Hi there,

I am going to study maritime law as one of my electives for my thrid year. Looking at the recommended books, which is Christopher Hill's and Aleka Mandarake-Sheppard's,they are both very expensive (£90 and 160 each). There is only 1 copy of each in the library and that just seems way to little to rely on.

Need help on an assignment question.

During a motor race in birmingham a car spun out of control killing the driver, a marshal and 4 mechanics. The Lord Mayor wants to appeal for funds for the families of the deceased and for the distressed surviving drivers, mechanics and spectators. Advise the Mayor
