It anooys me greatly that the setup experience for Windows programs is still so fragmented and inconsistent and a pain to manage. #

I should be able to say where I want the files installed and where I want the shortcuts to show up without having to use tricks and hacks. #

I especially hate people who use MSI files but do things like hard code paths and make it difficult to automate. Getting off my soapbox now. #
