#THROWBACKTHURSDAY: TRACIE SPENCER "TENDER KISSES"

2014-12-04T08:00:00.005-05:00

Let's step into the 90s for a second. Remember a little television show 'Family Matters'? If so, do you remember the episode when Eddie got a job as a bellhop for a hotel and ran into RnB sensation Tracie Spencer whom he had a crush on. Who can you forget that unforgettable duet they had together in the hotel room? No one!!!

Whatever happened to the beautiful and talented Tracie Spencer?!

Well anyway this is one of my favorite songs of the 90s and I just wanted to share her amazing voice with you all for today's #THROWBACKTHURSDAY!

LIFETIME PRESENTS: WHITNEY 'THE MOVIE' [PHOTOS + TRAILER]

2014-12-04T08:00:00.003-05:00

January 17 at 8PM, Lifetime will premiere its biopic of the late great pop singer Whitney Houston. America's Next Top Model runner up YaYa DaCosta will be playing 'THE VOICE'.

Just like the atrocious Aaliyah movie Lifetime debuted last month, Whitney's family gave no musical rights to the network and production. Here's the shocker, Angela Bassett is directed the entire movie. Without Whitney's music, I bet you're wondering where the music is coming from. Well, singer Deborah Cox recorded some of the songs that will be used in the movie and YaYa will have to lip sync to it.

Angela Bassett says the movie will focus on the highs and lows of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, creating the ultimate music industry love story. The film will not focus on her untimely death. Earlier this year once the film was announced Whitney's daughter, Bobbi Kristina had some not so nice things to say about Angela Bassett not casting her in the movie.

At least the photos look like the movie will be official, but without the original music and voice of Whitney, I don't think anyone can get into believing this movie is a true biopic. YaYa perfectly has Whitney's mannerisms down to a T. I'm not feeling the person playing Bobby Brown though.

Nicki Minaj strips down with this new record. More and more we're beginning to see Nicki Minaj as a human being and not the commercialized entertainer we're used to. "Pills N Potions" kicked it off with introducing us to a vulnerable yet softer Nicki.

Just 12 days away from her third album The Pinkprint, Nicki Minaj dropped another song off of the album titled 'All Things Go'. Written by go to songwriter Ester Dean, Nicki gets really personal on this record talking about an engagement about a decade ago, an abortion when she was just 15 and her highly talked about persona in the industry.

Lady Gaga revealed a lot on her recent appearance on the Howard Stern show this past Tuesday (December 2). While not directly coming out saying she got raped, of course the controversial Howard Stern dug it out of her.
Once going on about the incident in her teenage years, Gaga defends herself and the events of what happened by saying:

“I don’t want to be defined by it. I’ll be damned if somebody’s gonna say that every creatively intelligent thing that I ever did is all boiled down to one d–khead who did that to me. I’m going to take responsibility for all my pain looking beautiful. All the things that I’ve made out of my strife, I did that.”

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! MAN ATTACKS PREGNANT WIFE WITH McDONALD's McCHICKEN

2014-12-04T08:00:00.000-05:00

What do you do when you're not allowed to use words as a weapon? Next best thing is to use a McChicken sandwich.

An 21 yr old Iowa man by the name of Marvin Tremaine Hill was arrested and taken into custody yesterday after her allegedly beat his pregnant wife with a Mcdonald's McChicken sandwich.

The story goes as this, around 1:00 PM Marvin Tremaine Hill's wife woke him up telling him she brought him a snack for lunch. Marvin then allegedly took the sandwich and began to assault his wife repetitively. His wife then called the cops and scurried to the bathroom, where Hill then managed to throw the bun in her face.

Cops arrived with mayonnaise on her face and shirt. Hill's wife nose was then swollen. Talk about turning the tables, Hill expressed to the cops the two were fighting over something and made his wife seem like the aggressor. The reason for Hill's actions is all because "he doesn't like McChicken sandwiches".

Hill is now being held in Polk County Jail, a bail hasn't been set.

KELLY ROWLAND'S MOTHER DORIS ROWLAND GARRISON PASSES AWAY

2014-12-03T10:58:00.001-05:00

Today is not a great day for smiles and joy. Another star has lost their mother due to an ailment that has not yet been announced.

It hasn't yet been confirmed by members of the Rowland family or those close to Kelly such as Michelle Williams and Beyoncé of Destiny's Child. The only source to confirm the loss of her mother is ABC13 Houston news reporter, Foti Kallergis.

The news is breaking just weeks after the birth of Kelly Rowland's first child 'Titan' with husband Tim Witherspoon. Their child is Doris's first grandchild. My heart and prayers are with Kelly Rowland and her family.

TODD TUCKER'S MOTHER, MS. SHARON PASSES AWAY FROM STROKE

It is with such sadness, television producer and husband of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Kandi Burruss, Todd Tucker lost his mother Ms. Sharon reportedly from a stroke.

Late last night both Todd and Kandi took to their social media accounts to grieve a woman who has been so supportive and loving of their marriage and to themselves. Ms. Sharon appeared on episodes of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' as well Kandi's spinoff show 'Kandi's Wedding', as you watched her love her son as if he was her own man.

It's very unfortunate such a terrible thing such as a stroke can just happen and take away someone's life in an instant. Ms. Sharon was very entertaining. I'm pretty sure she's giving Heaven the time of their lives. I didn't know her personally but through the television she was a woman that reminded you of someone close to home.

Today I lost my partner, my ride or die my best friend! I don't know what to do? I'm lost! My heart hurts so much! She was a fighter, a warrior for her son! It was me and her against the world! She's in a better place!! Mom I love you to death! Rest in peace!

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN 'NUDE' PREGNANCY PHOTOS + INTERVIEW

Kourtney Kardashian wears pregnancy fashionably and even in nude!

Kourtney Kardashian had the internet buzzing yesterday with the release of her nude pregnancy photos by DuJour magazine. A magazine who also photographed Kim Kardashian's pregnancy photos. Styled by Monica Rose, the reality starlet business mogul mother of two about to be three is busy filming the 10th season of her family reality show 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', managing flourishing DASH boutiques in Miami, New York, Beverly Hills and The Hamptons as well as being a supporting girlfriend to troublesome boyfriend Scott Disick.

In an interview with the magazine, Kourtney discusses her decision to go nude in front of the world, her body image, critics reactions and more. Kourtney Kardashian will ultimately remain the prettiest and classiest Kardashian of them all. Kourtney has a pretty tasteful fashion sense when she is or isn't pregnant. Her style is always landing the front cover of magazines.

Here's What Kourtney Had To Say In Her Interview With The Magazine...

What made you want to take these pictures?

I had done a nude shoot when I was pregnant with Mason, really last minute just for myself, and I love it. The photo is hanging in the entry of my mom’s house. It actually used to be in her bedroom next to her bed but Bruce would always make a comment about having it in his room. But it was really beautiful. This time, we were shooting for our show, and everyone on our camera crew was like, “You are so comfortable just walking around naked and pregnant!” And Scott, who stopped by with Kim said the same thing to me, like “How are you fine just standing there like naked with all these people around?!”

So you’re not self-conscious as a pregnant person?

To me, nudity is not something to be ashamed of. I’m not embarrassed of my body. I’m at my best when I’m pregnant. It’s such an amazing feeling, the transformation that your body goes through. There’s something about that that’s so empowering and beautiful and I just really embrace it.

How do you hope people will react to these pictures?

I don’t know. It’s what a woman’s body is made to do, so I hope it’s maybe seen as something that’s artistic. This was something that initially I did for myself just to capture the moment in my life, but these photos are beautiful and I’m happy to share them. And I like how raw they are. It’s my body: I’m not trying to impress anybody or be something that I’m not. But in general, I don’t really care that much about what people think. It doesn’t rule my world. I did this because I wanted to and it made me happy.

Would you sit for a nude portrait if you weren’t pregnant?

I would never say never, but I don’t think so, no. What appeals to me is celebrating the shape of my body being pregnant and capturing that time in my life. I wanted to do something that felt authentic to me rather than being pushed in a certain direction by somebody else. The appeal was to be involved in something I would say I had more control over than other photo shoots. No one telling me this is how you’re going to look and how you’re going to pose. It’s a wonderful thing to be able to show my children these photographs one day and say, “This was you inside.”

NEW MUSIC: K. MICHELLE 'ANYBODY WANNA BUY A HEART' [FULL STREAM]

2014-12-03T08:00:00.007-05:00

PHOTO CREDI: K. MICHELLE INSTAGRAM

This by far is K. Michelle's best album ever!!! I have never heard such a production like this since Beyoncé's '4' album. I thought this new album was going to be just like her last album, Rebellious Soul. I am totally wrong, the songs and lyrics on this album do not compare to her last.
K. Michelle is more raw and stripped down singing about more of her personal life and experiences within relationships and life itself. VH1 and K. Michelle have gave us a special treat before December 9. They are letting us stream the entire album in promotion of the new work. K. Michelle's sound is a bit more richer and so crossover, she has a country track on the album.

Not to be mistaken for Momma Dee's "I Deserve", this one actually sounds better.

Yesterday happened to be Teairra Mari's 27th birthday and as a gift to herself and for the fans, she dropped the full version of her song she created with Yung Berg "Deserve". The song was heard and performed on this week's episode of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.

This may be the comeback song for Teairra Mari beings though she is now a free agent looking for a home to call her own. Would have been a dumb mistake to throw the song away if she had decided to reunite with ex bff/castmate Hazel E. Yung Berg is really the hit maker, I think he saved Teairra with this one.

MEEK MILL'S 'FREEMAN' CONDITIONS...

Not So Fast Mr. Mill...

Philly native rapper Meek Mill was released from jail yesterday after having to serve a three to six month stint in jail. However, his debt to society was cut short and Meek Mill was granted an early christmas gift. The reason behind Meek Mill's early dismissal from jail is that he had completed three jail programs. Meek Mill unfortunately couldn't promote the release of his sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money this past September due to him being incarcerated for a violation of probation in July. Meek Mill is on a strict lock down that will prevent him from touring until he completes the following.

Meek Mill is not allowed to travel outside of Philadelphia whatsoever until he has completed his anger management counseling as well as some community service. No say how long both programs will be but it shouldn't be that bad. He can still promote his album from home, I think he can. He has more than enough money to get his album pushing for a 2015 album of the year.

I hope we all haven't forgotten about Jazmine Sullivan's powerful voice?!

Her third album Reality Show got pushed back so much it's kind of hard for us not to forget about Jazmine Sullivan. Especially when she's already taken a long break from the industry. Through a break and many push backs we can say Jazmine Sullivan sings and delivers. Just as she does for the new video for her second single "Forever Don't Last". The beautiful video is directed by Jazmine herself with her mother.

SLEEK AUDIO VS. 50 CENT RESULTS IN A FROZEN BANK ACCOUNT

2014-12-03T08:00:00.002-05:00

Tsk Tsk Tsk Mr. 2 Quarters, This is what happens when you take an idea and try to profit it for yourself.

Rapper 50 Cent (estimated worth $140 million) is in big trouble with audio headphone company Sleek Audio. I guess the headphones industry is where it's at (hence: BEATS). The company filed a major $17.5 million judgement against 50 Cent in which the courts sided with the company.

Sleek Audio fights 50 Cent stole their design and he tried to runaway and market it himself with the idea. Apparently the two had came in terms with a marketing deal but 50 allegedly had another agenda up his sleeve. However, since 50 Cent didn't pay the $17.5 million judgement, the company has every right to garnish his wages and freeze his account (PERSONAL).

Not a bother by the fiasco at all, only 50 Cent's personal account has been frozen but he still has access to his assets and business bank accounts. The man does have money and he's from the streets. I wouldn't be surprised if 50 steered away from paying Sleek Audio and continued hustling his money into his pockets.

Welp! Call That STUNT 101.

NEW MUSIC: DAWN RICHARD 'PHYSICAL'

There IS life after Danity Kane after all...

Dawn Richard releases music ahead of her Danity Kane days. Before the reunion of Danity Kane last year and this year, Dawn had two solo albums out that did very well. They were noted as the heart series. This third and last installment of the heart series is titled 'Blackheart' which will be out January 15.

The leading singles so far of the album are "Blow" and "Professional" but now Dawn brings a different type of track more mid-tempo, retro, viper room attitude esque. "Physical" is the name of the new single and I'm really feeling the song. Do you like Dawn as a solo artist more or when she's with Danity Kane?

COMING SOON: RAE SREMMURD 'SREMMLIFE' EP

2014-12-03T08:00:00.000-05:00

Are you familiar with the popular hip-hop songs heavy on rotation "No Flex Zone" and "No Type"? Well if you didn't know the two young rappers who are responsible for the catchy tune are readying to release their EP 'SREMMLIFE' January 6. You should be familiar with their song "No Flex Zone" as many popular artists did their own covers as well as hopped on the track as a remix.
Interesting fact about the duo group, their group name is backwards for 'DRUMMERS EAR'. Wonder where they came up with that concept. Slim Jimmy and Swae Lee, who make up RAE SREMMURD hail from Mississippi. Their EP is executive produced by none other than go to hit producer Mike WiLL Made-It.

Their next single is "Throw Sum Mo" featuring Nicki Minaj and Young Thug slated for an iTunes release on December 9. I have a feeling the two are here to stay, killing the hip-hop industry with unforgettable hooks and lyrics. They even debuted a new video for a song that will not be on the EP titled "Illest Walking".

TASTY TUESDAY: SUNNY'S CEREAL CONFETTI COOKIES

Tis' the season to stock your dining room with christmas cookies delight.

The holidays are all about tasty treats and satisfying meals. I'm one who loves to have a little bit of treats in a jar or bin to help bring in the holiday spirit when I'm not cooking. I've always been a cookie type of guy. Especially chocolate chip and sugar cookies.

I came across Food Network's own Sunny Anderson's beautifully presented 'Sunny's Cereal Confetti Cookies' and I just thought I had to share with you all. The fact that it's already sugar cookies but with a bit of Fruity Pebbles cereal (which happens to be my favorite) just got me excited to bake and try.

I incorporated M&Ms in my chocolate chip cookies but I never once thought to add cereal to the mix. I can't wait to try the cookies once I bake them and share them with you all. Have you ever done this before? What type of treats do you keep around during the holidays?

NICKI MINAJ 'THE PINKPRINT' TRACKLISTING

2014-12-02T08:08:00.000-05:00

Slated for a December 15th release date, Nicki Minaj yesterday released the official track listing for her third album and might we say the features on this album just might make it album of the year come 2015. Nicki teams back up with Ariana Grande, Lil Wayne, Drake, Chris Brown, Beyoncé and more this third time around. Only thing is most of the songs are the singles that have been released already. I wish there were more songs on this album.

You have never seen an interactive video such as the one you're about to see!

Trey Songz dropped the engaging visual for his new video "Touching, Lovin" feat. Nicki Minaj yesterday and this video is nothing like we've ever gotten from Trigga himself. This video invites us into his wildest fantasies.

In the video it's your destiny to choose which fantasy sequence Trey goes on from a selection of hand pick gorgeous women. Nicki Minaj does serve in the video as the main sexy seductress. However, if you thought soft porn was wasn't intense then you'd might want to coin question this video. The elements of the video are sexually appetizing I shall say.

Who knew Trey Songz had such a wild animalistic fantasy?! If you want to know what I'm talking try taking your own conquest in Trey Songz's new video for "Touchin,Lovin".
