Irene è la seconda moglie di mio suocero ed il motivo che l'ha portata a stare a casa nostra per 3 settimane non è in effetti dei più piacevoli (non vi ammorbo con le spiegazioni), ma, a voler vedere il bicchiere mezzo pieno, uno degli aspetti positivi di questa sua visita è stato il fatto che ho avuto finalmente l'occasione di carpirle alcune ricette.

...e poi queste sono diverse: quelle erano light, queste sono caloriche! (...wow!;) )

Questa ricetta non è una novità, l'ho postata anni fa su cook, ma siccome tutto è perfettibile, ispirandomi ad un passaggio della preparazione delle crocchette di pollo di Cindystar, ho introdotto l'innovazione dello yogurt ed in questa nuova versione ve la ripropongo.

Per la serie "a chi tocca nun se ingrugna" (che PERFETTO accento romano! ;D ), stavolta la fissazione riguarda appunto il pollo, del quale ho pensato di "ricapitolare" qui le ricette che preferisco, anche per rimpinguare la sezione...&lt;br/&gt;

Io sarò pure pigra, ma sono un tipino "aderente" ;) a simili iniziative meritorie ed a questa non posso non dare il mio contributo.
Ma il mese della prevenzione è ottobre ed oggi è il 31 ...ad occhio e croce sono un tantino in ritardo e per di più oggi non ho davvero tempo di cucinare...&lt;br/&gt;

Si, perché, come ho detto un paio di post più sotto, per la base sapevo già come risolvere, da che Luxiedda (sempre sia lodata!;D ) aveva avuto l'idea di adattare al gusto "dolce" l'impasto delle sue "crostate salate".
Per me il vantaggio di questo impasto è duplice: non solo ha pochi grassi, ma quei pochi grassi sono OLIO! (mio marito ODIA il burro:/ ).

L'anno scorso deve essere stata un'annata favolosa per le prugne, visto che ovunque mi girassi c'era qualcuno che mi chiedeva "..ti piacciono le prugne?" e senza aspettare la mia risposta (affermativa, ovviamente...) mi regalava un cestino di questi frutti.
Risultato: chili e chili di frutta che chiedevano di essere...&lt;br/&gt;

Va da sé che il sapone per bucato non ha niente a che fare con la cucina, tranne per il particolare che io sono discretamente "trogolona", come dice mio marito (quello della sìstola;D ), e la possibilità che io cucini senza poi dover subito mettere a lavare quello che ho addosso è pura fantascienza.
In particolare sono anni che studio un fenomeno fisico stranamente trascurato dalla scienza ufficiale: l'attrazione esercitata dagli indumenti bianchi (o comunque...&lt;br/&gt;

Oggi ultimo rischio di insidie nascoste, perché anche di "mousse al cioccolato" non ne ho mai fatte prima.

Apro una parentesi più "fuori tema" rispetto alla media delle mie parentesi, ma per associazione di idee la parola "mousse" mi fa venire in mente "soufflé" (sarà il fatto che sono francesi entrambe? ...in effetti la mia mente produce associazioni mica tanto criptiche;D ) e siccome escludo di fare...&lt;br/&gt;

Mai fatta una bavarese prima e quindi urge documentarsi (=digitare "bavarese" su google ;D ). Scopro con orrore che l'insidia maggiore nella realizzazione di una bavarese è che impazzisca! ...santo cielo, ho avuto per anni il dono di far impazzire il mascarpone con la sola imposizione del...&lt;br/&gt;

CIOCCOLATO PRALINATO E CROCCANTE

Ingredienti (per uno stampo di 24x27 cm):
200 gr di cioccolata gianduia
150 gr di pralinato
125 gr di feuillantines

Procedimento (foto): sciogliere nel microonde il cioccolato fatto a pezzetti ed unirci il pralinato.
Far sfreddare ed unire le feuillantines sbriciolate con le mani.
Stendere il composto nello stampo (nel mio caso, uno stampo regolabile) e lasciar indurire in...&lt;br/&gt;

a) con semplici cornflakes (ipotesi "Danita")
b) con complicate feuillantines (ipotesi "Alen76", che io ho scelto perchè sono un'integralista: se decido di complicarmi la vita facendo una "7 veli", me la devo complicare SINO IN FONDO!

Le "feuillantines" (o "gavottes") sono cialde sottilissime, arrotolate e croccanti, tipicamente franscési;D di cui Régine ha parlato su Cook,...&lt;br/&gt;
