If this is your first time shopping at Ralphs remember to always use your loyalty card. If you don't have one simply ask for one at the customer service desk. Ralphs will double coupons, but won't go over $1. For example, a 25c coupon will double to 50c, and a 75c coupon will double to $1. They will only double the first like coupon.

Hello everyone....Is it possible that you get manufacture coupons without buying the newspaper??? ABSOLUTELY!!
Here's how:
1. Find a friend or neighbor who is willing to give you their coupon inserts. You'll be surprised once you ask. In exchange you may want to give them a bag of groceries every couple of weeks, or whatever you want of course.

2. Post an ad on craigslist and see if there is anyone who is also willing to give you their coupons.

3. Visit a Starbucks or a McDonalds, a lot of people purchase the newspaper and do not take it home, or leave the entire paper there. Usually there is a separate bin for recycled newspaper, and if you ask the employees will let you simply look through them and take whatever you want. I just walk in sometimes and just go straight to the bin. Unless the stash is sitting on the other side of the counter you may want to ask.

Walmart is teaming up with Aqua Fresh to teach kids the importance of oral care. Click here to visit Walmarts page and there is an interactive screen that is fun for the kids. Hopefully you will get better luck than I did because some of the icons were not available for me to see yet. There is a very valuable coupon on coupons.com for $3/2 Dove Products at Walgreens. If you buy the body wash you will be able to get them for $0.50 each after coupon. If you have trouble finding it, look for a banner towards the bottom of the page.
