Why is half the population going to die of the Swine Flu? Because 1/2 the population consists of corrupt police officers! Isn't that funny?

I often wondered why, back in the 60's, the police were called "Pigs." After all they did not resemble pigs. They did not have square noses or curly tails.

What made the revolutionists call the police "pigs?" Well, for what ever reason, I enjoyed the fact that the police "conquered crime," were the "hero's" of today. And, I wanted to be one, desperately. I often thought about the glory and the prestige of saving one's life. A police officer is what I wanted to be when I grew up!

But, today, being an associate in the science of the Administration of Justice, I now know why the revolutionists called the police "pigs". It is not because the first letter of the alphabet begins with "P" but it is because they take and take and take. They take your whole soul.

Well, some people will say, "Only Jesus can take your soul!" And, "They can only take your soul if you let them!" But, it is just as well because those "Christians" are the ones that help the police take your soul.

California stuffs you with education you cannot use in Oregon. If you were raised in California as a professional woman, expect to be treated as the "farmers daughter." Female gender discrimination is definite. For instance, men are allowed to reside in the mountains of Bly illegally while women are harassed by rogue cops and their menacing punks.
When you arrive in Oregon, expect lots of strange bugs. California has earthquakes and fires, but Oregon has bugs. For instance the pine beetle epidemic that threatens our national forests.
Law enforcement can target and treat you as a "terrorist" because you report crime. Once you become noticed expect to have a wrongful death action filed. Law enforcement love to use their sirens. Accidents can mysteriously occur while driving on their snow ridden streets and highways. (We have an epidemic of bicycle accidents)
Although the judicial courts in this county discourage defamation, statutes, local law, the rule of law, case law and set precedent does not matter and litigation only prevails if you have an attorney from such universities as Harvard vs Princeton, Columbia vs Suffolk, or whatever law school the Judge prefers.

There seems to be 1,000's of Klamath County Law Enforcement Officers slithering back and forth, back and forth, to "discourage crime."

California steals your children for minor reasons. Oregon doesn't take the children until they are half dead. (Foster child's death gets attention of lawmakers); (Gresham foster kids abused despite DHS checks)

California is a prison state. Oregon wants to be a prison state.

In desperate attempts to violate the law, a new scheme, endorsed by the American Bar Association, is to send out improper and ambiguous "30-Day Notice" to tenants in anonymous names. You will return it to the Post Office and find yourself out on the lawn when the Judge orders you to evacuate your home within 4 days. (If you open someone elses mail you can stand Federal charges)

The opposing lawyer then declares "under penalty of perjury" the 30-Notice was never returned. The Judge declares in the commission of his duties, "ALL unknown occupants received proper notice."

This is not the first time these sub-human beings wait until the freeze to kick you out in the streets in reprisal for cross complaints.

My Nightmare At The Horse Packing & Wilderness Skills Clinic

The Horse Packing and Wilderness Clinic is, in my opinion, THE EVENT OF THE YEAR. As a woman victimized by the U.S. Government in all it's evil and glory, it is the event I muster all of my courage to come out of my isolated detention headquarters to attend.

The first time I attended the Horse Packing and Wilderness Clinic, I met a wonderful person who is one of the most very popular and in demand horse hoof specialists.

Each of the four years I attended her clinic, I learned something wonderful about the strategy of barefoot hoof care and every year I hoped I could come up with the fee and arrangements to cargo my horses to her remote paradise in Northern Oregon.

About a month before the Clinic at the Klamath County Fairgrounds, I decided to go online and check into her website. I saw someone named Nancy Ash in the details as a person extremely involved . I knew a Nancy Ash in California. As thoughts raced through my mind of past trauma, the memories resurfaced. I put myself in the denial mode contending that it was not THE NANCY I knew from California. How could it be? She was way down south and I was way up north.

Nancy started out as a friend of mine. She was a professional teacher who took a two year horseshoeing class with me. We became close through the years and suffered long hours in the freezing tempertures of a wide-spaced metal barn that made the snowy seasons often unbearable while learning instruction.

Nancy knew of the hostilities I had suffered at the hands of the U.S. Government and the human trafficking element the U.S. has subjected me to. She knew of the psychological, physical, and mental torture and corruption involved before the U.S. ran me out of California.

When your family gets wiped out by the U.S. Government, there are scores of people who know you are vulnerable and they begin to notice your life is hanging by a thread. The over abundance of these people revel in cutting the thread so that you collape in the eternal horizon of hell. Nancy became one of these persons.

When the Klamath Fair gates opened, I started my journey at the largest educational and interactive equine expo in Oregon until I winded up at my favorite booth for hoofcare. My favorite ultimate equestrian source greeted me with a hug. Then I noticed the back of a woman who looked like Nancy. Sure enough, as the lady turned around, I realized it was THE NANCY ASH who betrayed my friendship and cut the last thread of my life as a result of a succession and spiral of events.

The situation became kind of like when someone you know is about to die and you think you can prepare yourself for their death. And, you prepare and prepare, but when the time comes and that person dies, you aren't really prepared at all.

In good loving fun, I panicked and ranted some negative soliloquy. After all it wasn't Nancy's fault she filed the legal action that she did. It was only evidence of what the U.S. has subjected me to. And, as I walked away, I can imagine the slander she informed my favorite ultimate equestrian source with. Sure enough, the shroud of darkness began to cover my favorite event of the year.

I circled back around wondering how I was going to have to contest the defamation when I notice my favorite ultimate equestrian source had a laptop sitting on the table of her booth. I discretely informed Nancy that she was on my website. When her curiousity got the best of her, I keyed in the website hoping that http://kinispolarbear.bravehost.com/ would forever stay in the memory of the laptop where my favorite ultimate equestrian source could stumble on the truth.

There are cruel office politics, school-yard and workplace bullying, and electorial campaign tactics of abuse. But, who could ever imagine a dirty scandal at one of the most pleasant happenings of the year. Once again I would be black-balled and ostracized like a criminal predator fit for the king of sexual deviants.

We're So Sorry, Mrs. Spitzer!

NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer resigned because of his involvement with a call-girl service at Emperors Club VIP and a call girl named "Kristen". Just think of how many people Mrs. Spitzer has slept with. For every woman he slept with, she has slept with. For every woman/man and child they have slept with, she has slept with.

Luckily, "Kristin" is only 22 years old, so the amount of people Mrs. Spitzer has slept with may be limited. Coming from an orthodox Jewish and Kosher family myself, I can "legally" declare that is pretty darn Kosher!

A woman in Klamath Falls, Oregon has managed to compile a dossier and has uploaded evidence of how adjudicators have flouted international law and their own guidelines. While repression and discrimination continue to rage, this woman has been criminalized because of her sex orientation. Though she has worked very hard for no or low wages or welfare benefits, the U.S. Government will not allow her to be economically independent.

Her fears of discrimination and violence have gone heedlessly imposed upon her as inevitable and her campaigns for economic, social and legal rights for herself and her family has taken on all forms of discrimination.

This woman has been forced to live underground having to rely on men to assist her because the U.S. Government and their tyranny have failed to consider her asylum claims. Housing and other resources are so scarce that she is being forced to travel to jurisdiction to jurisdiction while facing judicial abuse and harassment.

Though she has worked very hard for no or low wages or welfare benefits, the U.S. Government will not allow her to be economically independent. She has done a mountain of caring work for nothing, but still has not been given back her $100k trust estate monies and resources needed to make choices, including sexual choices. Her campaign against loss of child custody, police arrests, anti-lesbian violence, criminalization, as well as being forced to live an underground existence also remain heedlessly at risk.

Hatred at all levels are breaching Gender Guidelines and International Law in Asylum appeals. Her work is being unvalued and devalued, and is being unwaged and low-waged. Wealth and profit is coming from her work, yet her values of survival and welfare have been dismissed.

The Science of Insulting Women

Picking up women has been getting plenty of press these days, leading up to this week’s premiere of the VH1 reality show The Pick-Up Artist. The show follows eight “socially inept” men through an eight-week boot camp on seduction techniques, led by a self-proclaimed Lothario called “Mystery.” The headliner (whose real name is Erik Von Markovik) initially found fame after being profiled in Neil Strauss’s 2005 book The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists, and went on to co-write his own book, How to Get Beautiful Women Into Bed: The Mystery Method.

Under particular discussion is a pickup technique that Mystery advocates known as “negging” — a move that involves interjecting an insult during an initial conversation with a woman. The motivation behind the insult is, as Esquire’s A.J. Jacobs puts it, to “lower her self-esteem, thus making her more vulnerable to your advances.” While this tactic has provoked considerable ire, by all accounts from Strauss and his skirt-chasing Svengali, it seems to work.

Meanwhile, the psychologists Steve Stewart-Williams and William F. McKibbin have been researching the topic of men insulting women, publishing a study called “Why Do Men Insult Their Intimate Partners?” in the July Journal of Personality and Individual Differences.

Their first set of data consisted of a survey of 245 men with a mean age of 25.8, all of whom had been in heterosexual relationships for a mean length of 43.1 months. Each man was asked to record how often he insulted his female partner in the course of a month, choosing from a list of 47 insults divided into four categories: “derogating physical attractiveness” (e.g. “You’re ugly”); “derogating value as partner/mental capacity” (e.g. “You make my life miserable” or “You’re stupid”); “derogating value as a person” (e.g. “You’re useless”); and “accusations of sexual infidelity.”

These men were also asked to record how often they performed any of 104 acts labeled “mate retention behaviors” during that same month, including “direct guarding” (e.g., secretly following a partner when she goes out alone) and “public signals of possession.”

A second set of data came from 372 women who were asked to detail the number and type of insults they received from their partners, as well as the males’ mate-retention behavior rates.

The results showed that men who piled on the insults (particularly those in the “derogating value as partner/mental capacity” group) were far more likely to engage in mate retention behaviors, suggesting that “men’s partner-directed insults may be deployed as part of a broader strategy of mate retention.”

Next, maybe Stewart-Williams and McKibbin will turn their attention to the relationship-initiation phase and gather data on “negging.” Or maybe they’ll tackle a question that many would surely like to know: if it’s successful for men, does it work for women as well?
