patates bullides amb pell o al vapor per acompanyar i fer un plat més complert

En una cassola de fang es posa oli i es sofregeix la cua fins estigui rossa.

vainilla en pols
una mica de sal
40g de parmesà ratllat

Procediment:
Es deixa la mantega a temperatura ambient fins que estigui tova. S’hi afegeix el parmesà i es barreja bé amb una forquilla.
