Fort Wayne Funk Orchestra

I have completely enjoyed being a member of the Fort Wayne Funk Orchestra. After three in a half years, it has become time for me to move on. Be sure to go out and support the FWFO and their new keyboardist Quinton Walker.

Be sure to also check out their great CD ‘Funk Band For The Common Man”. The Fort Wayne Funk Orchestra recorded, mixed, and mastered their debut album at Sweetwater Sound. The album is released by King City Records. The album will be available at their release party, at all Wooden Nickel Records locations, and all digital formats via their website at FortWayneFunkOrchestra.com beginning February 4th.

Formed in 2014 by Aaron King the Fort Wayne Funk Orchestra have achieved some notable success early in their development. Performing for the Down The Line 9 concert at The Embassy Theatre covering the great Earth Wind & Fire, as well as in concert for Rock the Plaza, RibFest at Headwaters Park, Three Rivers Festival, BAALS Music Festival and the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, also on a regular basis the Fort Wayne Funk Orchestra performs shows at such great music venues as Club Paradise, Four D’s Bar & Grill, O’Reilly’s, Dupont Bar & Grill and Columbia Street.
