L'été arrive. Beaucoup de disques à envoyer, de sorties sur le feu. Pardon pour les retards de certains. A l'attaque.

Alors, au rayon des bonnes nouvelles :

- La tournée PLEBEIAN GRANDSTAND et SELENITES s'est bien passée, à base de "Peter North ™" et de "Fuck!" . La preuve au-dessus, donc.

- Tous les disques de SELENITES sont vendus. Tous partis sur la tournée. C'est cool; ça l'est moins pour celles et ceux qui l'avaient commandé. Va y avoir un repress. Vous serez au jus.

- PLEBEIAN GRANDSTAND ramasse les bonnes reviews à la pelle (selection VS-webzine, album du moment chez Metalorgie, Core&Co, etc. On prend le temps de les lister et on vous donne de la lecture.) Le groupe reprend la route avec les Canadiens de TITAN, pour 5 concerts du 28 juin au 2 juillet. Catch them!

- Les SAÅAD sont arrivés. Et ils sont somptueux. 100 copies limited CD-R tout ça. Bonne came pour l'âme. Photos bientôt et défonce par là, en intégrale.

- ANYTHING BUT YOURS se pointe en France avec ses superbes vinyles (made by I Am Sailor toujours)! Guettez les dates sur ce même blog, ça joue le 2 juin à Lyon, le 3 à Toulouse et le 4 à Tarbes. Les disques transitent par l'Allemagne. Ils peuvent vous être envoyés à partir du 4 juin.

- I PILOT DÆMON reprend du service pour deux lives avec ABY, à Lyon & Toulouse. Une tournée nord-européenne avec TIME TO BURN est en préparation pour la mi-octobre 2K10.

- MONTREAL ON FIRE joue à Tarbes le 4 Juin. Le concert d'avril avec le SILVER MOUNT ZION au bikini s'est bien passé.

Sinon, toujours des disques à envoyer (mail si vous attendez le vôtre), et le retard sur la release d'ALAN COCK, groupe fantastique que vous devriez allez écouter fissa! Un beau disque sous peu.

Trio en provenance du Mile-End, le point G de l'indie-rock Montréalais (Arcade Fire, Unicorns, Wolf Parade), le son de Parlovr emprunte autant à Sonic Youth qu'à Pavement et Interpol. Il suffit d'entendre un seul des 11 titres qui composent leur unique album pour devenir addict! C'est instantané. Leur songwritting est imparable de créativité, sauvage et délicieux à la fois. Entre pop éraillée, shoegaze sucré et rock foutraque et millésimé. ça vous rentre dans la tête pour ne plus en sortir. Parlovr c'est un blockbuster en puissance, et il est interdit de les rater!
