Kateryna said she wanted something magical for her maternity session, with her daughter being a big part of the session as this would be her last pregnancy. We did a series with some gorgeous flower crowns and a maternity gown for a more whimsical looking session, love love love how these turned out!

I definitely have a love for the mountains! When I drop my kids off at school in the morning and head to the gym or to a shoot, and I can see the sun casting such a beautiful glow over the crisp mountains, it brings so much peace to my soul! I love looking at the mountains from a distance and feel so lucky to have them in clear view where I live. But even more, I LOVE shooting a family session in the mountains! You really can’t get a bad shot, even in the winter, when everything in town is brown and dead, the mountains cast such a beautiful backdrop any time of year! And Quarry Lake Park didn’t disappoint this year when I shot this family a few weeks ago. Thank you Sampson family for trusting me to capture your family bond, with each of your unique personalities, and create some memories for you to cherish!

My first season with my new box was a huge hit! Everyone, young and old loved climbing into the box to create silly, fun and tender family moments! I loved capturing those moments! Win win for everyone :). Here are a few samples of what we were able to create the last couple months! Last one miiiiiiiiight just be yours truly with my very own littles!
