IPHONE DIARY: A DAY AS A MAKE UP MODEL

It's passed 2am but yesterday's not done for me yet. I woke up this morning and arrived at the Make Up School Chico Cihan 9 o'clock sharp. I played model for Verena whose task was to come up with a make up look for black girls. You won't believe how amazing my look turned out. And Verena was really quick as well. I had fun getting my make up done professionally. Honestly it kind of feels like a massage.. in the face. xD
I just came back from MCD Cosmetic's Spring Girls Beauty Night Out. It was my first time entering the store and I quickly fell in love with all the beauty products there. So much high quality products! But I'll talk to you about that later. Anyway I'm so ready to cuddle into cushions and call it a day. Haven't been out so early since my last school day.. Tomorrow is an exciting day! I'm shooting an exciting project you'll get to see very soon and I have a meeting. I'm talking business business!

PRESS DAYS APRIL 2013

This season I did not rush to all Agencies. I checked out Ontime PR and discovered Zoeva, got a few products from Tony&Guy's hair meets wardrobe collection that I'm very eager to try out, stopped by Schröder&Schombs to visit Franklin&Marshall and had a closer look at Wranglers Spa Jeans and also checked out Urban Outfitters and G-Star (you know G-Star is special for me. The seasonal Bread & Butter fashion show is a must and a fashion week highlight for me!) plus also I got to see the upcoming collection from Aubade Paris up close. Love this brand since Vogue Fashion Night Out 2012. They've got the most amazing underwear. Finally I looked at top brands like Hugo Boss and Michael Kors, amazing of course!

What seems to be really big this season are printed pants. Spotted them at every agency - every agency I visited.

Mavi

Above are all from Mavi, but Cross Jeans had some very pretty ones too that you should be on the look out for if you're interested in the print jeans trend. From star print, heart print, polka dots to very heavy prints, as long as your pants don't come in plain blue you'll be fine.

New brands I discovered:

Paez had the cutest shoes for summer!
Didn't make it to coachella, but if i did, these would have been the shoes I'd be wearing.

Guido Maria Kretschmer for Ebay (Capsule collection)

Guido Maria Kretschmer designed a capsule collection for Ebay that will be available soon. Unfortunately not all pieces will be produced, but only some, the most popular pieces selected by the community. I hope the jumpsuit makes it to production. It's my personal favourite piece.

Elisabetta Franchi

Elisabetta Franchi had the most gorgeous dresses and coats but unfortunately I can not show you anything yet except the accessoires, which I'm really really loving. I think this was my most favourite discovery during Press Days.

It's funny how mid April it was still so cold that I was running around in my fur coat and I had lost all hope in summer's near arrival and last week the temperatures seem to be accelerating upwards, then dropped as low as ever, so low I was forced to go out in a coat again, but today when I look out the window the sun is shining. So April this weather, so Berlin! And it's even May, yet it's still not really summer, but at least hopefully time to say good bye to winter coats for good.. finally

IN HAMBURG WITH ADIDAS

A few weeks ago I traveled to Hamburg for a day to visited the Adidas Style show room. I looked at the upcoming collections like Adidas Neo - this time designed by Selena Gomez, Adidas Originals and the Jeremy Scott x Adidas Collection that's totally crazy as usual. (Still in love with those Jeremy Scott x Adidas wings sneakers and the leopard shoes. Not kidding I'd totally wear them out.) I really liked what I got to see especially the Mc Nasty T-Shirt that's from the men's section I guess and the Adidas Neo sneakers with the removable bands adding little twist as detail. But there were many more pieces to look out for in autumn, when the collections hit the stores.
But other than looking and rating and discussing the new collection or eating as much mini burgers and dessert (they were so good!) as we want, we got to get a bit creative and pimp our very own T-shirts. I might show you mine in an outfit post.
A enjoyed a lovely day in Hamburg and the weather for once was at its best. The sun kissed my face as I sat next the harbour sipping Moscow Mules and Hugos while chatting to the other bloggers and the Adidas Team watching the ships passing by...

WISHLIST AND A STYLE IDEA / THE MICHAEL KORS HAMILTON BAG

It's been a while since I posted a wishlist and right now I'm really longing for this Hamilton bag from Michael by Michael Kors. Ah wouldn't it be nice to be able to say "I'm packing my Hamilton bag for the holidays.." end of this month? Although I'm not so sure if that's such a good idea. My Hamilton bag in Callela, amongst reckless Abiturienten...?

Maybe just to my next fabulous event. And in style of "What's in my Bag with Luxodo.com" here's what you'll find:

2. Nail polish from Face Stockholm. Always got a bottle of polish in my bag. I don't know why, I just do haha.

5. A cute key holder by Juicy Couture

6. The Missoni scarf

7. A4 Kiss&Help Lipbalm to keep my lips from drying out leaving them with a kissable look

and finally

8. High heels by Sam Edelmann. YES HIGH HEELS in my bag. I go to events in flats, change into high heels and as soon I leave I'm back in my flats. How else am I supposed to survive hours in heels? I'm such a cheat I know! But pretending I'm opening up my bag to you before the event, you can bet a milli you'll find heels in my bag.

THE SKYY SWAPPING SEASON PARTY

One of most exciting events of the year for me personally is the anual Skyy Swapping Party hosted by Designer Scouts probably because one of my very first personal invites came from them to their Sky Swapping Party. I felt very special opening that letter two years ago, okay? ^^ And also because the very first party left quite an impression filled with great memories on me. Unfortunately I missed last years party because of my hair !?!?! (#girlproblems..) So I was all the more excited to be there.

This time the Skyy Swapping Party was special, first of all because all the guests were escorted by a personal limo driving service sponsored by Uber, and it was not the usual Swapping Party but it was held in a smaller gathering of close friends to celebrate the launch of the Skyy Swapping Season! That's right this year there is not only going to be one Skyy Swapping party, but many more over this coming year. Also there was a special presentation by Ica Watermelon, Anne Gorke, Franziska Michael and Julia Heuse, 4 Designer Labels, that showcased their fashion, which I personally enjoyed a lot.
Food and drinks were phenomenal as usual and I was really happy to enjoy the night with my best friend Louisa, Marie, Leni and Carina. Mauri and the Shit Shop crew were present as well.
Again this was yet another night to remember.

BROWSING THROUGH DEFSHOP

Looking to satisfy my snapback and Nike Blazer addiction and the inner hip hop swagger chick hood bitch (not kidding I LOVE snapbacks and sneakers!) within me I turned to my regular sneaker online shops and finally Defshop because they usually offer their stuff at good prices. I have heard of Defshop before and occasionally browse the website when comparing prices for sneakers. But browsing through Defshop thoroughly for once, I realized they have much more to offer than just street wear, sneakers and snapbacks.

They have quite a huge range to shop and choose from. They also offer fashion from brands like Vero Moda and many more offering pieces in fashion and streetwear.
