I’m trying to learn Latin on my own time. Are there any forums where I can ask Latin veterans questions and such?

Had Latin or some form of it become the language of daily life in the ancient Roman province of Africa?

Many other Roman provinces such as Italy, Gaul (France), Romania, Hispania (Spain, Portugal) were heavily Romanized and adopted Roman language, culture and custom. Had the same happened to the province of Africa before the Arabs arrived in the 8th century? How many people in Roman Africa used Latin or some form of it as their daily language before the 8th century?
