oz cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cake:
In a large bowl, beat the cannabis oil, eggs, sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Add and mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Once thoroughly mixed, stir in the carrots. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9″x13″ baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes. Remove and let pan cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan and cool on a rack.

Frosting:
In a large bowl, combine the cannabis butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat on high until mixture is completely smooth. Use mixture to frost the cooled cake.

Taking Marijuana Out Of The Black Market: Why The Business Community Needs To Lead

The future of marijuana legalization hangs perilously in the balance. While some may view decriminalization as a fait accompli, the reality is that the results of initial implementation efforts in Colorado, Washington, and the other pioneering states of legalization will significantly impact the direction and momentum for subsequent efforts. The stakes could not be greater.

In their current form, the proposed regulations for granting retail licenses in both Colorado and Washington will result in insufficient supply to meet the increased demand of an adult-use regime. This is more than an economic problem. Market shortages in the legal market enable underground suppliers to gain increased market access, thus eviscerating one of the major public policy rationales for legalization reforms. In fact, it is possible to legalize badly.

The easiest way for states to remedy this problematic and dangerous supply deficiency is to authorize internet sales and delivery of cannabis from licensed suppliers to verified customers in state. Delivery services with internet ordering are already commonplace in medical marijuana states, and government-issued identification is verified upon delivery. Delivery sales also have the additional advantage of making the purchasing process slightly less conspicuous for customers concerned about potential social ramifications. The adult-use regime could simply do the same, ideally adding online payment processing to the established procedures. About half the states already authorize in-state internet sales of wine, and the number has only continued to increase.

Aside from the economic benefits, perhaps the greatest advantage of enabling in-state internet-based cannabis sales is to avoid the political hurdles of licensing of additional brick-and-mortar retail locations. In those communities where cannabis-themed modifications to the Town Center fascia are unpopular or outright verboten, internet delivery sales can fulfill demand without compromising perceived local identity.

Retail sales, however, represent only a fraction of the total opportunity created by cannabis legalization. On-premises consumption is just as important, as evidenced by the experience with alcohol. According to industry data, 40% of American alcohol sales (approximately $76 billion of a total $190 billion annually) is generated from bars, restaurants and other on-premises consumption establishments versus retail stores. When it comes to intoxication – alcohol or cannabis – people prefer doing it socially, out with their friends.

Despite this positive precedent, however, neither Colorado nor Washington regulators have authorized licenses for on-premises consumption. Ideally, officials should specifically authorize on-site consumption licenses allowing sales and distribution, the same way it is done with liquor licenses. The additional sales taxes alone could generate millions for city and county governments, and should be seriously considered, perhaps by the next state to pass a legalization initiative.

On-site consumption of cannabis may seem like a controversial issue, but it shouldn’t. This country’s collective experience with alcohol decriminalization provides a useful blueprint for allowing social intoxication as a business model. Every state in the union, even Utah, licenses alcohol establishments for on-premises consumption. From speakeasies to microbreweries, and from dive bars to nightclubs, the diverse array of on-premises options in this country shows how consumer choice and competition leads to greater value. Wine list, anyone?

On-site consumption may create number of particular challenges, but each of those challenges, under a proper rule structure, can become mitigated, if not transformed into opportunities for substantial market innovation.

One way to allow on-site cannabis consumption while protecting public safety is to combine on-site consumption cafes with hotels and lodging establishments. Cannabis-focused hotels and resorts could provide customers with an enjoyable experience without implicating public safety concerns. By providing shuttle transportation to guests, the exclusivity and convenience of such a hybrid establishment would certainly attract local cannabis connoisseurs as well as curious tourists from around the world. Think of it as the adult Disneyland. Or Americamsterdam. Like all great American spinoffs, our on-site consumption industry should take what’s useful from the Dutch model, but applied to local conditions, with a unique capitalist twist.

Cannabis users’ well-documented affliction known as the “munchies” presents an obvious yet untapped market opportunity. Licensing food vending services within on-site consumption establishments, or even licensing entire cannabis-focused eateries, would create significant tax revenue and local jobs. However, in addition to state licenses, local zoning codes and county health regulations would have to be adjusted in nearly every jurisdiction to properly allow for this new form of culinary experience.

Entertainment venues would benefit from a similarly targeted regulatory approach. One of our companies sponsors annual cannabis-themed concert events in medical marijuana states. Based on this experience, we believe that licensing designated entertainment venues to sell cannabis for on-site consumption would be extremely successful. Even restricting on-premises sales to personal-use sizes (such as one joint or blunt per customer), would generate revenue for all stakeholders in addition to enhancing the overall market share of the legalization regime.

The potential impact of marijuana legalization on tourism can be seen in Amsterdam. It is estimated that 10% of the tourists come specifically for the “coffee shops”, and another 40% just happen to drop in for a bit. Beyond that, as you walk around the city, most of the souvenir shops have their cannabis-themed schwag upfront. It is a part of the contraband culture.

A complete cannabis legalization ecosystem must consider the impact on all communities, particular the most vulnerable and disenfranchised. A productive use of legalization revenue would be to fund transitional programs to help new parolees (incarcerated for marijuana offenses) acquire useful skills to transition back into the workforce.

Most of all, we should keep in mind how much more we have to learn about cannabis from a basic scientific perspective. The global ban on possession has eviscerated the ability for researchers to understand the plant and its psychoactive effects. Rather than diverting licenses fees to the general fund for the whims of politicians, officials should use the revenue to support scientific study on the effects and impact of cannabis in all its forms. From grant programs to develop clinically-proven methods and devices to determine the physiological indicia of cannabis impairment, to university studies isolating the neurological impact of cannabinoid release, the acquisition of useful and accurate knowledge about cannabis should be the highest priority.

The drive to end marijuana prohibition is gaining momentum every day for a variety of reasons, but if it is left to the politicians and the prohibitionists, the result will be a prolonged mess when it is time for a clean break from the past. We believe that the time has come for the business community to take the lead in the drive to legalize marijuana, and in a realistic way that creates jobs, without excessive taxes and regulations.

Taste: Very similar to the odor. Very earthy with some lemony highlights, but mostly pure dank, mild earthy smoke.

Buzz Type: Extremely heavy head buzz. Eyes felt like they were sinking further back into my head. Pressure all around the head. Excellent pain and stress relief!

Buzz Length: Long to Very Long (2+ hours)

Summary:

* I always break a smile when I see Skywalker OG on the menu. Having it several times, it has become a favorite strain of mine. But, its been a few months since I have medicated with Luke himself. Actually, the last time I had it was December 2010.

So, on my very first bowl from my refill, it was HEAVY! It put me straight to bed. I am usually up until 1:00 2:00am. The first night medicating with Skywalker OG, I found myself crawling to bed before 10:00pm. That is EARLY for me. But a full shutdown and long good nights snooze is just what my body needed.

Skywalker OG is a heavy Indica strain consistently couch locking me during evening and tardy night sessions. I did a Sunday morning wake and bake session and this strain basically put me in a lazy, anything friendly of mood. I had a stress free Sunday which was very pleasant.

Skywalker OG is a very serene smoking strain for how heavy it hits you. I was able to take kind mild rips and for those times I needed a tiny extra, I was also able to take deep hits with very tiny cough factor. This strain is stoney and bit euphoric too. I felt a bit drunk like a few times as it felt as if I was swaying when walking.

This strains biggest benefit for me is the pain relieving qualities on summit of releasing stress. When in some serious pain, a strain like Skywalker OG is one I want to have on hand. A bowl of this does me just as good as a Vicodin or narcotic pain pill.

During my last marijuana nugget of Skywalker OG, I actually medicated after doing a 7:00am 5K morning jog. Taking a week off from the gym, I decided to jog 5Ks for that same week. The first day, I was in tremendous knee and neck/upper back pain (its been half a year since I jogged outside so, got to work up those running muscles again) and bowl of Skywalker OG light sabered that pain away. Being this was in the morning, I was a bit groggy. But, my pain was gone and since I had a good amount of morning caffeine in my system (~200mg), I was slow but, not couched.

I have never had a bad bowl or batch of Skywalker OG regardless of what collective Ive obtained it from. It is just an overall solid strain that performs time after time again.

I adore feelin that force probably why Skywalker OG is one summit favorite OGs! ie420patient

I love hamburgers. I used to joke with my friends growing up that I was the man behind the hamburgler mask. As I’m sure all loyal readers know, I also like marijuana. Jack Herer is a prized sativa-dominant indica/sativa hybrid well known for both its cerebral high and its strong body high. The strain is a cross between Skunk #1, Haze, and Northern Lights #5. Jack Herer is the parent to many subset strains.
“Date Acquired: July 30, 2011
Grade: A+
Type: Sativa
Looks: Very dense, but soft yet sticky to the touch nugs; light green in color with orange/rust colored hairs and crystallized in trichs.
Smell: Sweetand spicy. Orange juice, lemon and pepper. Scent will linger in the room for a short bit (but in a pleasant way).
Taste: Very smooth smoke. Although not as noticeable as the smell, there is a sweet underlying tone with this strain with a lemon-peppery after taste. Somewhat like a fruit salad with spicy (taste, not heat) dressing. The inhale was more fruity with the exhale being “ginger” spicy. A very tasty strain!
Buzz Type: Gave me a solid sense of focus and awareness. Can be a bit “racy” during some sections of the buzz. Provided me with energetic full body tingle too.
Buzz Length: Above Average to Long (1.5 to 2 hours)
Summary:
* Finally! I’ve been craving a really solid Sativa for months! This batch of Jack Herer came calling to my rescue.
This is a “Feel Good” strain. Everything was enjoyable around me while medicating with Jack Herer. Sounds were nicely amplified; especially outside.
Jack Herer’s scent is quite strong; especially when scissoring, but the sweetness and spiciness of the smell I do like. The lingering smell is pleasing to my nostrils vs. some of the stronger Indica OG’s I medicate with. A “clean” smoking strain, Jack Herer left behind minimal resin build up in my glass bong.
I found myself flying all over the place during some sessions while really focused with deep intuitive thought on others. I got wrapped up into some “deep” conversations while medicating with Jack Herer.
Overall, just an awesome Sativa that was my perfect daytime medicine when I had various things to do and really needed to multi-task. Still be careful though… a few times while walking forward, it felt like as if someone was pulling me forward. I definitely enjoyed this strain.

Death Star Cannabis Strain Review And Pictures

Sour Diesel cross with Sensi Star, Death Star’s effects are a building pressure in the eyes and around the back of the head and temples to start off, with an increase in heart rate and some perspiration happening at times. The body started buzzing early on and this keeps up throughout the experience, though it turns to more of a warming feeling as it goes on.

“Date Acquired: July 22, 2011

Grade: B+/A-

Type: Indica

Looks: “Thick,” fat deep green nugs fluffy nugs with ample orange/red hair. A real nice two finger sticky bounce.

Smell: A mix of Khuynh-Deip Eucalyptus oil and nutmeg

Taste: Very smooth with similarities to sour lemon and fuel on the top of the palate. Hints of pink lemonade on the after taste that changes up to sour lip puckering lemon causing dry mouth.

Buzz Type: Heady with full body tingle and a bit of pressure sensation (behind the eyes). Euphoric.

Buzz Length: Average to Above Average (1 to 1.5 hours)

Summary:

* Talk about an “interesting” strain…

Death Star OG does not always hit right away. The moment you think, “Ah man… this bud is not…” then BAM! Out of nowhere I was encased in full body tingle quickly followed by dry mouth. This strain hit me more like a really solid hybrid with that kush quality of “eye pressure” relief combined with a tingly, euphoric full body experience that actually provided me with energy. Around half a hour into a bowl, I felt very “jumpy” – Full tingle experiences is most intense around this time.

But… not enough “legs,” but at peak intensity “buzz” is very good. About half hour at most. The intensity of buzz varied slightly with the one larger nug not hitting as hard as the others.

Pinching the fresh nug left a stickiness on my fingers and when needing to clear my allergy ridden nostrils, all I needed to do is take a deep sniff of the jar that this strain was stored in. Death Star OG did give me a serious case of “Yuck Mouth,” so make sure to have gum and/or liquid or hand. If at home and leaving, I just felt the need to brush my teeth if medicating with this strain.

“Jill was lucky enough to be gifted this amazing Orange Skunk and they day we smoked the finished bud we knew we had to outcross it with our Space Queen male. You don’t really have to be a master breeder to figure out Orange and Pineapple Mango will be a good combination. The resulting outcross is remarkably stable and is close to a 50/50 representation of the parents. Topped only once in grows into a nice short bush with lots of side branching and multi heads. Like the name implies, this is a sweet, fruit flavored bud that tastes like a mix of jellybeans and pineapple. Jillybean has a dark forest green color with some red hairs and lots of sticky resin. Girl Scout Cookies Cannabis Strain Review And Pictures

If you live in the Bay Area, you’ve likely heard of Girl Scout Cookies. Whether it’s from one of the songs by the famous San Francisco rapper, Berner or actually trying it yourself, Girl Scout Cookies is a can’t-miss strain that will medicate you beyond your wildest dreams. A potent mix of an OG Kush x Durban Poison x Cherry Kush mother backcrossed with a prime-looking OG Kush father created possibly one of the best Northern California strains of all time. For those of you who are into the Bay Area rap scene, you’ve likely already smoked some of this off-the-charts weed after hearing some of the songs by San Francisco rapper and collective owner, Berner.

“Date Acquired: December 18, 2011

Grade: A++

Type: Hybrid

Looks: Frost covered tight and very light weight marijuana nuggets with areas of deep “dark”spotting encased in orange/rust colored hair.

Smell: A slight hint of pepper with a sweet evergreen funk hitting over the top clearing out the nostrils. Smell can be describe as “minty,” but I had to really “detect” it.

Taste: A light, but sweet evergreen/spearmint fruit enhanced flavor with a bit of sweet tea leaf after taste.

Buzz Type: A combination of heady and heaviness providing some solid focus and spatial awareness along with good pain management and relaxation.

Buzz Length: Long to Very Long (2 to 2+ hours)

Summary:

* Girl Scout Cookies, “Original Thin Mints” somewhat threw me for a loop when I first started medicating with it. On my very first bowl, my first thought was; “YES! A Sativa that’s straight up FIRE!” Fact is, Girl Scout Cookies, “Original Thin Mints” (GSC-OTM) is a hybrid strain that was mostly heavy, but also quite heady; headier than most hybrids I’ve medicated with going as far back as I can remember. That initial shot of Sativa like headiness stuck with me on the first bowl for a good while until the more dominant heavy and relaxing Indica qualities take over.

While feeling “up,” GSC-OTM provided me some intense focus and clarity. I was able to get of work done in a short amount of time. I was able to work quite fast. When the heaviness builds up, it feels like someone is taking three of their fingers and pressing against the inside corners of my eyes and bridge of nose. The relief I felt around my eyes was awesome. Very similar to most Kush varieties I’ve medicated with, but with a little added euphoric feeling.

GSC-OTM has a nice initial scent, but the lingering scent can get funky from broken up marijuana nuggets. I found I had to light candles and use spray; not from smoking inside my house, but from after snipping a marijuana nugget. The lingering scent is STRONGER. My wife commented on that several times and although I do not smoke flowers inside my home, I might as well given this flowers lingering smell; which I actually like, but is very noticeable to the “non-user.”

The majority of the time, GSC-OTM did not couch lock me, but the overall buzz effect could be a bit to heavy for some for day use and this buzz is long; with a typical full bowl consistently hitting the 2+ hour mark with me. Knowing that my overall tolerance could be higher due to more concentrate use, having this long buzz term meant a longer duration of use before depleting supply (a good thing). With GSC-OTM, a little goes a long way.

The heaviness of GSC-OTM provided me with great pain relief. I’ve even made note where my head was pounding me one day from limited sleep and after a bowl of GSC-OTM, I was feeling fine. I really like how this strain was mellowing and relaxing while attacking pain while still providing mental awareness. I enjoyed many “happy hours” while medicated with this strain.

When medicating heavy (multiple bowls in a short time span), the come down is noticeable “harder.” This is when I get hit with watery eyes and the case of the yawns. A heavier “come down” made me a bit lethargic.

Crafted in Northern California, I was very happy to get this strain knowing I received the original directly from SAN FRANCISO. An interesting name for a marijuana strain, sometimes I sit back and wonder how it was named. Is it because the dark spotting makes some marijuana nuggets look like green chocolate chip cookies under the camera? Is it because it crumbles like cookie crumbs when breaking up the marijuana nuggets? When breaking off into little “crumbs,” GSC-OTM also burns like a Kingsford charcoal; to a flaky white.

Girl Scout Cookies, “Original Thin Mints,” has been hyped up quite a bit through the Internet and Pop Culture. But this is one strain that DOES live up the hype. Straight FIRE and my first IE420 “Certified Fire” strain of 2012! There are several variations this “Cookie” strain and do hope I am fortunate enough to come across ALL of them!” – ie420patient

When it comes to the size of pots for cannabis plants, the general rule is 'The Bigger, The Better'. And that's correct when you have a lot of space. The bigger the pot, the more roots your plant can make, the bigger your plant will get, the bigger your harvest will be. Simple. But sometimes there's not a lot of space available, or maybe you just don't want to get some giant plants. So what happens when you put a seed in an extremely small pot? Well, Jiggs put a seed of an autoflowering 'Quick Fruit' from 'AC Genetics' in one of his traditional beer glasses (0.5 liter) and he created the coolest 'Bonsai' cannabis plant ever. Plant grows a firm, sweet and sticky cola and reaches a height of only 29.5 cm!
