Redeemable Coupon Labels

2-ply Piggyback Labels

The double-label construction of the piggyback enables the upper label to be peeled off and reapplied elsewhere. Both layers can be flush-cut (the same exact size) or different sizes (requiring both an inner and an outer dimension).

Select from a multitude of color combinations, including four-color process, metallics and spot colors, for ultimate impact. Cold-Temperature Adhesive Labels

A special cold-temperature adhesive is used to enable the label to be applied to a cold surface, usually a food product that is stored in a freezer. It is recommended that the label's printed face stock be sealed with a varnish to protect it from moisture.

Fanfolded Labels

Fanfolded labels are finished in a folded manner, as opposed to rolls or sheets. They are usually boxed and often have pinfeed holes for continuous form printers. Perforations are applied to the liner between labels for tear-away ability.

Sheeted Labels

Sheeted labels are used for magazine outserts, address labels and many other applications. Sometimes the end-user wants a message or other information printed on the back of the sheeted liner, as well. Internal die-cutting is another service that can be combined with sheets, along with face or back slits.

Thermal Labels

There are two label types for this category; thermal transfer labels and direct thermal labels. Used with a printer that utilizes a special heating process when imprinting, a thermal transfer label is imaged when the printer uses a ribbon and heat in the printing process, whereas direct thermal labels are imaged when the printer creates the image after heat is applied to the special substrate of the label.

Laser Sheet Labels

Typically letter size (8.5"x11"), these loose single sheets are manufactured to meet the necessary requirements for running through an inkjet or laser printer. The laser sheets may contain one or multiple inner labels. Inner labels may have standard or special shapes. Many of our standard laser cutting shapes are compatible with Avery� templates.

Cosmetic Labels

Cosmetic labeling includes nail polish, lipstick, mascara, cleansers, eye shadow, etc. Often printed on film substrates with minimal colors while incorporating combination printing, such as hot-stamping and opaque UV inks for added impact. Clear Static-Cling Labels

2-Way Window Decals

Clear-on-Clear Labels

The clear-on-clear "no-label" look is accomplished by using opaque inks on a transparent adhesive film, allowing the consumer to see the actual product through the label. These labels are moisture-resistant, vibrant and attractive.

New York Label & Box Works can produce your "No-label" look labels by using a rotary screen printing process with a raised effect and maximum opacity or by using a lower cost alternative - Flexographic UV Opaque inks if your application does not require maximum opacity or a raised effect.

Garment Size Labels

Clear Wafer Seal Labels

Wafer seal labels are usually printed on film* and are used to create a tamper-proof seal on a variety of direct-mail pieces. Typically a circle shape is used with a perforation down the middle. The label is folded over the edge of the direct-mail piece and the end-user need only break it apart to reveal the inner content.

Food and Produce Label

A label that is applied either directly on the food item (such as produce) or on its outer packaging. Select from a multitude of color combinations, including four-color process. A nontoxic, water-based gloss varnish would be used instead of an Ultra-violet varnish.

Could be used in addition to the products primary outer packaging, for increased brand awareness. An example would be a colorful price reduction label adhered to a products' outer carton.

Point-of-Sale Table Talker*

The “point-of-sale” category presents a variety of options directed to the consumer, such as a “table-talker,” which is scored and die-cut to create a pop-up promo that is ideal for counter displays.

Thermal Direct Labels
