Man you gotta be careful what you read and who you listen to.

Just been scanning a hot thread at a popular Internet marketing forum that’s gonna cost a whole bunch of innocent people a TON of money.

Here’s the story…

A newbie is advising other newbies not to build an email list.

Why? Because he says they wouldn’t know what to do with it!?

Here’s a direct quote:

“learning how to handle and monetize a list is much more important and much harder than learning how to build one”

Well der.

And how do you suppose you learn how to monetize a list?

Certainly not by reading about it.

Probably not by watching others. (You can pick up some stuff by watching others but unless you already know the tactics they’re using you’ll most likely miss all the REAL strategies at play.)

The bottom line is you learn by DOING it.

You figure out who YOUR prospects are… what THEY respond to… what YOUR style is.

And the only way to do that is to build a list and learn it first-hand.

The worst part is other newbies (and a few people who should know better) are agreeing with him, which is a form of social proof, which will cause other newbies to put off building their list until they “know” it all — and that day NEVER comes!

There is a reason why virtually every successful Internet marketer says to build your list from day ONE. There is a reason why “take action” is the number one piece of advice given. There is a reason why those that get started before they know what they’re doing FAR out-perform everyone else waiting for their ducks to line up.

Be careful who you listen to and who you choose to model.

That said, here’s my advice for NEWBIES who want to get started building your list:

1. BAIT YOUR HOOK

If you want someone to give you their name and email address, you’ve got to give them something of value in return.

This is your bait.

Could be an email series, a short report, an audio interview… the format isn’t really all that important.

It’s the CONTENT that matters — they’ve got to want the content more than they mind giving up their details.

Forget all the “move the free line” stuff you’ve heard, your bait piece doesn’t have to be a $1997 piece of software or 200-page ebook. A 3-page report on a hot topic is more than enough to do the job.

2. CAST MULTIPLE LINES

Don’t rely on one source of leads or one squeeze page to build your list.

Create multiple squeeze pages with different offers targeting different segments of your market.

Use traditional squeeze pages… Aweber lighboxes… Ultimate Footer Ads… an Exit Splash… because different people/markets will respond to different stimuli.

3. FISH WHERE THE FISH ARE

Figure out where your market hangs out online, what language (keywords) they use, then figure out how to get in front of them.

Drive traffic to your squeeze pages from PPC, banner ads, forums, blogs (posts, comments, article swaps, reviews), articles, joint ventures.

The more traffic you drive the faster you’ll build your list, so make it a PRIORITY to drive traffic.

4. (BONUS) MONETIZE THOSE FISH!

OK, now you’ve got a list…

What do you do with it? How do you monetize it?

This is where the REAL learning comes in — the stuff you can read in a book but never learn until you DO IT.

It’s actually real simple…

Survey them. Find out who they are, their wants/needs/desires/fears, what they want.

Email them. Send them content. Send them offers. Test, track and improve. See what works for you.

Rinse and repeat.

You’ll learn more in one month building and emailing your own list than you ever would reading about it in yet another ebook.

Kyle Tully

P.S. Speaking of list-building…

Wednesday at 8pm ET (that’s tonight) I’m interviewing Daniel Levis about how to grow BIG, responsive email lists up to 7 times faster than average.

Daniel is a world-class copywriter and marketing consultant who gets paid $17,500 for ONE web-marketing campaign… and… you can understand why when they regularly convert at 10%, even on high-ticket items.

If you want to know how he does it — and get his step-by-step process handed to you on a silver platter — then register now and get ready to take notes.

This is a FREE training call for my subscribers — sign up here:

Ever heard this one?

“Your copy is the most vital part of your business.”

BZZZZZ… Wrong!

Copy is NOT the most vital part of your business.

In fact, it’s not even the most important piece of your marketing…

… not even second.

Believe it or not, copywriting is a distant 3rd on the list of things that impact your marketing success.

Here’s something most copywriters either don’t know, or won’t tell you:

Your list and your offer have a MUCH bigger impact on your marketing campaigns than any copywriting wizardry ever could.

For example:

You can write the most technically perfect salesletter ever crafted…

… filled with emotion…

… backed by steel logic…

… laced with subtle persuasion devices…

But if the offer is a dud — or the market doesn’t want your product — then you won’t sell a thing.

Case in point: Most of the salesletter critiques I do have nothing to do with copywriting. It’s nearly always the offer that needs work. No point fixing the words until you’ve got something that people want.

On the other hand, if you DO have a hot offer. And you DO have a starving crowd of hungry buyers. Then even average copy will get the job done.

(Check out some of the top products on Clickbank if you don’t believe me — the copy is average at best, but they are in red-hot markets and are completely offer-driven.)

Now, let me be perfectly clear.

Under the right conditions copywriting IS a sales multiplier.

And you should focus on improving your copywriting skills.

But it’s not nearly as important — or as difficult — as many copywriters would have you believe.

Focus first on choosing a proven market, building a list of buyers, and making irresistible offers.

Kyle Tully

P.S. When you sign up for the product-creation bootcamp you’ll learn how to build a list of rabid buyers and how to craft irresistible offers that make even average copy pull sales like crazy.

(I’ll even show you how to write “good enough” copy in just 2 days.)

This is a once-off event and places are strictly limited.

Check your email tomorrow for full details on how to sign up.

Got asked a great question the other day…

Q: “Kyle, I’m just getting started in internet marketing. I’m learning about copywriting, driving traffic, affiliate marketing, SEO etc. It seems there is always something else to learn! In your opinion, should I start creating my own information products right away, or am I better off staring with affiliate marketing and learning the ropes that way?”

A: Great question.

My advice is to do both.

Let me explain…

Affiliate marketing is great because you get paid to learn how to make money online — without investing a whole lot of time, money and energy yourself.

Not only that, you pick up some essential skills — like how to find profitable markets, how to drive traffic cost-effectively, how to pick products people want to buy etc.

(Do it right and you can even build your list off the back of your competitors product — a strategy I teach in The Lost Blueprint.)

And of course you don’t have any customer support issues, so you can focus more of your time on what matters most… marketing.

Problem is…

You’re only getting a percentage of the sale.

You’re helping someone else grow their business (usually a LOT faster than you’re growing yours).

Merchants can pull products, hold commissions, change the rules and you have no control.

Spy tools are making it easier and easier for other affiliates to rip-off your successful campaigns.

Low barrier to entry means competition is fierce.

Don’t get me wrong, I love affiliate marketing. You just gotta do it smart.

See, the web is a content-driven medium.

People want information — high-quality, useful, unique information.

But if you’re promoting the exact same product as every other affiliate… in the exact same way… with the exact same offer… then how are you going to differentiate yourself?

Where’s the unique useful information? Why should they buy from you instead of any one of the hundreds of affiliates?

That’s where creating your own information products comes in.

You can create products and offer them as bonuses for your affiliate promotions.

You can create products that compliment an already existing product and piggyback on it’s success.

You can create products and give them away to build your list.

Bottom line:

Creating your own information products gives you leverage and opens doors closed to most affiliate marketers.

That’s why I suggest you create your own products right from the start — even if they are just simple 5-page reports or audio interviews.

The small effort you put in up-front will put you head and shoulders above every other newbie affiliate.

Kyle Tully

P.S. This week I’ll be opening the doors to my product-creation bootcamp — a 6-week intense training program designed to set you up with not only your own product, but a solid business with
6-figure potential.

(This will be the precursor to my high-level mentoring program and will involve a LOT of my personal time and attention for each attendee. You’ll come out the other end with a product and a plan to take your business to 6-figures and beyond.)

If you want to get your info product business going fast, want to setup multiple passive income streams, or just want the advice and hands-on-help of someone who’s “been there” then make sure you’re signed up to my list (top right) to be notified when the doors open.

“Anyone can do any amount of work,
provided it isn’t the work he is supposed
to be doing at that moment.”

- Robert Benchley

First up I want to say I’m a terrible procrastinator.

(You know you’re in trouble when you’re procrastinating on
writing an article about overcoming procrastination!)

Without the tactics I’m about to reveal to you my work hours
are quickly consumed with reading books, browsing forums,
playing Mario Kart, and watching the NHL.

Which is all good fun, but it sure doesn’t bring in any money.

Fact is, procrastination effects all of us.

Some people more than others.

Some days worse than others.

But no one is 100% focused on their most high-value activities
100% of the time. It’s impossible.

And frankly I’m not entirely sure you can completely eliminate
procrastination.

I know I haven’t.

But the good news is procrastination is largely habitual — you
either have good habits or bad habits which CAN be changed.

And by using a combination of big picture ideas and practical
day-to-day processes I have learned to dramatically reduce my
procrastination habits and become rather productive despite
myself.

This week I’m going to talk about the big picture stuff, because
if you don’t get it right then nothing else matters, and next
week I’ll share my practical day-to-day tips.

HOW TO OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION – THE BIG PICTURE

1. HAVE A CLEAR VISION

What’s the “big idea” that drives your business?

Why do you get up in the morning?

What are you going to achieve?

The clearer your vision of what you are doing and why you are
doing it, the easier you’ll find it to stay focused for extended
periods of time.

(The overriding vision for my business is to help entrepreneurs
and small business owners realize their full potential, make more
money in less time, and live the “Internet lifestyle”. THAT gets
me excited!)

If you’re just chasing some vague dream of “making money” then
it’s easy to put a task off for an hour… then a day…
before you know it weeks have passed and you still haven’t
gotten any real work done.

Why? Because if you’re not excited about what you do and where
you’re heading then you can easily rationalize an excuse to
put tasks off until tomorrow… and tomorrow never comes.

In my Consulting Tycoon coaching program one of the first things
I get people to do is complete a 1-page business plan. And the
first step in the plan is to create the vision for your business.

Who will you serve? What will you offer? Why do you exist?

(This simple exercise is powerful — one student credits it as
one of the key drivers in him making $45,000 in the first 3
months of this year… right in the middle of the recession.)

Right now, create a vision for your own business that inspires
you. It will be one of the most valuable exercises you ever do.

2. BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE

Do you know what you’re doing?

What if you mess up and get it wrong?

How confident are you?

According to Wikipedia, “procrastination is a mechanism for
coping with the anxiety associated with starting or completing
any task or decision.”

This anxiety has many sources, but from my experience a lack
of confidence is one of the main ones — you rarely feel
anxious about something you’re confident with, do you?

And considering how big the learning curve is in IM there is
ALWAYS something we’re not confident with.

It could be a new skill you’ve just learned, not knowing if
you’re “doing it right”, or just the thought of putting your
stuff “out there” and facing the possibility of criticism.

Whatever it is, if you don’t build your confidence and learn
to manage this anxiety you will always resort to procrastination
instead of getting productive work done.

The tricky part is you have to build your confidence in things
you don’t have experience with… your confidence must come
from a place deep inside you, not just from experience.

(If you relied solely on gaining confidence from experience
it would take a lifetime to become confident in everything
there is to learn about Internet marketing.)

If you think your confidence levels may be causing you to
procrastinate then I highly recommend Kent Sayre’s book
“Unstoppable Confidence”.

3. FOCUS ON YOUR CORE STRENGTHS

What are the highest value activities you do in your business
that you enjoy doing?

It could be seeking out joint ventures… creating top-notch
websites and autoresponders… getting first-page search engine
rankings for your clients… striking up conversations (and
deals) with business owners… writing copy… or just about
anything else.

(Mine are strategic planning, copywriting, curriculum design,
and presentation delivery.)

Whatever yours are, focus at least 80% of your time on them!

Not only will this help you avoid procrastinating (you don’t
put off tasks you actually enjoy doing) but it’s a much more
valuable use of your time.

e.g. I think it’s crazy that people will agonize for weeks
trying to learn graphic design, just to create a simple header
graphic for their website, when you can outsource that task
for less than $100 and focus on high value activities (such as
creating joint ventures) that actually make you money.

Besides, this is your business and it should be fun! There’s not
enough time in the world to be wasting it on activities you
don’t enjoy.

Work on implementing these three ideas into your business and
you should start to notice procrastination becoming less of an
issue for you.

Next week I’ll share with you some of the practical things I do
every single day to make me about as productive as I think I can
be.

it doesn’t make sense right away.”

- Richard David Bach

3 EASY INFO PRODUCTS YOU CAN CREATE TODAY

If you’ve never created an info product before, the best advice
I can give you is keep it simple!

It’s tempting to try and tackle a big project right out of the
gate — like a home study course, full-blown membership site, or
100+ page ebook.

After all, that’s how all the “gurus” make money, right?

What you don’t realize is how much time and effort goes into
these kinds of products. Even a product creation expert can
spend weeks (even months) developing a high-ticket product.

When you’re just getting started — when EVERYTHING you do has
a steep learning curve — that timeframe can easily blow out…

… weeks turn into months and months turn into years.

And even then there is no guarantee you’ll sell a single copy.

Don’t make things harder than they need to be.

For your first product, aim for something you can create in a
day or two… a week tops.

Focus on a getting a quick win.

The experience and confidence you gain — not to mention the
list of paying customers — will be worth more than you can
imagine.

Here are 3 of my favorite easy info products:

AUDIO INTERVIEW

This is probably the fastest and easiest product you can create.

Grab an expert in your niche, get them on the phone for an hour
and ask them all the questions your niche wants to know.

(I use my Instant Teleseminar account to record interviews, but
you can also use Skype with the Pamela plugin if you’re on a
budget and don’t mind average quality audio.)

You don’t need to be an expert, don’t need to create the content,
and can have a product completed in a few hours.

Once you’ve got the recording you can sell it as an MP3 download,
use a service such as Kunaki to sell it as a physical CD, get
it transcribed and sell it as an ebook.

You could even use it as an opt-in incentive and market your
expert’s high-ticket products on the back end

One question I get asked quite often is, “do people actually buy ‘interview’ products?”

Check this out…

A brand new product, in a market far removed from the
“make money” niche.

No list. No partners. No “launch”.

$27,000 in 4 days.

Impressive?

You bet!

Did I mention that’s a monthly recurring income stream?

There is serious money to be made with simple interview products,
it all comes down to how they’re positioned and marketed.

PRODUCT PIGGYBACK

Here you take an existing product that’s selling well and create
a complimentary product you can sell to the same market.

For example:

One marketer I know got her start in Internet marketing by
creating a Wordpress tutorial ebook. She went full-time
within a few months of releasing it.

Another got his start with XSitePro templates and was doing
$1,000’s per DAY right from day one.

Yet another made more than $30,000 with a Wordpress plugin in
his first 2 months.

And a product I created that piggybacked on a hot trend has now
turned into an entire 6-figure business all on it’s own.

You can create products that help users get more from the
original product, like a “how to” guide or instruction manual.

You can create products that extend the original product, such
as tools, templates and plugins.

The beauty of creating a product this way is you KNOW the market
exists — you know there are buyers out there, you know exactly
where they “hang out” online.

And you don’t need to be particularly original or creative
to create these kinds of products. It doesn’t take a genius to
create a “how to” guide for an existing product — you just
go through the product/software one step at a time and note
down what you do as you do it.

The other great thing about these kinds of products is the more
popular the original product becomes, the more popular your
product becomes!

They’re doing all the hard work of marketing and you get to ride
their coattails.

TELESEMINAR

Teleseminars are fast becoming one of my favorite product
creation strategies.

They’re super-fast to setup… have a high perceived value…
can be transcribed, sold as MP3’s or as physical products…
and are perfect for teaching and coaching.

They’re also a lot of fun once you get over the butterflies!

You can get an expert in your niche and do a live Q & A, you
can teach your own material, conduct an interactive coaching
class or simply talk about things your niche are interested in.

You can make money selling access to the original teleseminar,

then package and sell access to the recordings & transcripts.

You can even do free teleseminars and then sell affiliate
products on the call!

(And if you’re nervous about doing a “live” call you can simply
pre-record the call with ONLY you on the line, although
personally I get my best material out when there’s the extra pressure of a few people listening in!)

I use and recommend Instant Teleseminar for all kinds of
audio product creation. Bang-for-buck they can’t be beaten.

As usual, I’d love to hear your feedback on this article.

Hit me up with a comment and have your say…

“Small opportunities are often
the beginning of great enterprises.”

- Demosthenes

Man what a week…

You might have noticed there was no issue last Tuesday.

I spent the entire week preparing for a lawsuit against my old
financial adviser — been neck-deep in documents, papers and
never ending legal forms.

To cut a long story short… they made stupid mistakes, sued the
wrong company (one of their creditors), lost, and went
bankrupt… taking millions of investor money with them.

I lost tens of thousands.

And I was one of the lucky ones.

Other people are losing their houses.

I’m young. I can rebuild. But these folks… some of them are
already retired. They have no income. Soon they won’t have a
home.

The lesson?

Be very careful taking on debt. Play nice with your creditors.
Don’t risk what you can’t afford to lose.

Anyway, enough about me. Let’s talk about you.

Last issue we talked about creating info products.

Specifically, using the “Instant Product Creation System” to crank out high-quality products in record time.

Which is great if you already have a topic for your product.

But what if don’t have the foggiest idea about what to create?

How do you come up with an idea for a product?

Let me show you how I do it…

HOW TO GET UNLIMITED PRODUCT IDEAS

Here’s something you might not know:

Not every product you create is going to be a winner.

In fact, probably only 1 in 10 will be a runaway success.

Another 3 in 10 will make money, but they won’t make you rich.

And the other 6? A few will break even, a few will lose money or
take more time to create than they are worth.

These aren’t hard and fast numbers. Some people seem to have the
midas touch and couldn’t make a dud if they tried. But most of
us will see numbers similar to above.

So it stands to reason, the more products you create, the better
your chances of finding that 1 in 10 product that will make
you millions.

And the more products you create, the more front end customers
you get, the more back end sales you make, the more affiliates
you attract… until you’ve got so much momentum that nothing
can stop you.

That’s why the ability to come up with lots of products and
create them FAST is such a valuable skill.

Now let’s take all the guesswork and creativity out of the
picture and make everything step-by-step with a simple system
you can follow.

1. YOUR LIST

If you’ve got a list, survey them. There is no better way to find
out what product to create than to ask the people who are going
to buy it what they want.

You can get a free 100-response survey from SurveyMoney.com.

The trick is NOT to ask what product they want, but to ask what
problems they are having. Create a product that solves an urgent
problem and it will sell itself.

2. FORUMS

People love to complain. And what better place than forums!

Check out these two resources to find forums in your niche:

http://www.theforumfinder.org/
http://directory.big-boards.com/

Or just type “YOUR NICHE + forum” into Google.

The good news is complaints are often about problems people are
having. Look for problems that come up often or that many people
seem to be having.

Can you create a product that solves those problems?

Often it’s VERY simple to model your own product on an existing
one then simply “fix” whatever people were complaining about.

Most problems people are complaining about can be solved very
easily with a few minutes on Google.

But here’s the thing: most people are REALLY BAD at using Google.

If it doesn’t come up on the first page for the most obvious
search term then they can’t find it. You can take an hour or
two to research a topic other people are either too lazy or
incompetent to research and create a product that hands the
solution to them.

3. TWEAK A PROVEN SELLER

Check out the best seller lists on Amazon, eBay, Paypal etc.

Look at what is already selling and think about how you can
put your own unique twist on it.

Here are a few idea-generators to get you thinking:

Sub-Niche, Rename, Offer, Bonus, Expand, Contract, Combine,
Split, Format, Language, Delivery, Structure, Compliment, Oppose,
Sequel, Prequel

Each of those represents a way you can tweak an existing proven
seller and make it your own.

For example, do you remember “The Secret”?

It was a HUGE huge success.

Search for “The Secret” on Amazon and look at how Rhonda Byrne
tweaked the original idea to generate half a dozen other
products.

There is…

The Secret
The Secret (Extended Edition)
The Secret Daily Teachings
The Secret Gratitude Book
The Secret Soundtrack
El Secreto (The Secret) (Spanish Edition)

Then other people jumped on the “Law of attraction” bandwagon
and came out with products such as:

Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You
Want and Less of What You Don’t

The Soulmate Secret: Manifest the Love of Your Life with the Law of Attraction

The Secret Diary: A Personal Workbook for Achieving Health, Wealth and Happiness

All of these leverage the initial success of “The Secret”.

4. USE IDEA TEMPLATES

As a copywriter I have an extensive swipe file of proven
ads — including headlines, openings, guarantees, offers etc –
I can use to get my creative juices flowing.

(I highly suggest you start building a swipe file if you have
not already — more on this in future issues.)

As a product creator I have a swipe file of product names,
article / report titles, and other templates I can use to
quickly generate dozens of product ideas.

For example:

5 Easy Ways to _______

10 Things to Avoid When _______

The 7 Most Important _______ For _______

How _______ Can Get Twice As Much Done In Half the Time

51 Costly Mistakes New _______ Make

Then you simply plug in your niche/topic and away you go.

Follow these 4 steps and coming up with ideas for your next
product won’t be an issue anymore. In fact, you’ll likely
have a new problem — deciding which idea to go with.

My suggestion — go with your gut and make the decision fast.

Let the market tell you which ideas are good and which are not.

“Success is a science;
if you have the conditions,
you get the result.”

- Oscar Wilde

Let’s talk about creating info products.

But not just any old junk.

High-quality products you’ll be proud to profit from.

Products that help people, establish you as an expert, and make
your customers want to buy everything you put out.

Products you can sell for $10 – $97 (or more), give away to
build your list, distribute to promote your launch, or use as a
bonus in a product launch sniping campaign.

And let’s talk about products you can create in less than 2 days.

Sound impossible?

Well, my system can let you do all of this and more…

Imagine… entering any new market you choose… creating a
top-of-the-line information product… and making your first
sales… all within 48 hours.

This is the power of systemized product creation!

Here’s the bottom line:

The ability to create info products is a cash-generating skill.

The faster you create them, the more money you make.

The higher quality they are, the more repeat sales you get.

Beginning to sound like a skill you want to master?

Great! Let’s take a look at the 48 hour info product system…

CREATING HIGH-QUALITY INFO PRODUCTS
IN 48 HOURS OR LESS.

The key to fast info product creation is having a system.

Systems take most of the effort, guesswork and need to be
“creative” out of the equation and give you a simple set of
steps to follow.

You follow the proven steps, you get the proven result.

My own system is based on Jason Fladlien’s excellent “Instant
Product Creation System” which you can get here.

I’ve used this system to create all my recent products including:

$10 reports such as The Lost Blueprint
$97 video courses like Overnight Membership Site
Even my $497 Consulting Tycoon home study course

(And that’s just in the IM niche, the system works just as
effectively in every single market I’ve applied it to.)

Each time I use the system, not only does it make me a lot of
money, but people love my products and are able to apply the
information in them.

At the core of the system is an outline that forces you to
create quality products, and allows you to do it very quickly.

Here’s the 20,000 ft view of how it works:

Studies show there are basically 4 learning styles –

Why, What, How, What If.

WHY learners need to know why they should learn what’s in your
product otherwise they will never even consume it, let alone
take action on it.

WHAT learners want to know step-by-step what they need to do to
get results.

HOW learners need more hands on help such as exercises and
“here’s what do do when X happens” advice.

WHAT IF learners want to see the big picture before they get
started.

We all learn using a combination of these styles.

If your products do not cater to each of these learning styles
then certain people will not “get” your product — refunds will
skyrocket and repeat purchases will plummet.

The good news is this gives us the perfect outline for any
information product:

WHY
WHAT
HOW
WHAT IF

You’ll notice all of my products follow this same general
formula — I tell you WHY you need to know this, show you WHAT
to do, tell you HOW to overcome obstacles, then show you WHAT
you can expect IF you follow the steps. It works like magic.

Then it’s simply a matter of filling in each section with the
appropriate information.

(Jason makes this super-simple by showing you exactly what to
include in each section — it makes creating info products
paint-by-numbers simple.)

For a short report or brief video you could use the WWHW formula
to outline your entire product — in fact, I’m doing this right
now in this very article!

For a longer ebook or more involved video you would use WWHW
to outline each chapter of your product. For example, each
video in my Overnight Membership Site course uses it’s own WWHW.

Using this system I can…

Write a 20-page report in a single day.
Outline and script a video in a matter of hours.
Create entire products in less than 2 days.

And contrary to popular belief, I’m NOT a “natural” writer.

I almost failed English in high school.

Until a few months ago (well into my career as a copywriter) I
didn’t even like writing — I never knew where to start, wasn’t
sure if I’d made all my points, and could never tell if what I
was writing was any good.

Now I find writing MUCH easier. Product creation is a snap.

And I put it down to two things — practice, and Jason’s system.

Obviously there’s a lot more to the system than just an outline.

Mindset, understanding, strategy, procrastination killers…

The outline is a great place to start but there are many more
pieces of the puzzle.

In fact, I’ve added many of my own twists and techniques to
simplify things even more, and make creating high-quality
products faster.

Would you like to know what they are?

I’ll be holding a free product creation training teleseminar
secrets.

All you have to do is grab Jason’s “Instant Product Creation
my own personal twists and tweaks to let you create better
products faster and easier than anything you’ve ever tried.

- Charles Franklin Kettering

Allow me to predict your future…

You are going to fail.

Yes, YOU, reading this right now, are going to fail.

Maybe you’ll pour blood sweat and tears into a product and
no one buys it.

Maybe you’ll write a “killer” salesletter and the sales will
trickle in so slowly you’ll think your website is broken.

Or maybe you’ll find the perfect niche and the perfect product,
where others are making millions, and you won’t be able to make
one red cent no matter what you do.

Want to know how I know this?

Because it happens to all of us!

Doesn’t matter how carefully you plan, how much research you do,
or how sure you are that THIS is “the” thing for you… at some
stage you are going to fail.

And it’s most likely to to happen more often when you’re just
getting started in business. So… why waste time planning and
“figuring it all out” when you’re probably going to fail anyway?

You may as well just try something and start failing, right?

I mean, if it’s going to happen anyway, why not just get it over
and done with so you can get to succeeding sooner?

Fail fast and move on.

This is some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten.

But a lot of people have a hard time coming to terms with it.

It’s no wonder, we’re conditioned from a very young age — all
throughout our school years — that failing is bad.

Better to play it safe and “pass” than risk anything for a greater
glory… heaven forbid you should fail!

Only problem is, when it comes to being an entrepreneur this kind
of thinking will cripple you.

If you’re not prepared to fail on an almost daily basis… if
you can’t stand friends and family throwing “I told you so” and
stomping on your dreams every time something doesn’t work out as
you planned … then maybe you’re not cut out for this life.

Nothing wrong with that. It’s not for everyone.

But if you DO want to make it as an entrepreneur then you’re going
to have to come to terms with failing. The more you fail the more
you succeed.

As Michael Jordan said:

“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost
300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning
shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my
life. And that is why I succeed.

You fail — you learn — you grow. And THEN you succeed.

So when it comes to choosing a market, don’t over think it.

I gave you a list of 46 markets in The Lost Blueprint. Pick one.
Figure it out as you go. You might fail, you might not. Either
way you’ll be further ahead than the other guy still thinking
about which market to go in.

Don’t know anything about any of those markets? Here’s my super-
secret system for becoming a niche expert in 7 days…

Read the top 3 books in the niche. Boom. Instant expert. You now
know more than 99% of people in the niche. (Including most of
the people marketing products!)

Can’t decide between different markets?

Here are a few more things to look for:

Backend potential — What else can you sell to this market after
the initial sale? Preferably I want $1000+ items I can promote.
(Home study courses, seminars, boot camps etc.)

Passion — Passionate people are emotional. People buy based
on emotion. The more passionate the market, the easier it is
to sell to them.

Affinity — Do I have any interest in the market? Am I a buyer
in the market? Do I know other people in the market? All of
these are optional, but they do make it easier to break into
the market.

Not sure what you could sell to those markets?

Get in the niche forums and see what’s already selling.

Get on other peoples lists and see what they’re pushing.

Become a BUYER in the market.

It only takes a few days to get the pulse of any market.

Still looking for your “perfect” niche market?

Guess what — most people never find the “perfect” market for
them — but you’d be surprised how interested you get when the
money starts flowing.

So pick one of the broad markets I gave you. See what else is
selling in the market. Get a low-risk offer online. (A short 3
to 5 page report is all you need.) Drive traffic and promote
affiliate products.

If you fail, great! Figure out why and try something else.

Remember what I said the The Lost Blueprint — “I guarantee, the
people who read this report and then immediately choose a market,
get a low-risk offer online, and start driving traffic to it will
make 100 times more this year than those who think about it, buy
products about it or learn more about it.”

It’s time to stop thinking and take action.
