Fusilli al pesto di pistacchi e salsiccia
Qualche giorno fa una mia cara amica mi ha regalato un pacchetto di pistacchi di Bronte già sgusciati e tostati. 

Ho colto l&#39;occasione per sperimentare un abbinamento che mi frullava in testa da un po&#39; di tempo e devo dire che il risultato ha soddisfatto particolarmente mia cavia abituale!

i peperoni pelati sono più digeribili. Provare per credere!
nel caso la ricetta lo consenta scegliete peperoni gialli o rossi, che si pelano meglio di quelli verdi perché hanno la pelle più resistente.
