I have to admit, I pondered giving up the LB recap due to the extremely bad feeling I got in the pit of my stomach watching all the mean girls!

But now, in the spirit of the newly revamped bitchfest that is Laguana Beach, I'd like to do an overview of the characters.

Kyndra, come on girl, even the spelling of your name annoys me. From now on I have a new name for her it's Kyndrama. Half the pretty and one hundred times the drama of Lauren Conrad.

Downgrade!

Cami, man did her Momma beat that girl with an ugly stick? She is the best friend of Kyndrama and I know why. Kyndrama is so insecure she has to hang out with the ugliest chick in the LB. Cami is so ugly on the outside, it makes her inside not seem as bad. It's nice to see somebody so mean be ugly.

Can anyone think of a good nickname for her? I kind of like Scami, but it's too easy.

Upgrade!

Tessa, I like her she is very sweet. The only thing that kind of annoys me is her lips. Put on a little lip gloss honey and you will be as sweet on the outside as you are on the inside. She's not Kristen, but I like her. How much the mere presence of Tessa annoys Breana, Kyndrama, and Cami? Priceless.

Raquel, I think she's my favorite. She is a thirty year old in a teenage body. Super sweet, smart and secure. Oh, and she bakes. She has the best looking boyfriend who isn't into drama. Loves it!

Upgrade!

Cameron, I don't know what all the girls see in him. He has a permanent look on his face. One that seems to be looking into the sun and isn't really a smile, but is. Kind of like a male Mona Lisa with a blank look in the eyes. You know he's not thinking about anything.

Downgrade!

Kelan, his name annoys me. It's kind of like Talan with a Ke instead of a Ta. Not feeling it. I know what a talan is, but what's a kelan? Oh, a spoiled boy who is clumsy around the girls. Got it. It's going to turn into a catch phrase. "I tried to talk to Jenna, but I went all kelan around her."

Downgrade!

Breana, the little sister of Lauren Conrad. I can't help but think how much prettier she would be without that color hair. I like brown hair, but it does nothing for her. It makes me focus on her chin. Lose the friends, highlight or color that hair, and play up your eyes so I can stop looking at your chin and you will be a main character. Otherwise, you will probably be made fun of on SNL. Sad but true. Our society is very obsessed with beauty.

Is it just me or do those boys in the band look really old? I don't know what is in the water in Laguna Beach, but the guys always look really old.

Season Three Starts Tonight!

Tonight at 10:00 PM EST, MTV will air the first series of Season Three, Laguna Beach!

I'm interested to see how the new Narrator will do. Kristin's are some pretty big shoes to fill.

I have a feeling I'm going to like the new season.

I can hardly contain myself. I'm so glad Lauren broke up with Jason! I'm still mad at him for cheating on her.

I hope she did it because she went to Paris, France this summer. I missed the last episode of The Hills so I don't know if she got the internship. She better have! Lets see, Paris, or Jason hmmmm, which do you pick? Hello Paris goodbye Jason.

Kristin broke up with Brody Jenner. OK, he didn't bother me. But, I hope she hooks up with some hot Hollywood guy like, The Rock or Tyrese, or how about P-Diddy. I know, they are old for her but think of the press they would get. Wouldn't that be fun? Oh, or how about Justin Timberlake? They would make a good couple. One can dream right?

Lauren should stay by herself and focus on her school and internship. But Kristin's career would only benefit from a high profile relationship.

That is my two cents on the subject.

The LA Daily News has quoted LC as saying of her and Jason:

"We were dating for a while, but no one from MTV knew because we were trying to hide it. They found out and started filming us, and then we had a big fight on TV. We broke up for about a month but ended up getting back together."

But we all knew they were still together. It's kind of nice to hear what Lauren has to say about it.

The episode will air on UPN in February.

Kristin is my favorite cast member, but she is playing a closeted lesbian cheerleader.

Can she really pull that one off?

It sounds to me that Veronica Mars is riding on the wave of Brokeback Mountain, possibly at the expense of Kristin's career.

A Laguna Beach Marathon

On Friday December 30th, MTV will air Laguna Beach from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Starting at 10:00 you can watch "I hate Valentines Day" all the way to the Season 2 Finale, "The Last Surf" which will air at 3:30 PM.

Ring In The New Year With Stephen

Stephen Colletti of Laguna Beach will be Co-Hosting MTV's New Years Eve Party.

The show will be aired live on December 31, at 10:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.

It should be a fun party with Kanye West, Shakira, and the All American Rejects will be performing. Just to name a few...

Reverend Run and family will be there too. It should be a very interesting night!

This Sunday December 18, 2005, starting at 4 AM, Dieter will finish his 115 mile bike/run from Tijuana to Laguna for his charity Running Home 4 Teens.

Running Home 4 Teens raises money for teens suffering from depression, suicidal tendencies and or substance abuse.

The finish line event is from 4 - 6:30 PM at The United Methodist Church located at 21632 Wesley Drive in Laguna Beach.

Dieter Schmitz is a good guy with a passion to help teens in crisis. Show him some love and visit his charity at rh4t.com

After Dieter finishes his event tomorrow he will put the last chapter in his book, Laguna Beach, My Run Home.

LC will be at the Aegean Nightlife Tonight

Our Laguna Beach girl Jessica Smith just landed the dream job of a lifetime.

She is going to be the spokesperson for Let's Go Travel Guides. What exactly does this dream job entail?

According to gadling.com she will get to choose her travel locations, blog about them, and make personal appearances.

She is going to really grow from this experience. This type of travel is not in five star hotels. It is budget. She will travel all over the word, stay in youth hostels. Which are way more fun than a hotel. It's dormitory style, and you meet fellow travelers from all over the world.

Not only will all her travel be free, but she gets paid to do it. She made a smart choice with this project.

Stephen and LC visit Washington U

Stephen and LC went to Visit Washington University in St. Louis. Together they did an interview with Student Life.

In the interview LC divulges that she is STILL with Jason and that whole Talan Kim Stewart engagement/breakup was a publicity stunt. I KNEW IT!

Kristen Gets This Party Started

Kristen Cavalleri will be hosting a show on UPN with Extra's Ethan Erickson.

It will premier on January 24, at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Hiring that publicist sure has paid off. She's my favorite cast member.

They will be making some dreams come true for some "deserving people". Be it a Birthday Party, Anniversary, Wedding, Engagement, or some other big event.

It sounds to me like Extreme Makeover, Party Edition.

"One Last Wave"

Season Two, Season Finale

After we get to be jealous of the guys at the beach surfing, Kristen, Jessica, and Alex H are sitting around a table discussing what their futures may hold.

Jessica tells Kristen that she can see her as a Television Host. I can see that!

Kristen tells Jessica that she is going to be driving her family around in a minivan. I can see that too.

Kristen tells Alex H that she would have her own boutique.

We go over to Taylor's house and she is packing. Alex M. is crying (a theme for most of the girls) because Taylor is leaving.

Next, we are over at Lauren's house. LC is packing. Stephen drops by to say hello. She is not crying, but I would be if I had to leave that house of hers.

LC is excited to be moving to LA. Of course she is! She can leave that whole mess with Jason behind and start over. LC said she had "a momentary lapse of reason" with that whole Jason thing.

Then, it's back to Kristen. She is sitting on the beach and looks like she just lost her best friend. Stephen the social butterfly that he is, stopped by to spend some time with Kristen.

Throughout the entire program, Kristen is the most emotional, which is very surprising. Kristen is usually such a rock. She is so strong, I admire that quality in her.

We get a second scene with Kristen, Alex H, and Jessica together. The girls hug and cry their eyes out. At least Alex H will be in LA with Kristen. Jessica will be staying behind to finish high school.

Talan and Jason say good-bye to each other. Of course Talan tells Jason he loves him. Is there ever a time when Talan doesn't say I love you to someone?

I really think the title of this episode should have been "One Last Wave of Tears". I understand them being so sad, all good things come to an end.

We now have Season Three to look forward to.

We will at least have LC's little sister and Jessica. I'm sure that some of our old favorites will be in there sometimes when they come home for a visit. Especially Kristen and LC because they have the strongest ties to season three cast members.

The best news is we will have "The Hills". We can watch Lauren in LA during her Teen Vogue Internship!

Lauren Conrad is going to be in a Laguna Beach Spinoff. We all know she is moving to LA right? Along with most of the cast. MTV will be filming LC during her Teen Vogue Internship. I'm sure we'll be seeing lots more this seasons cast on that show.
