Sister was here yesterday helping me with household chores and a neighbor came over later. Today the ATT tech was here about 8:30. He gave my internet an upgrade. When he finished my internet speed went from 6 Mbs to 23 Mbs download and upload from 65bs to 3.5 Mbs. I went to Lakeway for prescriptions and eggs 87 cents a doz. Supper was an omelet out of last night's leftovers with biscuits and tomatoes

Had doctor appointment this morning then returned in the afternoon for prescriptions. Amazon delivered a package, a watch. Supper was oriental pork.

Had very early Doctor's appointment in Oak Hill. After Dr appointment went to Sam's and got olive oil for myself and weenies for a neighbor. Sam's delivered a package, fruit cups. Supper was burger patty with cheese in wheat bread, sliced tomato and fruit cup.

Went to Bee Cave for a curbside order at HEB then spent the remainder of the day watching season 4 of Yellowstone. Supper was bbq beef with potatoes and corn.

Went to the tax county tax office in Oak Hill this morning. Not only did the tax office have a wonderful view but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a handicap placard. Sam's delivered some protein bars. Supper was chicken soup and cornbread.

They finally captured the zebra that's been on the loose for two weeks in Spicewood. No one claimed the animal so I don't know what they will do with the animal. Yesterday on the way to Lakeway I stopped in the Sweetwater subdivision and picked two DVDs, season 4 yellowstone and Dune. Got both from the Lake Travis Library bookmobile. Set up another Amazon Echo Dot. This one does everything your normal dot does but it is twice as big having several speakers making it's use mainly for music. Balanced the portfolio. Sold all my Walt Disney shares, ATT split off Discovery so I got 36 free shares. Looks like I won't be able to get the handicap parking permit in Burnet county. Have to get it from the county where the doctor practices. Travis County has a tax office in Oak Hill so that won't be too bad. Today Willie Nelson announced a 10 day music festival at his house, ranch, and western village less than two miles from my house. Supper was pasta, broccoli, chicken and peas.

Went to Lakeway for physical therapy then stopped at grocery store. Healthy choice cafe dinners were 4 for $5. Target delivered a package, shirts. Stopped by primary care doctor to pick up paperwork for handicap parking. Will have to go to DMV to turn in the paper work, I can probably do that in Burnet where it will be way less crowded. Supper was a couple slices of pizza.

Neighbor came over to visit. Set up another Echo Dot, one with much better speakers. Solved a problem in the computer software. Called ATT to get them to raise my internet speed, the tech will be here Monday afternoon to do that. Supper was beef, rice and broccoli but that did not taste good so supper ended up being grill cheese and a big glass of milk.

Another hot one 107 degrees. Replaced my second generation echo dot with a fourth generation echo dot with clock. Supper was beans, eggs and a tamale.

Set up a new blood pressure machine and oxygen sensor. Went to Lakeway to pick up prescription. Amazon delivered a package, shirt. Manager called telling me my next door neighbor has covid real bad and for me to stay from him. Supper was rice, beans, tamales and a peach.

Called Scott and White and got an appointment for a Covid booster shot. Amazon delivered a package, wrist brace. Went to Lakeway for groceries. Milk $1.49. Apple juice 99, cantaloupe $1.87, cooked seasoned shredded chicken $5.47, and salad 99. Supper was roast beef sandwich and onion rings.

Has doctor appointment and treatment in Oak Hill and the treatment really tired me out. Amazon delivered a package, skillet lid. Supper was rice,beans , cornbread and corn with chicken.

Went to Marble Falls to show my neighbor where to renew his driver's license. After that we went to Whataburger. I was very disappointed with my burger, it was not very good at all. I won't be going back there anytime soon. We stopped at HEB then home. Sam's delivered a package, laxative and Amazon delivered trash bags. Supper was okra with potatoes and chicken and a side of mashed potatoes.

Another scorcher today 110. Our power went off about 2:30 this afternoon and the manager was not here. I walked to the main breaker box and reset the main breaker, power was restored. That lasted about an hour then power went off again, I went and flipped the breaker again. Thirty minutes later the electrician arrived and fixed the problem but we were without power for 45 minutes while he worked on the problem. Today and tomorrow is Amazon Prime Day. Today Amazon delivered a 8 inch skillet lid and it fit my skillet so good I ordered another one for a 12 inch skillet. Supper was pasta with ham.

Went to doctor in Lakeway. Didn't realize it was as hot as it was I guess because I had a big floppy hat on. Less than a half mile from the doctor's office the high was 109.8. The high at my house was 110.3 and we got 0.06 rain even sister and I went through a tremendous rain storm on the way home. Late lunch at Raising Cane's. Neighbor came early this morning telling me they found a leighbor dead in his RV. That neighbor only lived two trailers from me only. Don't know the cause of death, he was about 65 and a very very heavy drinker. Supper was okra, potatoes, onions and roast beef.

Went to Sam' and to pickup prescriptions in Lakeway. Neighbor came over to visit. He will need a copy of his birth certificate to renew his driver's license. I'll Make him an appointment at the county clerk's office in Burnet Texas then take him the the courthouse in Burnet. Supper was cheeseburger and potato salad

104.5 degrees today. Watched sports on TV most of the day. Cooked chicken enchilada casserole and served it with a ear of corn.

105.6 degrees today. Went to Marble Falls to get my Driver License renewed, HEB and Dollar Tree. Supper was pasta and pizza.

106.2 degrees today. Had doctor's apointment in Round Rock today. Supper was fajita burger and corn on the cob.

102.6 degrees today. The power went out at 4 PM so I called the manager and found out he was in Oklahoma. I then called the owner who arrived and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Called the Marble Falls Driver License office and got an appointment to renew my DL. Visited with 6 neighbors during the power outage. Fixed the TV. All I did was attach the antenna, turned it on and it worked but had a real bad echo. Power cycled the soundbar and that fixed the sound problem. Cooked fajitas this morning, supper was the fajitas, corn on cob and tostada.

104.9 degrees today. Had a appointment at the Scott and White Clinic in Lakeway for a blood draw. Got the Vote by mail application today, I'll mail it tomorrow. Neighbor came over this morning asking me how he could register to vote. Went online filled out a voter register application and had it sent to his address. Watched the January 6 hearing on an internet channel and went to change the TV to local over the air channels all I got was a black screen. I tried everything to get it to work but no luck. The internet channels work fine but no local TV. Messed with it awhile then decided to get the 32 inch TV out of storage and it worked fine. Supper was garlic bread, mixed fruit, stir fry vegetables and lime tuna steak.

102.7 yesterday 103.8 today. Visited with two neighbors and did two loads of laundry. Sam's delivered the last of tshirts, three for myself and three for a neighbor. Supper was ham sandwich baked beans and corn on the cob.
