It's the 2023 LOCS Pirate Pub Plunder benefitting Dane County Humane Society!

Come join in the fun and walk the plank on Saturday September 23, 2023

Dress in your favorite Pirate or Wench attire. This year's pub crawl is on Atwood Ave starting at 6:00pm at Harmony Bar. (see -- highly approximate -- full schedule below.)

A donation of $10.00 will go to the Dane Co Humane Society! Please bring some Booty (cash) as some bars do not accept cards... There will be beads and other treasures for yer pleasure!

Join us at 11AM on Sunday, September 10th at Oakstone Recreational (304 Commerce Parkway, Cottage Grove) for this year's Party with a Purpose!

Loyal Order of the Caribbean Soul - Southern Wisconsin Parrothead Club is teaming up with Camp Createability and Special Olympics - West Madison Area to raise money for both organizations!

Here are some of the fun activities that will be going on:

Silent Auction
Live Music from Banana Wind from 1pm-3pm

Fall Highway Cleanup - 10/17 at Morgan's

Coming up soon... at 10AM on October 17th is our Fall Highway Cleanup! Meet at Morgan's in Pine Bluff 8640 W Mineral Point Rd, corner of Mineral Point (Cty S) and County P.

We'll carefully social distance and pick up trash. Please bring masks (and of course you wear gloves picking up trash anyway!) Bring work gloves, long pants and boots are recommended because it can be muddy along the road.

Morgan's bar interior may be closed, but they have carry-out food, we can order by phone for "pickup" if we need to. Bring a cooler and drinks just in case, hopefully we can find a place to safely and distantly eat and drink and meet "together" after.

Weather is getting unpredictable, if it's rainy and cold, keep your eye out for more information!

If you find the shaker (of salt -- maybe not full) turn it in for a free drink (eventually)!

The Annual LOCS Holiday Party is coming up at 6:00PM on December 11th in the Grotto at Angelo's in Monona (5801 Monona Dr).

Please bring cash to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank and supplies to donate to Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (click for the Wish List).

Participate in the Gift Exchange! Bring a Buffett or tropical gift valued at $15-$20 if you wish to participate in the the gift exchange! Handmade and creative gifts encouraged! Bring small bills or jokes if you want to steal someone else's loot!

Don't forget to wear your ugly sweater for the ugly sweater contest!
