anyway,.. this is my push,.. So, not as crazy as it sounds,.. GAWD,..think I could get paid for this stuff, wouldn't you? I DO believe that's where our golden haired boy is gonna end up, think about it,.. you got to know he respects Fisher, and you know that goes both ways, hell, they probably got a secret love-child somewhere in Montana, don'tcha know.
Anyway, this makes god awful GREAT sense to me, and it should to you to, look at the case here,.. or I'll state it, then,
the Rams are WAY under the cap, and have exactly no offensive talent, Peyton could bring his slowly building entourage intact, he's already got Reggie Wayne with him, Dallas Clark, too, think Jeff Saturday's in, and who else did we hear, Garcon, the goober, believe he went ahead and resigned with the colts, no matter, got Steven Jackson, a BEAST, he's got at least this next year to be good to go for,.. think how he'd be rejuvenated by the entourage,.. can you imagine, Peyton with a "punishing" running game,.. seriously,.. don't they also have the beginnings of a fair to middlin' O-line there, as well,.. they used to have the two biggest Tackles in the world,.. anyway,.. Saturday can get those boys in line pretty quickly,.. all that leaves is just a few tweaks here and there,.. on the defensive side of the ball, and what up?,.. who ya got,.. Jeff Fisher,.. pretty decent defensive mind there, on him,.. now that Gregg Williams won't be around to go all blitz wacky,.. think they may even have a legitimate shot at a ring, or three,..

Peyton, you've really got to give the Rams some serious, and I mean SERIOUS consideration,.. what ya'll think?

11 18 35 46 54 30

In years past, I spent a considerable period of time as a surveying technician with private firms and government agencies across the United States. I was never a licensed surveyor, but I worked at various times as chainman, instrument operator, party chief, and office technician. One aspect of the profession that still attracts me is the geometry. The work of surveyors is intrinsically dependent upon the fact of certain geometric concepts.

Surveying procedures are based on geometry, but they propagate mostly through training and tradition. Unfortunately, bad practices are passed along the same way. By maintaining a connection with the underlying theory, we can understand our work better and perhaps avoid trouble. On the job, I sometimes tried to influence others on questions of procedure, but my success was spotty. People simply did not connect with those three-dimensional sketches that I would draw in the air with my finger. That is the motivation behind this article. After all these years away from it, I am taking time to explain some of my points properly.

Topics:

Draper Land Surveying & Landscaping Co., Inc.

Maybe we can call it Draper L Squared, or Draper to the L, or Draper LAND Services, I think I like that one,..

Draper LAND Services, Inc.

I think we'll start CUTTING your grass for our clients as well,.. most of them need cutting when we get there, anyway,.. we'll offer to cut the grass for $100.00 per acre, and we'll divide it down, so, if you have 0.25 acres, that'll cost you $25.00 for us to cut it when we got there,.. 0.35 acres = $35.00, 1/2 acre lot would cost you $50.00 to get it cut, we may even string along w/ a weedeater a bit, if you wanta offer us a little gratuity, as well, ya'll know how that lawn-mowin' gig is, it's a HOT ONE, but it sure does make a COLD beer taste a whole lot better.

If you're interested in this service, please let us know, or maybe hang a sign that says CUT ME!.

We could also continue mowing, I suppose, at the same rate, every week and a half, or so, until the property is out of your hands,..

This is a neat little accessory,.. would be GREAT for Flood Certs, for one thing that I can think of right off the bat, another, I guess, would be to maybe take pictures of corners that are in dispute, if you've set one, and maybe having problems with the neighbor pulling up the pins, or something,..
Lots of uses, that's just a couple I could think of just thinking about it,..

This reminds me of a discussion I had with a rural landowner a couple of decades ago while I was surveying an oil well site on a nearby property on behalf on an energy company.

He asked me how long I expected to be in the area and asked if I would place a few lath along his property line so he could build a fence. He indicated that he would slip me $300 as a thank you.

As it turned out, the property line in question ran for a mile through a largely forested area. After a search, I determined that the original monumentation defining the property line had been lost requiring re-establishment. After having a search done by my office and reviewing what I would need to do to locate his property boundary for a fence including the physical effort to run and mark the the line, I gave him an estimate that was closer to $1500 not counting travel time. This was in the pre-GPS days so there was substantial work required to re-establish the property line.

He got quite upset, telling me that all he wanted were 'a few lath' put up so he could build his fence. I explained that what he really needed were 'a few lath in the right place'. It was the last part that cost $1500; I would have provided the lath for free.

I think that we often overlook the fact that we provide a service to build a survey plan per legislated requirements and professional standards to protect public interests, not just sell the finished survey plan as a commodity.
