&lt;br /&gt;Per la prima volta in Europa, è stata allestita al &lt;a href="http://www.regione.piemonte.it/museoscienzenaturali/"&gt;Museo Regionale di Scienze Naturali&lt;/a&gt; di Torino la mostra &lt;a href="http://www.regione.piemonte.it/museoscienzenaturali/mostre/temporanee/passages.htm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Passages: photography in  Africa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.
&lt;br /&gt;Inaugurata il 29 novembre 2009, avremo la possibilità di visitarla fino al 24 gennaio 2010.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Le &lt;a href="http://www.regione.piemonte.it/museoscienzenaturali/mostre/temporanee/gall_passages.htm"&gt;immagini&lt;/a&gt; mostrano il ciclo della vita: dalla nascita, attraverso l'iniziazione, il corteggiamento, il matrimonio, le incoronazioni reali, i rituali stagionali, gli esorcismi di guarigione, fino alla morte.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Preludio graditissimo della mostra è stato, sabato 28, il catering à &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;La Dakaroise&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;!

lo chiamano &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;soumbala&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; in Guinea o nel Mali. Ma è sufficiente prestare attenzione all'igiene del ristorante nel quale pranzate, per gustarli anche crudi. Cominciate a dimenticare quella europea. Iniziate con il gustare &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;le carni bovine e d'agnello&lt;/span&gt; del Paese.&lt;br /&gt;I senegalesi ne consumano poca perché è un prodotto caro ma, in viaggio, trovate dei piatti che, sicuramente, apprezzate come le &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;ceebu yapp&lt;/span&gt; (si pronuncia &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;tieb ou yapp&lt;/span&gt;), il riso con carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nei mercati, non stupitevi di vedere la carne tagliata in pezzi, salvo il filetto che qualcuno comincia ad apprezzare e a consumare in bistecche con un po' d'olio e molto cotte, accompagnate da patate fritte o da insalata con un po' di salsa alle cipolle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per la maggior parte del tempo, la carne è cotta a lungo nell'acqua ma vi capita anche di incontrare i venditori di spiedini in strada, mentre condiscono la carne con spezie misteriose e, sovente, molto buone.&lt;br /&gt;Soprattutto, concedetevi una sosta in una &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;dibiterie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;un piccolo negozio nel quale la carne bovina e quella d'agnello viene grigliata sul fuoco a legna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Viaggiando in Senegal, non cercate troppo la carne di &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;maiale&lt;/span&gt;, allevato esclusivamente nelle regioni di religione cristiana. Talvolta è un prodotto locale ma, per lo più, viene importato.&lt;br /&gt;Entra nelle abitudini alimentari dopo la colonizzazione. In quell'epoca i francesi incitavano i senegalesi a produrre le arachidi e a importare il riso dall'Asia.&lt;br /&gt;Cereale gustato pressoché tutti i giorni a mezzogiorno e, sovente, di sera, il riso si è diffuso anche nell'alimentazione dei villaggi.&lt;br /&gt;I senegalesi preferiscono cucinare &lt;a href="http://www.rewmi.com/RIZ-BRISE-Fixation-du-prix-du-kilogramme-L-Etat-plafonne-a-280-cfa_a9636.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;riz brisé&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; (grani piccoli perché non interi), che è assai apprezzato, è la base della maggior parte dei piatti ed è sicuramente meno caro del &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;riz entier&lt;/span&gt; (riso intero).&lt;br /&gt;Molto gradito è il &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;riz brisé parfumé&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Ugualmente, il &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;frumento&lt;/span&gt; è entrato nelle abitudini alimentari attraverso il pane e, in pari modo, la pasta e il &lt;a href="http://www.arab.it/ricette/couscous.htm"&gt;couscous "marocain"&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: right;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Impossibile non assaggiare un piatto a base di &lt;a href="http://www.cibo360.it/alimentazione/cibi/cereali/miglio.htm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;miglio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; o di couscous; anche se il suo gusto dovesse sembrare un po' acido, la granulometria, assai fine, la troverete stupefacente.&lt;br /&gt;A seconda delle regioni, il &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;couscous di miglio&lt;/span&gt; è un piatto tradizionale, consumato sovente sia di sera sia di mattina. Non ha il medesimo sapore di villaggio in villaggo: è più acido e fermentato presso i &lt;a href="http://www.insenegal.org/03Popolazione/PopolazioneSenegal.htm"&gt;Sérères&lt;/a&gt; del &lt;a href="http://www.au-senegal.com/Sine-Saloum.html"&gt;centro del Paese&lt;/a&gt;; mentre è più dolce nelle &lt;a href="http://www.au-senegal.com/La-vallee-du-fleuve.html"&gt;regioni del Nord&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nel Sud del Senegal, sono da gustare i piatti a base di &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;mais&lt;/span&gt; (couscous, mais rotto come se fosse couscous o bollito), che sono poco conosciuti mentre sono richiesti soprattutto in &lt;a href="http://www.au-senegal.com/La-Casamance.html"&gt;Casamance&lt;/a&gt; o nei &lt;a href="http://www.au-senegal.com/Le-Senegal-Oriental.html"&gt;pays Bassari&lt;/a&gt;. Sono diventate torinesi per scelta e mi coinvolgono così tanto nella loro speciale ospitalità da farmi sentire "senegalese  onorario".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cercate e in loro troverete, come ho fatto io, amicizia, accoglienza generosa, sapori curati e stuzzicanti, e scambio di piacevole conversazione. Che invitino a pensare, a entrare in relazione, a intrecciare i fili delle tante storie che ogni giorno attraversano la città. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Storie di giovani, di ragazzi torinesi con il cuore e la memoria piazzate in posti diversi: quello dove sono nati e quello in cui stanno crescendo. &lt;a href="http://nuovi-italiani.blogspot.com/2008/02/vlolontariato-torino-25-agazzi.html"&gt;Nuovi torinesi&lt;/a&gt; che abitano la città e frequentano quotidianamente i loro plurimi universi culturali diventando, ogni giorno, qualcosa di nuovo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="red"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Questo è il senso della festa del 20 dicembre in Piazza Castello: i ragazzi torinesi senza la cittadinanza italiana – i ragazzi G2 di cui si parla tanto senza conoscerli - del &lt;a href="http://www.quandora.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Servizio Civile Volontario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; si presentano e presentano alla città i loro universi intrecciati proponendoci un viaggio nel mondo. Lo fanno insieme alla Città di Torino, alle associazioni migranti, ad artisti, ballerini, musicisti. Lo fanno insieme ai tanti “vecchi torinesi” che hanno curiosità, disponibilità ed interesse a compiere un viaggio senza viaggiare. Anzi, hanno un forte desiderio di farsi conoscere: sono i ragazzi del Servizio Civile Volontario – giovani immigrati di seconda generazione del progetto &lt;a href="http://www.quandora.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;em style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Se non ora quando&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; realizzato dal Settore Integrazione della Città di Torino con il contributo del Ministero delle Politiche Sociali, della Compagnia di San Paolo, della Regione Piemonte.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;La festa del 20 dicembre nasce per loro desiderio ed è, oltre che l’occasione per salutare l’Anno Europeo del Dialogo Interculturale, anche il momento in cui si presentano ai loro concittadini, parlano della loro esperienza nel Servizio Civile, raccontano le loro culture di origine.&lt;/span&gt; Hanno predisposto un programma molto intenso al quale partecipano anche alcune associazioni di torinesi di origine non italiana che, avendo aderito all’invito dei giovani volontari, saranno presenti con mostre, esibizioni, costumi tipici.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p&gt;I visitatori entreranno in un “&lt;em&gt;Arcipelago Multiculturale&lt;/em&gt;” le cui Isole li coinvolgeranno in vari aspetti della vita di tanti Paesi diversi: troveranno le &lt;strong style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Isole dell’Accoglienza&lt;/strong&gt;, dove saranno ricevuti nei modi tradizionali delle diverse culture e potranno gustare alcune specialità tipiche; nell’&lt;strong style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Isola della Bellezza&lt;/strong&gt; le donne potranno sottoporsi a tatuaggi e trucchi con l’hennè; nelle &lt;strong style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Isole del Gioco e del Racconto&lt;/strong&gt; le famiglie potranno ascoltare fiabe e storie e giocare tutti insieme; nell’&lt;strong style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Isola della Musica&lt;/strong&gt; potranno ammirare strumenti non usuali e assistere a performance artistiche; nell’&lt;strong style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Isola del Cinema&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sarà possibile visionare alle 20.30, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Un été à La Goulette&lt;/em&gt; film di Ferid Boughedir (Tunisia, Francia, Belgio, 1996, Commedia) con Sonia Mankaï, Ava Cohen-Jonathan, Sarah Pariente, Mustapha Adouani, durata 100' – a cura di &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;PoliMovie International Club&lt;/span&gt;, associazione studentesca del Politecnico di Torino.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p&gt;Si potranno conoscere i Paesi anche attraverso l’&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;artigianato&lt;/span&gt; nelle Isole allestite dalle Associazioni &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;AmericaLatina&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Senegalesi a Torino&lt;/span&gt; e &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;2PR&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Sulla piazza&lt;/span&gt; si svolgerà la &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;sfilata di abiti tradizionali del Senegal e dell’America Latina&lt;/span&gt; e nei locali al &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;piano terra&lt;/span&gt; del Palazzo della Regione si potranno ammirare i &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;disegni&lt;/span&gt; del peruviano Juan Orsi, le &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;fotografie&lt;/span&gt; del Senegal, il &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;reportage fotografico&lt;/span&gt; dall’Albania dell’Associazione Italo Albanese Vatra, l’&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;esposizione fotografica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;em&gt;aperta-mente cittadine&lt;/em&gt; realizzata dall’Associazione &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;2PR&lt;/span&gt;, e il &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;monologo&lt;/span&gt; di Mohamed BA.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p&gt;I cittadini potranno misurarsi con il &lt;em style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;CostituzionoMETRO&lt;/em&gt; e cimentarsi nelle &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;danze tradizionali&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;proposte dai vari gruppi folkloristici che confluiranno&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;nella piazza a partire dalle 17.30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
