With our new casino advert going live today, we needed to make a whole host updates to reflect the new offers and promotions. These are three of the automated messages that are sent from the website. New account, Non Depositer, and Games account. These were designed to continue the feel of the advert on to the website.

You can see from the advert that we tried to keep the look and feel as close as possible. These will run for 6 weeks, the run of the TV campaign.

Football Emailers

Football is the most important sport in the betting calender. As such we spend a lot of time telling customers about all the deals we have on and the great prices and offers. It is our job to keep this creative fresh and interesting all year round.

We do this in a few ways. Up to date information and prices, and information about the best offers. You can see here a selection of the style of mails we send out. All of which have the latest odds, that click through to the website market to make it easier to place the bet. In some cases much like the Notting Forest Emails these are branded to the team/teams, and sent to a smaller selection. Moving forward the intention is to have team specific emails. Personalisation of emails and communications are the future of this market place.

These get sent out on a Friday afternoon so to hit the customers inbox by the weekend.

Nottingham Forest Prize Draw

As the shirt sponsor of Nottingham Forest we try to support the team as much as possible. This was an email shoot to anyone that has placed a bet on Nottingham Forest, and anyone registered in the Nottingham area. With a 1st prize of a directors box on the centre line, and signed shirts, and 1000′s of free bets, this was a great competition.

This consisted of an email, and landing page. The email broke our brand guidelines as we wanted to include some of the feel of the Nottingham Forests Branding. So it was important to balance the two brands equally. This has taken some time and as you can see went through quite a few iterations.

The landing page was quite simple. All we wanted from the player was there name, account number or username, and email address. So we mimicked the branding of the email to give the user a sense of completion, and safety.

The final product worked very well and we had a great response rate from this campaign.

For these posts I always search for creative print advertisement for a brand or with a theme. Today I have a selection of creative ads made for Ikea. I think you all have heard of Ikea… if not: IKEA is a privately held, international home products company that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture such as beds and desks, appliances and home accessories. The company is the world’s largest furniture retailer. Founded in 1943 by 17-year-old Ingvar Kamprad in Sweden, the company is named as an acronym comprising the initials of the founder’s name (Ingvar Kamprad), the farm where he grew up (Elmtaryd), and his home parish (Agunnaryd, in Småland, South Sweden).

360-Degree Wembley Stadium Panorama Gets Thousands of Facebook Tags

Photographer Jeffrey Martin has created an impressive 360-degree, 10-gigapixel panorama of the Wembley Stadium in London.

The photo, taken at the the FA Cup Final between Manchester City and Stoke City on May 14, was created from almost 1,000 individual high resolution photos, which makes it the largest 360-degree sports panorama ever created.

The Wembley 360 project is now attempting to stitch and fine tune the entire panorama in just 24 hours, inviting football fans who were at the game (or know someone who was at the game) to tag the individuals in the audience through Facebook. At the time of this writing, the panorama is tagged with more than 18,900 individual tags.

To create the photo, Martin used a digital SLR and a zoom lens mounted on a robotic tripod head that turned and snapped the photos continuously until it captured the entire space inside the stadium.

Martin, who was commissioned by the Wembley Stadium to create the photo, is known for his 80-gigapixel London panorama and the 40-gigapixel Strahov Monastery Library panorama, the largest indoors photo ever created. In a similar project last year, a photo from the Glastonbury music festival in England received more than 9,000 Facebook tags.

Recently I’ve been talking a lot about business cards and the quality of the printing. Many printing companies will charge extortionate amounts of money, and deliver great cards, others will do the job very cheaply, but then cheapen the brand with thin card. I’ve been looking into quite a few different printing companies out there. Moo.com has come out top for quite a few reasons. Not only is the printing professional, and the quality great, but you can have up to 50 alternative backs. On top of that you can have small print runs of 50 cards for only £10.99, meaning you can print cards for everyone in the office.

With this in mid I’ve produced a few examples of business cards to get you going.

These business cards take advantage of the amount of backgrounds you can have at moo.com. I’ve started you off here with the three primary colours but why not go wild and have up to 50. How about one shade into another? The choice is yours.

These were designed to hold a large amount of information, but still keep that minimal look and feel. Lime green is very in at the moment, but if you would like to tweak this again its quite simple.
