			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>John Ferguson is running for a position on the Las Vegas Cay Club HOA board. He has asked me to post some info about him and ask all owners for his support. I think he would be a great addition to the community! The election will be held at the annual meeting of the HOA, on 23 June 2009.</p>
<p>    1. I have an MBA.<br />
    2. I have been owner and manager of a small publishing business for 30 years.<br />
    3. My company is located just one mile from the Las Vegas Cay Club.<br />
    4. My company owns seven condos in the Las Vegas Cay Club.</p>
<p>Here is my agenda:</p>
<p>    1. Enhance the market value of the condos.<br />
    2. Enhance communication among owners.<br />
    3. Enhance the living conditions of residents.<br />
    4. Comply with all laws. </p>
<p><strong>Update as of June 15th</strong><br />
<em>I learned today from Joe Jordan each unit owner has two votes.  As opposed to voting for two different candidates, the owner may cast both votes for the same candidate, by marking two &#8220;X&#8217;s&#8221; next to the candidate&#8217;s name.  I am respectfully requesting that you cast two votes per unit for John Ferguson.</p>

I don&#8217;t have all of the exact details on this yet but it looks like the fees will go down by 30-40% and this could happen in the next few weeks. I have a copy of a letter and a proposed budget that has recently been sent to all of the owners. I will be posting more info as I have updates on this. Check back later in the week.</p>
