Ingredienti per 2 persone:
1 marito
2 o 3 seppie (dipende dalle dimensioni e dall'appetito)
olio
1 spicchio d'aglio
1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco secco
1 barattolo di pomodorini
sale
prezzemolo
peperoncino

...se poi non avete le seppie potete usare i calamari, se non vi piace l'aglio potete ometterlo, se le preferite "in bianco" potete eliminare i pomodori ...insomma, è una ricetta molto versatile, l'unico ingrediente...&lt;br/&gt;

Questa ricetta non è una novità, l'ho postata anni fa su cook, ma siccome tutto è perfettibile, ispirandomi ad un passaggio della preparazione delle crocchette di pollo di Cindystar, ho introdotto l'innovazione dello yogurt ed in questa nuova versione ve la ripropongo.

...già, giusto per fare media col precedente, cotto e postato, ecco un post che ha ...come dire, "decantato" per un annetto;)

L'anno scorso deve essere stata un'annata favolosa per le prugne, visto che ovunque mi girassi c'era qualcuno che mi chiedeva "..ti piacciono le prugne?" e senza aspettare la mia risposta (affermativa, ovviamente...) mi regalava un cestino di questi frutti.
Risultato: chili e chili di frutta che chiedevano di essere...&lt;br/&gt;

Va da sé che il sapone per bucato non ha niente a che fare con la cucina, tranne per il particolare che io sono discretamente "trogolona", come dice mio marito (quello della sìstola;D ), e la possibilità che io cucini senza poi dover subito mettere a lavare quello che ho addosso è pura fantascienza.
In particolare sono anni che studio un fenomeno fisico stranamente trascurato dalla scienza ufficiale: l'attrazione esercitata dagli indumenti bianchi (o comunque...&lt;br/&gt;
