100 &amp;nbsp;ml de llet

200 ml de nata per a muntar

275 g de puré de carbassa

30 g de farina de blat de
moro

Sucre



Preparació:

Tallar
carbassa i posar-la en forn pre escalfat a 200º fins que sigui cuita. Tallar i
treure la pell i triturar fins deixar un puré molt fi.

150 grams de sucre glas

Almívar:

200 g de formatge
pasteuritzat

10 fulles de gelatina

1 mango

100 ml de llet 

50 g de sucre

25 g de coco ratllat

Suc de 1/2 llimona
