Because it is free, there isn't enough profit being made for anyone to be able afford placing a Linux advertisement on television. If someone could afford it, and if it did convert an unrealistic number of people to Linux, the person would still loose the money that he spent on the ad.<br /><br />This doesn't mean that there aren't any amazing ads for Linux, however. I found all of these on youtube, and have never seen them anywhere else.
