“Salah satu contohnya yaitu El bertugas di salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Muara Enim masa kerja tahun 2008. Padahal, menurut Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 56 Tahun 2012 minimal terhitung 1 Januari 2005 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2005 terhitung satu tahun masa kerja,” jelas Koordinator Daerah FHI Kabupaten Muara Enim Tantowi dalam keterangan tertulisnya.

Tantowi yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Asosiasi Guru dan Pegawai Honorer (AGPH) Muara Enim menjelaskan, pihaknya sedang melakukan penyelusuran data bodong dan mengumpulkan data-data tenaga honorer bodong untuk dilaporkan ke instansi dan lembaga terkait di Jakarta.

“FHI Muara Enim berharap dan menghimbau agar tenaga honorer bodong dengan kesadaran sendiri untuk mengundurkan diri,” tegasnya.Dia juga meminta Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Muara Enim untuk melakukan verifikasi dan validasi data K2 yang lolos tes sebelum diusulkan dalam pengajuan pemberkasan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP).

Rencananya FHI Korda Muara Enim akan melaporkan data-data tenaga honorer bodong ke FHI Pusat untuk selanjutnya diteruskan ke Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, Badan Kepegawaian Negara, ICW, dan lain-lain.

“Mereka ini mitra FHI Pusat dalam menangani permasalahan tenaga honorer bodong dan penanganan kasus-kasus tenaga honorer,” papar dia.Saat dikonfirmasi, Ketua Dewan Pembina FHI Pusat Hasbi menyatakan pengaduan dari Korda FHI Muara Enim telah diterima pihaknya. Dalam waktu dekat, FHI Pusat akan melakukan kordinasi kembali dengan ICW guna menindaklanjuti laporan Korwil/Korda FHI dari berbagai daerah.”Masalah data bodong ini akan dilaporkan ke Mabes POLRI,” jelasnya.
