Yet they do not actually talk with their partner about these issues. This is not a good way to handle a relationship.

Love, dating relationships, or even casual dating for that matter will only survive if you can communicate everything with your partner. Communication is often said to be the single most important part of a relationship. It helps both people involved in the relationship be happier and it helps the relationship progress. If you are unable to speak to your partner about what is bothering you, your relationship will not survive.

Communication is a great way to get to know someone, love someone, and grow old with someone. The first few months are just as important as 5 years down the road. Relationship expert Michael Webb, author of the Relationship EBook Collection agrees. If you want a relationship to last past the first few months you need to be natural, confident, and you need to communicate with your partner.

Do not stop going out on dates together after the first few months. Many people think that dating is only necessary for the first couple of months in the relationship. This is not true. If you want your relationship to stay fresh and exciting, you should continue going on dates whether your relationship is six months old or sixty years old. Otherwise, you run the risk of the relationship becoming boring to both of you, and you may start picking fights.

Remember that in a relationship, communication is the most important aspect if you want to make the relationship a healthy one.
So why would someone who knows this still involve themselves in dangerous relationship?

Most people who are in a relation ship which involves others go through change cycles. the change cycle of a dangerous relationship has a circle of events that looks like this

Everything is wonderful, then a massive explosion & blow up followed by great remorse.

When you first get together with someone everything seems just wonderful. It's not until you have been sucked in and your lives are intertwined that the Dr Jackal turns to Mr Hyde! Feeling connected to the other you find it difficult to leave.

Sadly a regular reason this happens is that the abused are from a background where such behaviour was seen as common, they feel that this is the norm! They deserved the punishment as they see it. They have no choice but to "take the abuse"

Through the complete cycle the abuse party is usually still very focused on assisting the abuser and even showing extra care to the partner. I find this heartbreaking.

The first step is you must realise that you do have a choice and you don't deserve that kind of treatment. Easily said however people who are mixed up in dangerous relationship are often of low self esteem by nature.

Once you believe that you have choices the next part is to stand your corner. If in a dangerous relationship your probably a very familiar with the term "It's all your fault" once you believe that it is your fault it can be almost impossible to escape or even change the things to fix the relationship.

It's not all doom as some couples are able to change the flow of the cycle. Some leave and find normality in the next partner. And some stay and rescue a dangerous relationship through counselling, or another popular choice is group therapy.

Bottom line though all relationships can be rescued. sometimes they need counselling other times they just really need a bit of space. You both must be willing to change things, If so, the dangerous relationship can transform into a very strong and healthy one.

If the situation doesn't change are you willing to walk?...You should be! Only from a distance, can you effect change in dangerous relationship.

Once you know that you can walk if you have to that's the time to drop your wish list .... and don't in anyway be harsh but just ask for, "Their help, their support and their honesty" only. Let them know that if they cannot deliver those 3 tasks then your gone.

A blessed relationship is like a beautiful dream. where a dangerous relationship is more like a recurring nightmare. You do have the ability to stop the nightmare. but you must take charge of the situations. You must put the rescue into your hands.

I was in a local grocery store the other day when suddenly I heard the sound of breaking glass behind me. I turned around to see what had happened. A young mother had turned away from her shopping cart for a second to look in one of the freezers. That second was all it took for her growing, baby boy to test out his new found ability to grab and lift things from his seat in the cart. Unfortunately, the big jar of spaghetti sauce was more than he could handle. I smiled when I walked back to help and saw the look of utter surprise on his face. His arms were still outstretched where the jar had been a few seconds before. On the floor below the puddle of red was slowly oozing across the aisle. After making sure that both Mom and baby were alright I headed down the aisle to get help from a store employee. As I glanced back at them, though, I saw something that truly warmed my heart.

The baby had finally taken his eyes off the shattered jar and looked up at his Mom. Instead of scolding him or even giving him an angry look she smiled down at him with eyes full of gentle understanding and unconditional love. Her tender gaze and kind smile never changed either not even when a friend gave her some good natured teasing about the mess. I knew then that this Mom was going to give her son a lifetime full of laughter and love.

I think that God must smile down on us with that same look at times. We are His beloved Children and yet as hard as we try we often make a mess of things too. We want to learn to love. Still, we stumble, fall, let important things slip through our fingers, and even break a few hearts along the way. God never gives up on us, however. He forgives us and fills our hearts, souls, and lives with His gentle understanding and unconditional love. May we all learn to love each other as He loves us. May we all learn to live our lives in joy, laughter, love, and understanding.

The Habit Of Love

                                          The Habits Of Love
I stopped at the local gas station with my elder son to fill-up my car the other day. I told him to go on in and get himself a can of pop while I pumped the gas. After I finished and got in line to pay I looked to see where he was. I soon found him by the front doors of the store. He was opening the door for a woman with her arms full of groceries. When she said "Thank You!", he accepted her thanks with a cheerful "no problem" and quickly moved to the other door to open it for a little girl struggling to pull it out. I smiled when I saw this wonderful goodness, kindness, politeness, and helpfulness in my son. He was so full of the habits of love that it warmed my heart. I told him what a fine, young man he has become as we walked back to the car. It is something I can never tell him enough, and it is something that really made me proud being his father.
The theologian John Powell once wrote that, "The habits formed in youth can become the tyrants in old age." As I look at the beautiful, loving habits of my own children I think that they can also become the blessings as well. My elder son’s habits are so joyful and caring that everyone shines brighter when he is around. My daughter’s habits too are full of compassion, sharing, and gentleness. All that she wants to do with her life is to help others, and that is just what she does every single day. My youngest son has many habits of love as well. His habit of smiling is contagious and his habit of laughter can uplift the heaviest heart.
But you know, we don’t have to be young, to form the habits of love. It is never too late to choose them. They can become our blessings not just in old age but at any age. We can start today to fill our life with the happiness they create, joy they share, and oneness with God they bring. You can open doors with your kindness, open hearts with your helpfulness, and open souls with your goodness. God gives you a lifetime to learn the habits of love and to share them with the world. May you always delight in doing so.
It is never too late to share the goodness of the Lord in your heart
A big turnout on Sunday morning? A multimillion-dollar budget? A state-of-the-art building?

We all know those things aren’t the criteria that define a successful church. Whether your church seats stadium-size crowds or has just a few in attendance, numbers are not the measure God uses for success. He looks at the heart of the church.

The apostle Paul planted an important church in Thessalonica, the capital city of Macedonia . He showed his desire for the church members there when he wrote: “May the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness” (1 Thess. 3:12 -13). With these words, Paul showed us two characteristics that are vital for a successful body of believers — love for one another and holiness.

Congregations, church buildings, and budgets come in different sizes. The true measure of success is demonstrated by followers of Christ who love God and each other, and are committed to living holy lives. Our challenge can be found in the words of the prophet Micah: “What does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:8). — Cindy Hess Kasper

If you believe on Jesus’ name,

Then of His church you are a part;

By loving others you proclaim;

“We are the church — we are the ‘heart’.” — Hess
For them it's not easy or it's very complex to say the words "sorry". That's why a minor miscommunication can become worst because of pride, until the relationship is shattered. Sometimes, the state of having too much pride in an opinion of one self is not good.

Pride and Love can become complicated, always in opposite with each other. If there is to much pride the love will be lost, if your love is lost because of pride you feel not comfortable but most likely you start to feel like irritable, and there is a feeling of guilty, because the real truth is that love is still present but you do nothing because of pride, you will be confuse because you do not know where to start to pick up the pieces of your shattered relationship.

The worsts feelings is "LONELY". When i was a kid, before falling from a tree, i managed to hold on to a branch. i was up there for a long time, waiting. the silence, the pain in my arm, the blood pumping in my ears.. i couldn't remember what happened when i hit the ground. all i could remember was the agony of holding on and the wonderful feeling of letting go. -it's painful to hang on and wait for nothing. we should also learn to give way and let go. sometimes, we just got to move on.

'THE SWEET TRUTH'

Someday someone will walk into your life and make you realize why it never worked out with anyone else. Here's the BITTER CATCH: When you kept on waiting but nobody came, It means that you've already let that one pass you by.

GOD TO SEE.....
dont think too much of ur problems in life, they are just test papers given by GOD to see how much u learn in HIS subject called "LIFE".

'NO CHOISE BUT just GIVE UP'
"love is so unfair the more you sacrifice the more you're hurt..and if you feel you've given you best still n0t en0ugh..Till such time y0u have n0 ch0ice but to juz give up." when you decide to love, allow it to grow. when you promise to love, refuse to let it go. love is a painful risk to take. only love makes you cry and only love knows why."

"LIGHT AND ENJOY"

"when you are in light , everything will follow you , but when you enter dark, even your shadow will not follow you ,this is life ,, ENJOY,, Happiness is not something you find its something you create."

"HE SAW ME AND ASK...."

The lord opened the window to heaven,.he saw me & ask,...my child, what is your greatest wish 4 today?i replied,"Lord pleasetake care of the person who is reading this message, her family & friends 4 they deserve it & YOU love them very much".The love of god is an ocean u can its beginning but not its end.

A Lasting Impression

A Lasting Impression

"Jimmy, look at the impression you left in the sand," the man said to his 8 year old son.

"Daddy what's a "pression?" the young child asked.

"That's "impression" Jimmy. The spot where you were lying on the sand sunk in around your body and when you got up it was there. Your feet do the same thing, they leave footprints."

"Oh, but you can't see my face," Jimmy replied.

"No, because you were lying on your back. It's like the impression you put in Mr. Johnson's new cement sidewalks."

"You mean my hand print?"

"Yes, but you also left another kind of impression with Mr. Johnson, an impression on his mind."

"Mr. Johnson's brain is made of sand?"

His father laughed and then leaned over for one of those "parental moments"

"No, you left an impression on his memory. Every time he walks out the door he sees your hand print there in that first step. I'm sure he remembers you daily."

"Well, Daddy. I was trying to do something good. I did that so he would see me waving "Hi" every morning."

His Dad tried not to laugh. He didn't want Jimmy to think it was okay to do what he did.

"So my impression will stay here on the beach forever, too?"

"No, it will be gone in the morning."

"Who's going to take it?"

"Well, God washes the beach every night so the next day we can do it again. It's like God's big drawing board. He likes to see our artwork."

Jimmy sat for a minute and then suddenly ran to get his bigger shovel and pail.

"Where are you going?" His Dad asked.

"Up here where the water can't take it away," Jimmy said.

Dad watched from a distance as he saw Jimmy draw a great big circle-like figure in the sand. Then after a few minutes Jimmy yelled to him.

"Daddy, How do you spell "Loves?"

"L-o-v-e-s!"

Finally, out of curiosity, Dad got up and stood nearby. There in the sand was a huge heart-like circle with these words..."G O D L O V E S Y O U"

"That's beautiful, Jimmy!"

"Oh, wait a minute," Jimmy said.

He rushed over and placed his hand in the lower right corner and pushed down.

"There, I'm waving to God. There's my hand impression, Daddy."

The two of them stood there for a moment admiring Jimmy's handiwork.

"Daddy, I wanted everyone to know that God loves them. Do you think God will leave this one alone?"

"Well, we do not know if God will leave this one alone. But I'm sure He would do something about this, even God needs "a little hand" to remind all of us that indeed He loves us.

Jimmy says God loves you... Did Jimmy left his impression on you? God bless....

<guid Rewards

God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

Disappointments are like road humps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards. Don't stay on the humps too long. Move on!

When you feel down because you didn't get what you want, just sit tight and be happy, because God is thinking of something better to give you.

When something happens to you, good or bad, consider what it means. There's a purpose to life's events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too hard.

You can't make someone love you, all you can do is be someone who can be loved, the rest is up to the person to realize your worth.

The measure of love is when you love without measure. In life there are very rare chances that you'll meet the person you love and loves you in return. So once you have it don't ever let go, the chance might never come your way again.

It's better to lose your pride to the one you love, than to lose the one you love because of pride.

We spend too much time looking for the right person to love or finding fault with those we already love, when instead we should be perfecting the love we give.

When you truly care for someone, you don't look for faults, you don't look for answers, you don't look for mistakes. Instead, you fight the mistakes, you accept the faults, and you overlook the excuses.

Never abandon an old friend. You will never find one who can take his place. Friendship is like wine, it gets better as it grows older.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

No one can go back and make a brand new start, but anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

God bless....

The Love Bug Virus

In May 2000, a computer virus known as "The Love Bug" virus spanned the globe by e-mail, infecting millions of computers in less than 24 hours and causing billions of dollars in damages. It seems that even wary people like top software engineers couldn't resist opening a message titled simply, "I Love You".

Some analysts have said that the success of the destructive virus reveals as much about the longings of the human heart. Deep down, every person on planet Earth is looking for love.

It is no accident then, that one of the best-known, if not the best-known verses in the Bilbe is John 3:16, which says, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.".

When God says He loves you, He means it. It is the kind of love without restriction, without pretension, sacred and holy. It is for this love that He even gave his life for. It is for this love that He gave Himself up on the cross, to show you how much He loves you.

How will you respond to this love that He has shown you?

May the grace and love of God guide you in search for your answer.

How Would You Like Your Day to Be?

As we wake up each day, we might not realize it, but it's only up to us how we would want our day turn out to be? Let us see...

Today we can complain because the weather is rainy, or we can be thankful that the grass, the flowers, and all sorts of plants are getting watered for free. Sometimes we can play in the rain, too 'di ba?

Today we can feel sad that we don't have much money to spend around, or we can be glad that our finances encourage us to plan our purchases wisely and guide us away from waste.

Today we can lament over what our parents did not or was not able to give us when we were growing up, or we can feel grateful that they raised us up the best possible way they can.

Today we can cry because roses have thorns, or we can be happy that these thorns have roses.

Today we can be sad that we do not have much friends like others, or we can excitedly embark upon a quest to discover new friends and relationships.

Today we can whine because we have to go to work again, or we can shout for joy because we have a job to go to.

Today we can endlessly murmur because we have too much housework to do, or we can feel grateful because we have a home that we can keep tidy and which shelters us and our families.

Today we can complain to God for things we do not have, or we can thank Him for everything that He allowed us to have.

How would you want your day to be? It's up to you my friend. Before He created the atmosphere, He already held us in His heart. Before He created the oceans, the lands, the plants, and all sorts of things, He has already chosen the color of our hair, and He even knew how many strands of hair that would be. Before He created the animals and before He created all other things, He loved us first.

He placed within Adam’s body all of the DNA of every human being who would ever walk the earth, and within him He already identified what the color of our eyes would be. Before He formed us within our mother’s womb, He’s already cherishing the sound of our laughter. Before we shed our first tears, He already felt our pain. Before we were ever born on this Earth, He has already decided to give up His life for us, for sins that we have yet to commit.

Why He chose to do all of these seems hard to comprehend. God wanted us to be His own children. How can that be? With all of our flaws and character defects, He wanted us to believe in Him, and He also gave us the grace and strength to believe in ourselves. It must really be, that God loved us with a fire that can never be quenched. We are special to Him, even if we are not special to anyone else, including ourselves.

We may have tried to perfect ourselves, and maybe we have failed. We may have tried to listen to and believe the world’s messages, but have found no answers to questions that we have encountered. We may have followed the paths forged by others, paths we have chosen based only on our own decisions and indecisions, only to find disaster at every bend along the way.

The change in our lives not be a complicated one. It’s not about how good we are, how talented we are, how we pray, or how often we go to church. It’s not about how much money we have, how famous or how popular we are to other people. We cannot speak for others, they must decide for themselves. But we know, that if in this world we can not find the true happiness that we so desire, we can call on Him, we can come to Him, and we can rely on Him to answer us, to comfort us, and be there for us. Jesus knows all about you. He is not just around you... He lives in you, He is within you, because He created you according to His own likeness.

Most people say, specially to those that have called on Him and accepted Him as their Lord and Savior, that only in Him they have found Peace, Love, and Fulfillment.

Wouldn’t you want to find this out for yourself?

God bless..

Asking God

I asked God to grant me patience. God said, No. Patience is a by-product of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is earned.

I asked God to give me happiness. God said, No. I will give you blessings.
Happiness is up to you.

I asked God to spare me pain. God said, No. I will give you life so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as God loves me. Wake Up !! Decide to have a good day, take a walk, life is waiting for you. - "Today is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." - [Psalms 118:24]

2. Dress Up !! The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks. -
"The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart." - [I Samuel 16:7]

3. Shut Up!! Say nice things and learn to listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth, so He must have meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking. - "He who guards his lips guards his soul." - [Proverbs 13:3]

4. Stand Up!! For what you believe in.
Stand for something or you will fall for anything. - "Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper time,
we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good..." -
[Galatians 6:9-10]

5. Look Up !! How could he possibly find his way out? A local man saw what happened and came to the pilot’s rescue. The frightened pilot cried out to the man, “Where’s the road?! Where’s the way out?!” The rescuer replied back, “Follow me, I know the way!” The pilot trusted the man, who led him through and out of the jungle. The pilot found his way back to his camp, survived the war, and was able to return home safely to his family in the States.

Similarly, we may find ourselves ‘lost’ (we wouldn’t know what to do) and in the middle of a tremendous ‘jungle’ around us (emotional, physical, and spiritual problems, hardships, etc.). We get scared, and who would not be. But rest assured that there is somebody who would bring us out of these troubles, and lead us ‘home’. Our Lord Himself said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6). Faith in Jesus is the only way to salvation and eternal fellowship with God.

The path to God is not found by following a creed, by developing moral character, by being a “do-good” person, or by just simply being present in church. The path to God is found by confessing our sins, by trusting and having faith in Jesus, by accepting Him to be our Lord and Savior. When we open our hearts to the crucified and risen Lord and Savior, we are sure we are in the correct pathway that will bring us home to be with Him.

Have you already found the ‘PATHWAY’? If not yet, it’s about time you find it, and follow it. There’s only one true way, and Christ Jesus is His name.

God bless…

Inspiring Quotes

'Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.'

'Kindness is an inner desire that makes us want to do good things even if we do not get anything in return. To determine if your mind is full of guilt you must ask your self-questions. What did you do so wrong that would offend your partner that cannot be forgiving?

Guilt can break the mind down to the point of no return. Guilt is more than a mistake made; rather it is a violation against rights, humanity, belief, tradition, standards, and love.

When a person fails in a relationship, they may feel a measure of guilt. Thus, confronting the problem now can remove the guilt and make the relationship work. When people confront their problems, it often leads to workable agreements. When procrastination, or else lying to cover the wrong continues the mind consumes itself with emotions based on guilt.

Guilt occurs when conscious actions or thoughts interfere with someone else’s rights, or else against the own person’s beliefs. Mistakes leading to guilt depend on the situation, but for the most part wrongs can lead to right if humanity exists.

If a person commits adultery, thus the problem is solvable if the person acted out of emotion, rather than thought and commits to restoring trust. Of course, actions, effort, behaviors and habits must show the mate that the mistake will never occur again. It depends on the mate but some will forgive, while others may take the insult of the partner letting them know their worth in the relationship to heart and may decide separation and/or divorce is the way out. Adultery is stating to the mate that you have no worth. If the mate decides to forgive, thus you must do your part and allow the guilt to turn into effort to restore trust. You will need consideration, loyalty, compassion, honesty, and may even need to tell your every move for a while during the course of restore. A person with true remorse will work hard, regardless of what he/she needs to do to restore trust.

If a person violates the right of the partner, thus, it depends on the magnitude of violation, but in most instances, it is workable. People act out of emotions and impulses at times, and will often act out of lust occasionally. When the emotions, impulses and desires take control (depending on the length of time control is enforced), the person may do things he or she ordinarily would not do.

Thus, adultery is a justifiable reason to divorce or separate from the spouse, but looking at the entirety of the circumstance can help a person decide. Was the spouse enticed by another individual to commit the act, while the spouse was feeling vulnerable? Still, vulnerability is no excuse on the spouse’s part, but if enticement is the case, then two people wronged you. Was the other person in the act deceived? Did your mate lead the person to believe that he/she was not in a commitment?

Examining the entirety of the act can help the mate determine the direction the relationship is heading, and help the other partner decide what he/she needs to do to make things right again. Divorce is an attack on the emotions, since a trigger hits the heart and emotions and creates pain, sorrow, hurt, sadness, et cetera. Divorce is showing a disregard for the marriage arrangement unless true reasons for divorce are evident. Thus, divorce should only be considered if the mate commits adultery, abuses the partner, or fails to commit in the relationship arrangement, and/or if death occurs.

If you are in a relationship and your mate committed an insulting act against you, such as adultery. Thus, considering the entirety will help you make a wise decision. If another person enticed your mate on vulnerable grounds, thus consider your partner by asking what were, you thinking at the time. If your mate responds by saying I wasn’t thinking, thus you can ask, what makes me think it won’t happen again? If your mate is sincerely sorry, he/she will let you know by words, action, emotions, thoughts, and tone spoken.

What do you do if your partner too controlling you?

Find out if you're in a co-dependent rlationship, and how to foster a healthy, affirming partnership. Habits form over the years, and some habits are good, while others are disturbing. Everyday a person seeks out relationships, but as the day’s progress and standards are lower, frustration becomes the focus of a long journey. As a writer, I communicate with people all over the world. Many of people join chat rooms believing the right person will come their way. Once in the chat room, they soon learn that the Internet is where games are frequently to main goal of the many abroad, thus frustration sets in again. Some relationships start with one partner believing that the other mate will change over time once love falls into place. People have started relationships with drug addicts, alcoholics, promiscuous persons and so forth, believing that they had the ability to change the person’s habit. As the relationship progresses the mate with intentions of changing the other soon learns that changes are not happening. Thus, intention plays a part in how a relationship works. If the couples are out to change the other, more than likely the relationship will fail.Intentions are important, since if the best of intentions does not exist, thus harm will be the outcome. Therefore, couples should evaluate their intentions when joining in relationship and love. The couple should also take the time to get to know each other before engaging in sex or commitments. When the two take the time to learn each other’s behavior and habits they can determine if love could develop between the two of them. If the habits are tolerable, thus a relationship is possible, however if the habits are problematic, only trouble will incur, since harmful intentions exist. The person may not feel as though harmful intentions exist, since the habit covers the mind’s ability to think logically. If the person has alcohol and/or drug problems, an agreement has to take place before the person is capable of delivering a healthy relationship. The person must first admit a problem exists and learn to accept that a disease is controlling the life. Once acceptance is in place, the person must take the steps to recovering from the disease. Throughout the procedure of seeking and getting help, the person must come to terms with self and learn to love self before he/she is capable of giving love to someone else. The person must also have support and try hard to meet the demands of quitting the habit that controls his/her life. The process can take months or years for recovery, however the time is nothing compared to the results the person will experience when alcohol is no longer controlling the life. Thus, the person can then seek out, searching for love and relationship. Still, the relationship sought out should include an individual willing to provide emotional support, since relapse could occur. At what time you are searching for love and relationship, keeping aware is essential to avoid letdowns. When a person is aware of what he/she is searching for, thus good results often follow. Therefore, we see that a healthy relationship starts when both parties have a sense of who, they are and what they are searching for in love and relationships.Love and relationships will continue throughout our existence. Habits will also play a part in relationships, thus learning each other’s habits before intimately joining is smart, since you will know if the person is right for you. Sometimes relationships develop and each other learnt the other’s habits, but as the year’s progress, the habits become frustrating. On this note, we must understand effective communication, since obviously there is a breakdown in the relationship.

Labels: Love and relationship
