I'd apologize, but I really don't see the need. I've just been lazy and busy being lazy doing other things. When I decided to start this blog, I figured it wouldn't take a whole lot of effort. Well, I was kind of mistaken. It doesn't take a whole lot of effort or time, but I like to do things that take no effort at all. As one who grew up in that tradition, I was a bit confused in high school when the characters of Romeo and Juliet began to sound like the Prophet Elijah and the Apostle Paul. Anyway, that's a long story and it's going to be hard enough to make my point now that I'm spending all this time typing.

I was lying on my bed when I had a brief epiphany. I realized that the word "sloth" in KJV speak, really means "lazy". I didn't grow up Catholic, but I'm vaguely familiar with the Seven Deadly Sins. Not enough to name them, but enough to know that Sloth is one of them. I'd recommend learning about the Seven Deadly Sins by watching Bedazzled (the 1967 version with Dudley Moore). Back in 1997, I had a great computer game called Afterlife. It taught me about the Seven Deadly Sins and the Seven Virtues.

A place to go to learn about Sloth directly is here. I just discovered this site today and it's worth exploring. I'd write about Sloth myself, but it's nice that this author did it instead. It gives me time to go surf the net some more.

too lazy to get a beer

I discovered a new and wonderful gem of modern technology. A lot. For me, being lazy is not thinking. If I'm forced to think, then it needs to be as little as possible. I have to confess that the whole abbreviation thing -- while I think it was at least somewhat amusing -- actually required a lot of thought and, therefore, a lot of effort on my part.

Those who know me know that while I'm exceptionally easygoing (i.e. lazy) about almost everything, I'm very particular about grammar and spelling. I actually don't normally use abbreviations and I've found it taxing to concentrate on how to use them in this blog.

So, from now on, I will write in a manner that requires very little thought -- and effort -- for me: without abbreviations.

haters aren't lazy.

i guess that's y i'm not 1. i've been reading these comments & i have 2 think of a response, but that'll take a while. i have an xbox 360 now and i found that it's not like work 2 sit and play games

if i'm so lazy

why this blog?
