Today's series has a famous Canadian comic Russell Peters. Since I am in Canada I looked up for some comics here and found out this wonderful guy.

I love his style and had a great time watching his show. I selected some clips from a whole lot of them. So here you go ...

Laughing is a very healthy activity and it heals the human body both physically and emotionally. More than half of the health problems that we face are side effects of our emotional being, and if we are happy we will definitely be healthier.

Laughing makes you happy for a moment and it may make you happy for the whole day. So if you give at least ten minutes everyday to yourself, forget everything and have a good laugh, you would be a healthier person.

So what I am actually saying is:

"A Laugh a day, Keeps the doctor away..."

Now for today's dose of laughter...

which I guess is why several of us died of tuberculosis.

Life is full of things we can laugh at (and things that laugh at us), To make things easier and lighter we all need a good laugh.

Lough Out Lout : Part 2 is to do just that, give things that make you laugh and laugh loud, in fact laugh out loud, (what's the part 2 all about, beats me.)
