&lt;li&gt;6 cucharadas de vino blanco&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li class="step"&gt;Enrollar como si fuera un arrollado y si necesario prenderlos con un mordadiente.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Ponerlos en un refratario , salpicarlos con el pimenton extra dulce y regar con el vino. Llevar a horno moderado por unos 40 minutos , más o menos. Sacarlos del horno y rociarlos con un poco de aceite de oliva&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li class="step"&gt;Wash and cut tomatoes into dices . Pass through the blender or food processor and reserve .&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Put the oil in a saucepan and bring to a simmer until hot.When &amp;nbsp;this hot add the onion and leave until browned , stirring occasionally , add the garlic and let brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Add the tomatoes and saute for about five minutes, add the wine , salt , sugar and pepper.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Reduce heat and simmer until it takes the body. Add rosemary leaves&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;For the eggplant&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Peel the eggplant and cut lengthwise . Pierce with a fork and let it drain , in a large colander .&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Meanwhile, heat a griddle and brush with oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Allow to mark and remove .&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;In a rectangular pan add a layer of tomato sauce and cover with a layer of eggplant, so on until the sauce.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes . Remove from oven , remove foil and place the mozzarella . Return to oven and leave until the mozzarella melts. serve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li class="step"&gt;Poner el aceite en una cacerola y llevar a fuego lento hasta calentar.Cuando este caliente añadir la cebolla y dejar hasta que dore, revolviendo de vez en cuando, añadir el ajo y dejar dorar .&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Añadir los tomates y rehogar por unos cinco minutos, añadir el vino, la sal, el azúcar y la pimienta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Bajar el fuego y hervir hasta que tome cuerpo. Poner las hojas de romero&lt;/li&gt;

Mientras tanto caliente una plancha y pincele con aceite.&lt;/div&gt;

Deje que se marquen y retire.&lt;/div&gt;

En una fuente rectangular poner una camada de salsa de tomates y cubrir con una camada de berenjenas , así sucesivamente hasta terminar en la salsa.&lt;/div&gt;

E como foi um fim de semana longo, e por alguns dias com chuva , me me deu vontade de cozinhar alguma coisa com molho de tomates, que eu adoro, e é muito fácil de fazer. &lt;li class="step"&gt;Colocar o azeite em uma panela e levar a fogo lento até esquentar. Quando estiver bem quente colocara cebola e deixar ate que esteja levemente dourada, mexendo de &amp;nbsp;de vez ou outra, acrescentar o alho e deixar dourar .&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Colocar os tomates e refogar por uns cinco minutos, colocar o vino, o sal, o açúcar &amp;nbsp;e a pimienta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="step"&gt;Abaixar o fogo e &amp;nbsp;ferver até que adquira mais corpo e viscocidade. Colocar as folhas de alecrím.&lt;/li&gt;

Cobrir com papel alumínio e levar ao forno, por 20 minutos. Retirar &amp;nbsp;do forno, retirar o papel aluminio e colocar a muzzarella. Voltar ao forno e deixar até que a muzzarela se derreta. Servir imediatamente&lt;/div&gt;
