Les montréalais reconnaîtront facilement cet endroit, au sommet du Mont Royal à Montréal.
Si cette photo n'a rien d'exceptionnel, j'aime beaucoup cet endroit, la lumière, les couleurs.

Montreal citizen will easily recognize this spot located at the top of Mont Royal hill.
This photo has nothing exceptional except I love it really much, for its colors, its lighting.

Le point de vue s'explique par le fait que je bouquinais à l'ombre au sommet du Mont Royal à Montréal. Cet endroit est littéralement bondé d'écureuils, pas farouches pour 2 sous.

It's a promise, it's the last photo of squirrel for a while.

I was reading at the top of the Mont Royal, Montreal; which explains the point of view. This place is particularly crowded by squirrels, absolutely not rabid at all.

Pratique héritée de l'apprentissage parental, quand je voyage, j'aime beaucoup arpenter les musées. L'angle de découverte est différent de la vie locale mais surtout, ce que j'adore par dessus tout, c'est la mise en valeur des œuvres par le jeu de couleurs et de lumières.

Cette pièce (où est présentée une œuvre de Degas) m'a plu pour ces raisons, les couleurs et les lumières.

Thanks to parents education, when I travel, I like wandering in museums. The discovering point of view is rather different from the local life and most of all, what I like is the light and colors work for craft's sublimation.

I liked this room (where is shown a Degas painting) for those 2 reasons, lights and colors.

J'ai littéralement été scotché par le Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal, en particulier par son exposition montrant des œuvres de Rodin. "La Défense" est indiscriptible dans sa suggestion et sa beauté.

The Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal is litterally stunning, especially its collection of Auguste Rodin. I have no words to qualify the majesty and the strength of this bronze statue, "The Defense".

Au détour d'une randonnée au Mont Orford (2h de route de Montréal), je suis tombé nez à nez avec cet arbre, large, et dont le tronc était symétriquement nu et recouvert de mousse.

J'ai trouvé ça simple mais beau.

While hiking around Mount Orford (2h by car from Montreal), I stumbled on a large tree, symmetrically naked and covered by moss.

I simply found that beautiful to observe.
