But then I found a way of getting free contents like images, web templates which are very useful, good and legal at the same time.

The are different ways you can find free contents from the internet.

If you want to find something, search with its name + "free and legal". If you found something interesting, go for it.

CC is a web licensing website which provides licenses for various projects, images, videos and almost all the type of data available on the internet. So if you want something legal and free, go for the Creative Commons. CC provides a number of licenses which can be added to your site too. CC0, CC1.0, CC2.0, CC3.0, CC4.0

Things with CC0 license is absolutely free to use for any purposes. CC2.0 needs some attributes

CC3.0 needs attributes/credits and it cannot re-sell as it is.

There are different ways you can find a website which provides free contents with CC licenses.

a. Check for CC badges

Check if there any badges with CC placed in the website you want to download things, and if it is there, check for the license type. Some websites provides things but you need to give credits for them in your website.

CC provides an amazing search tool which connects you to other search engines. CC provides a filter by which you will get CC licensed contents. To get this go to CC Search and you will see a search bar and you can type what ever content you needed and you can select what search engine is to be used to search. The search engines like Google, YouTube, Flickr, SoundCloud, Pixabay are available for searching. By selecting the search engine, you will be re-directed to the selected search engine with the searching query with CC's filter filtering the results. Now you will get a number of results which are associated with any of the CC's license.

Most of the Windows users are now migrating to Windows 8 and 8.1 and are now exploring the great possibilities of apps which are available tablets and smart phones. We have crutches for support in walking if we have a broken leg or it is helpful using for people who have lost their legs. But using crutches is somehow a bad experience for people who have got a sudden change in their way of life. But how could we became satisfied when are not able to do a normal walk. It can be attached to your legs and it have the ability to control your motions as you go on and it will do a normal walk for you. There are many other walking assistant devices are available now a days and this is the new breed in this area. It helps people to climb stairs and walk through slope surfaces. They have been developing this device since 1999 and have more advanced features than others. This device can learn your walking style while you are walking and can make decisions on the go by lifting your legs and extending forward. There are also some drawbacks are there which it have a less battery power which last only for a few hours and you cannot walk using this while raining or on the wet floors. Now they are leasing 50 pairs of such devices out to hospitals in Japan for providing assist to disabled people. By this, they are trying to improve the quality of these devices by providing this to common people and by taking feedback from them. The Honda Walking Assistant have some of the intelligence of the ASIMO robot which was created by Honda where they implemented the limb movements as that of ASIMO to Walking Assistant. They are studying about the walking styles of human since ASIMO and they implemented some technologies to Walking Assistant also.

Yesterday I happened to see a link from a mail which I got from a support centre showing some screen proofs. I just amazed at the well edited screen shot that I got from that link. It was a nice one and I got the link to download the software from the page which helps to create such screen shots. Some times I too may take print screens of things to be added in to this blog but I got upset of editing each screen shots one by one which may take much time for adding text, marking and cropping and doing some little editing.

But I got this tool which is very handy which can create customized screen shot immediately. They provide many options like uploading directly to web, sharing on social sites, editing using pen, changing colours, adding texts and helps searching on Google Images for similar images. The most interesting thing I have found is I can drag the selected portion along the screen and can customize the size of the selection any time I need. It will show the size of the selected part and so that you can accurately fix the size of your screen shot. Website templates are always useful for people who don't know web designing and web developing, and if you are a student like me, you could scratch code for studying and can use some codes out from there.(follow copyright rules). And if they are free then you are lucky. There are many paid/premium website templates which are available in the market and you have to pay a large amount for them. But some organizations or websites allows to download free templates which some can be used without any obligations and some should use with courtesy. Anyway if they are free you can use it without any headaches. But truth is most of the free templates are not so much useful or may not contain enough resources to do your work.

Google Ngram Viewer: A mind reader

Most of us might not heard of some of the amazing products Google have. Among them is this app which helps to understand the views of people from the past centuries. Google Ngram Viewer, released on mid December 2010, helps to understand the outlook of a writer or some people about a thing or a subject.

This app helps in finding the importance of a person or a place or a thing about a period of time among the people by searching books from different writers (As most writers are aware of the present scenario, they will do a case study or do some fiction on a specific topic). This might be in a good sense or in a bad sense, whatever it be, this nice web application which is associated with the Google Books helps to assess people's interest from a time range.
Google Ngram Viewer is a phrase-usage graphing tool which shows the percentage of count of a phrase or a word according to some year limit as a graph. A user can chart a single phrase/word or a number of phrases seperated by commas. Also user can search from a number of corpus from the Google Books, a digitized library of books from different languages and categories from AD 1500 to this time. Google Ngram Viewer collects data from AD 1500 to AD 2008.
The Google Ngram Viewer allows user to search from different corpus like American English, British English, Hebrew, Spanish, Italian,Russian and so on. User can input a range of years like between 1993 to 2004 or something. Another thing is the smoothing, shows the smoothing of the graph from a range of values from 0 to 50. Also a user can do an advanced search on interesting phrases by giving any mathematical expressions (add,subtract,divide,multiply) or a special corpus selection ( : ) operator for selecting the corpus. Each operators are specialised for different purposes. You can download the raw data for the searched phrases.

As I found this interesting thing while browsing for something, I searched for some of the keywords and was amazed by the resulting graph. For example I searched for 'Engineering' and the result was an inclining at the beginning and declining at the middle of the graph. I searched for Information Technology from 2007 to 2008 with a smoothing of 0 and it declined from an average percentage of 0.00018% to 0.00015% (not accurate). Google is giving the output by analysing millions of books and billions of words. Google gives an accuracy rate of 85% for English from the old and the new literature. And the accuracy rate may be different for other languages. But for sure this helps to analyse the mental, intellectual and emotional views of people from different age and time.

Till then coin for Rs. 150 was the most valuable one issued to commemorate the 150 years of Income Tax Department of India. Rs. 1000 coin was issued to commemorate 1000 years of a temple in Tamilnadu. According to the sources the coin weighs 35 gm, and it contains 80% of silver and 20% of copper other than from the normal 50% of silver and have a perimeter of 4.4 cm. The coin was issued by the Mumbai Mint.

Access localhost while in Proxy Server

Sometimes when you get into the localhost while in a proxy server there comes an error shows the requested URL could not be retrieved at all and shows an invalid request. If you are in a proxy server you can get rid of this by making sure a small thing,

Goto Start>Configure proxy server

If you are using Windows 8 the click the Windows key>Press Win+W(Settings)>Configure proxy server

Then click on Lan settings > At the proxy server below the proxy address check the Bypass proxy server for local address > click OK.

Reload the localhost again and you are done!

Today I will tell you how to remove Google search results which are some kind of explicit like things against your personal security, or things related to sexual abuse or any content that could be harmful to your interest. Google have provided some good tools which could remove such kind of contents from its own search engine. Want to see the previous version/look of your site/blog in its original form? The previous version means the color graphics, templates, flash contents and all the so called things before you changed it to new form. Google have the answer. They stores your site/blog in their servers. They are called cached pages in Google.
You can find the cached page and cached time of your page by searching your page in Google. Just search your site in Google, below your site result there is a green arrow pointing downwards and just click on that and you will find 'cached' link and click on that link.
Now you will be directed to your old page which the Google was cached.

Labour day is an international holiday celebrated for and by workers around the world. Actually this is a day for everyone who is working even for students who works in someway sometimes like me.
The Google doodle describes about the techies, painters, gardeners, mechanical, pilots, and may be scientists. Any way Google wisely included everyone in that doodle. And that was an amazing doodle I've seen nowadays.

How to remove comment box from pages in blogger

Here is a simple trick to remove the comment box from a page in blogger. Last day I've created a sitemap for my blog and I've published the same and then found that the comment box is also included in the page. I felt its not good and checked if I can remove it. And then I've found it! Its just a simple thing which is already included in the blogger.

Now how to remove the comment box?

Just remind that this is only applicable for static pages which were created from the pages tab.
Now go to Blogger Home and select the Pages tab

Home>Pages

Here you will see a list of pages you have created. If don't, you can create a new one from there.
Go to the edit button of the page you have to edit.

In this post I will tell you how to successfully partition your hard disk in Windows without getting your system crashed. Last week I've tried to expand my partition and my PC got crashed. As it was my new laptop I have a Windows 8 Single Language edition and I've done 3 simple partitions earlier. I have tried to create another partition using a third party partition manager keeping in mind to install Windows 8 Pro along side with Windows 8 Single Language. World's Lightest Material Ever Invented!

The Chinese scientist Prof. Gao Chao of Department of Polymer Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University and team invented the world's ever lightest material which might have a good role in pollution control and purification.

It has a mass of 0.16 milligram, according to the Scientists which is less denser than air. The previous record holder is an aerographite. The new material is 12 percent lighter than the previous one. It was made up of graphene which is a lightest compound of carbon.

But now it is possible for one to make any object in 3 dimensional view using a printer manufactured by Cubify™.From the first view it drew loads of crowds at CES. More than the crowds, more than the fun look of it, the company made a great effort in creating such like one for the past 25 years.

It allows one to essentially manufacture a design as a prototype and with minimal waste makes it more efficient than other.

The printer is actually geared toward kids. Rajeev Kulkarni, VP and General Manager of 3D Systems, the creator of Cubify, told that they're really aiming these at 8 to 10-year-olds to make their own toys, science projects, crafts and more. Essentially, they're making it exciting for the next generation of designers and engineers.

Toshiba Announced Thinnest Android Tablet

Toshiba released a new Android Tablet REGZA AT200A claiming that it is the world’s lightest and thinnest 10.1-inch tablet available in the market. It is having weight-535g and from front-to-rear measures 7.7mm, and offers display of highly unbelievable wide view.

It feels pretty attractive, especially with its magnesium chassis ie., a brushed metallic back made of magnesium alloy that looks very attractive compared with the plastic feel of rivals such as Samsung's Galaxy tablets. The AT200's glossy screen is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. Although it's likely to launch with Android 3.2, Toshiba promises an over-the-air (OTA) update to the latest version, Android 4.0, though no date has been given.
