&amp;nbsp;A carnevale ogni fritto vale, e visto che io friggo una sola volta l&#39;anno, quest&#39;anno le Chiacchere hanno ceduto il postoal Pollo Fritto!!! Sfida MTC di Febbraio grazie a Silvia Zanetti. Oggi vi svelo il mistero...ho fatto le Cassatelle di S.Agata altrimenti dette Minnuzzi ri Sant&#39;Aita dolce tipo catanese dedicato alla nostra santa patrona S.Agata che festeggiamo proprio oggi. Visto che oggi secondo il Caendario Nazionale del Cibo Italiano di AIFB è la giornata nazionale delle Minne di S.Agata promossa da Flavia Galasso onoriamo S.Agata con le sue minnuzze.

Facile come non mai potete usarlo anche per ricoprire torte decorate al posto della pasta di zucchero se volete un dolce buono ma con l&#39;aspetto &quot;rustico&quot;. In frigo potete conservarlo per una settimana circa.
