It\'s unbearable without pain medication. The meds make it disappear very quickly, but who wants to be taking a ton of them every day? Again, I couldn\'t care less if someone comes up claiming that they invented it and not me, because I DID come up with this all on my own. I don\'t care if you did it before me - blow me hahaha. Many things have been invented simultaneously by ppl unaware of eachother.\n\nTHAT aside, It\'s an alternative way of switching feet when shuffling. I believe it\'s a bit too difficult for beginners, so don\'t bother for now if you find yourself in that undesirable state :) \n\nIt\'s a great little technical variation for more advanced shufflers though :)\n\nEnjoy - oh and I TOO am new at this move, so I know I mess it up a few times, especially with music, But this is also the first time I\'ve done it with music... that coupled with trying to film a video, and it\'s fair to say that I have some improving to do!
