Imperitura, malgrado il caldo, continuo a fare funzionare il forno. Anche perché non c’è niente di meglio che coccolarsi a colazione con un dolce fatto in casa. Una colazione “lenta” fatta sul balcone di casa, quello che abbiamo ribattezzato il balconcino dell’ozio e della pigrizia, leggendo un buon libro e perdendosi nel verde del panorama circostante secondo la filosofia del #vivereinvacanza&lt;/div&gt;

Di quanto lo yogurt conferisca morbidezza ai dolci ormai è cosa nota e di quanto le ciliegie belle carnose e profumate stiano bene con le gocce di cioccolato fondente è cosa che sto scoprendo in questa estate. All’inizio volevo chiamare la ricetta melanzane alla parmigiana “light”, poi melanzane alla parmigiana “eretica”. Poi però essendo io una cultrice nonché purista e divoratrice delle vere melanzane alla parmigiana la cui invenzione è la riprova che Dio esiste e vuole che siamo sommamente felici, mi sono limitata a chiamare questo favoloso piatto tortino di melanzane grigliate con ricotta e scamorza. Vi metto indicativamente le dosi della ricetta per la teglia che vedete in foto, ma badate che questo piatto più che dosi dovrebbe seguire il mantra del “&lt;i&gt;più ce ne metti, più ce ne trovi&lt;/i&gt;”.&lt;/div&gt;

La scorsa settimana ero a fare un servizio fotografico ad un corso di cucina toscana in un agriturismo della Valdorcia. Beh... qualche cosa ho imparato anche io e proprio ieri sera ho preparato la ricetta del pollo alla vernaccia e zafferano, autentica delizia semplice da preparare, da gustare ad occhi chiusi. La ricetta originale toscana prevede il coniglio pertanto a vostro gusto potete sostituire il pollo con il coniglio.&lt;br&gt;

Questa torta ha una storia bizzarra. L’ho infornata intorno 
alle 3.30 di notte. No, non è l’insonnia da menopausa bensì volevo fare qualcosa 
di goloso aspettando che Marco e Junio tornassero dalla prova notturna della 
parata del 2 Giugno.

Insomma in solitaria la notte sistemavo le ricette e sono incappata in una vecchia ricetta di Sale &amp;amp; Pepe. Ovviamente l’ho variata secondo il gusto di casa e la 
disponibilità della dispensa, ma soprattutto ho riciclato un vasetto di yogurt 
bianco (al posto della panna) che stava in frigorifero da troppo tempo e del cioccolato fondente che doveva essere utilizzato prima dell&amp;#39;estate.&lt;br&gt;
Ho sfornato una deliziosa (di nome e di fatto) torta al cioccolato fondente profumata di caffè e rum tra le 
più soffici fatte sino ad ora. E’ perfetta così spolverata di zucchero a 
velo, ma se volete strafare la potete anche farcire con una crema al latte

Anche il pane profuma d’estate! Un pane alla menta non mi 
sarebbe mai venuto in mente di prepararlo se non che sfogliando il libro “Il 
pane, 100 ricette tradizionali delle Dolomiti” ecco che l’occhio mi cade su 
questa curiosa ricetta. Un pane veramente dall’aroma particolare e rinfrescante 
che ho servito “bruschettato” con un doppio condimento: una parte condita con 
pachino, tonno, scalogno; l’altra condita con fagioli cannellini bolliti e trito 
di cipolla rossa di tropea. Entrambe le variazioni irrorate dal nostro olio 
extravergine d’oliva e qualche fiocco di sale grigio bretone. Da provare!

Non so voi ma personalmente i muffins salati li preferisco a quelli dolci. Sono ottimi serviti come antipasto, come aperitivo o più semplicemente per un pic-nic o una merenda pomeridiana.&lt;/div&gt;

E già il titolo la racconta lunga. Nati per caso ieri notte quando da un cassetto, cercando uno specifico pennello al silicone – che ovviamente non ho trovato – salta fuori una confezione mai aperta di 6 cannelli presi chissà dove e chissà quando. E da quella scoperta mi ronza in testa l’idea di provare a fare i cannoncini. Quanto sarebbe bello almeno una volta nella vita sfornare quei sifulotti cicciosi, che poi si possono riempire di qualche deliziosa crema proprio come quelli che vendono nelle pasticcerie. E così  verso mezzanotte si parte con questa nuova avventura. Sulla farcia, non c’è storia che tenga, la famiglia ha votato a gran voce per la vile Nutella malgrado le mie proposte di creme più particolari. Buoni??? No! Assolutamente di più!!! Paradisiaci con quell’aspetto a tutto tondo così rassicurante e poi goloso e poi solare e non ultimo grondante di voluttuoso cioccolato.&lt;br&gt;
