Baked Goodies

The night before school bake some items together with your child. Baking is a great way of bonding and creating special recipes together. Have a couple of recipe books handy and ask your child to choose what he or she would like to make. When the recipe is complete, put the lunch together. Put extra baked goods for the child to share with friends. There will definitely be excitement when the child opens his or her lunch the next day, and explains to friends that he or she help to create the treats.

Writing Notes

For centuries, note writing or letter writing has been a positive form of communication. It is found that people are able to express their thoughts and feelings easily in writing than with talking.
