<h2><strong>Ingredients (makes 4 servings):</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces</li>
<li>Salt and pepper</li>
<li>1 tablespoon melted coconut&nbsp;oil (or any cooking oil)</li>
<li>1 batch teriyaki sauce (see below)</li>
<li>Optional toppings: toasted sesame seeds, thinly-sliced green onions</li>
<li>1 red onion</li>
<li>1 red pepper</li>
<li>1 green pepper</li>
<li>1 yellow pepper</li>
<li>200g broccoli</li>
<li>100g green beans</li>
<li>200g shirataki noodles</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Teriyaki Sauce</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 clove garlic (peeled and minced)</li>
<li>2 tablespoon of soy sauce</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of honey</li>
<li>2 tablespoon of mirin (sweet rice wine)</li>
<li>2 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of cornstarch</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><strong>Directions</strong>:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Season the chicken with a few generous pinches of salt and pepper.&nbsp;Set aside.</li>
<li>In a large sauté pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat.&nbsp;Add chicken and saute, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink on the inside.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, as the chicken is cooking, prepare your teriyaki sauce (whisk all ingredients together until combined)</li>
<li>Once the chicken is almost ready to go, add vegetables (onion, peppers, broccoli and beans) and stir fry for about 3 minutes.</li>
<li>Add shirataki noodles and stir fry for further 2 minutes</li>
<li>Pour the teriyaki sauce over it, then toss to combine until evenly coated.</li>
<li>Continue cooking until the sauce reaches a simmer and thickens.</li>
<li>Remove from heat, and serve immediately</li>
<li>Garnished sesame seeds</li>
</ul>

<h2>INGREDIENTS (makes 4 servings):</h2>
<ul>
<li>3 cloves garlic (minced)</li>
<li>1 tbsp ground cumin</li>
<li>1 tbsp ground coriander</li>
<li>1 tbsp turmeric powder</li>
<li>1 tsp ground allspice</li>
<li>1/2 tsp ground ginger</li>
<li>Pinch of cayenne pepper</li>
<li>Salt and black pepper to taste</li>
<li>1 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li>1 can chickpeas</li>
<li>1 small onion (diced)</li>
<li>1 small red pepper bell (diced)</li>
<li>To serve:</li>
<li>4 wholemeal pita with pockets</li>
<li>1-2 handfuls chopped lettuce</li>
<li>2 tbsp hummus to serve (optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><strong>DIRECTIONS:</strong></h2>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 200C.</li>
<li>In a medium bowl, combine minced garlic with all spices.</li>
<li>Add in the olive oil and stir until paste has formed.</li>
<li>Stir in the chickpeas, red onions, and red pepper, using a spatula to toss and coat.</li>
<li>Transfer chickpeas to a roasting pan and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes until chickpeas are hot</li>
<li>and onions are tender.</li>
<li>Slice each pita in half and heat the pita until just warm enough they are pliable. Open the pocket and</li>
<li>spread hummus in each with a knife. Follow with a handful of lettuce and 1/4 of the chickpea</li>
<li>mixture. Repeat with remaining pita halves.</li>
</ol>

<h2><strong>Ingredients (serves 4)</strong>:</h2>
<ul>
<li>500g extra lean beef mince</li>
<li>One tin of Italian chopped tomatoes</li>
<li>Small tin of red kidney beans</li>
<li>Handful of button mushrooms</li>
<li>2 cloves of garlic (diced)</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of chilli flakes</li>
<li>2 teaspoons of tomato puree</li>
<li>1 small onion</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of chilli powder</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of smoked paprika</li>
<li>200g of wild rice (or your preferred rice)</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Directions</strong>:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Dice the onion to preferred size and finely chop the cloves of garlic. Place a large pan on a medium heat and add a little olive oil, allow to heat for a few minutes before adding the onion and garlic.</li>
<li>Once onion and garlic have started to brown, add the mince to the pan and cook gently until the meat has browned over and drain the mixture.</li>
<li>Add a teaspoon of tomato pure, the chilli powder &amp; paprika to the mix and cook gently for a few more minutes before adding drained kidney beans and chopped mushrooms. Stri and heat through</li>
<li>Add tinned tomatoes and cook on a medium heat to low heat until the mixture starts to simmer. Leave for 30 mins, stirring occasionally, adding the chilli flakes around 10 mins before serving and season with salt and pepper to taste.</li>
<li>Around 10-15 mins before serving, add the wild rice to boiling water and cook as packet advises.</li>
<li>Garnish with cheese and parsley if desired.</li>

<h2><strong>Ingredients (makes 10 servings)</strong>:</h2>
<ul>
<li>300g old fashioned rolled oats</li>
<li>3 scoops <a href="https://ldnmuscle.com/shop/whey-protein/">LDNM strawberry or vanilla whey protein</a></li>
<li>1 tsp cinnamon</li>
<li>1 tsp baking powder</li>
<li>Pinch of salt</li>
<li>400ml milk beverage of your choice</li>
<li>2 whole eggs</li>
<li>3 tbsp honey</li>
<li>1 tbsp coconut oil, melted</li>
<li>1 tsp vanilla extract</li>
<li>250g frozen mixed berries</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Directions</strong>:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven to 190C (375F)</li>
<li>Mix oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.</li>
<li>In a separate bowl, add milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.</li>
<li>Pour wet ingredients over dry. Gently mix until combined.</li>
<li>Pour in coconut oil while continually stirring to incorporate.</li>
<li>Finally, add mixed berries. Gently fold berries into batter.</li>
<li>Grease a baking tray (23x13cm or 9×13) with coconut oil or spray with nonstick spray.</li>
<li>Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake at 190C (375F) for about 35-40 minutes. Cut into 10 slices and enjoy!</li>

<h2><strong><u>Ingredients (makes 4 burgers):</u></strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>8 slices of lean bacon</li>
<li>450g 5% fat minced beef</li>
<li>1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce</li>
<li>1 tsp. of Tabasco sauce</li>
<li>1/4 tsp. dried thyme</li>
<li>Salt &amp; black pepper (to taste)</li>
<li>1 tbsp. cooking oil</li>
<li>4 slices cheese (of your choice)</li>
<li>4 eggs</li>
<li>4 burger buns, toasted (for serving)</li>
<li>Thinly sliced ripe tomato (for garnish)</li>
<li>Thinly sliced red onion (for garnish)</li>
<li>Thinly sliced gherkin (for garnish)</li>
<li>Sliced ripe avocado (for garnish)</li>
<li>Lettuce leaves (for garnish)</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong><u>Directions:</u></strong></h2>
<ol>
<li>Preheat a grill to medium-high.</li>
<li>While the grill is heating up, cook the bacon on the stovetop in a large skillet over medium-low heat until it is just crisp, for 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels and set it aside to drain. (If you prefer to panfry the burgers, reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat in the skillet.)</li>
<li>Place the beef, Worcestershire, Tabasco, thyme, and salt and pepper in a bowl, and toss lightly with a fork to combine. Form the mixture into 4 patties, each about 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.</li>
<li>When you are ready to grill the burgers, oil the grill grate well. Add the burgers and grill for about 3 minutes for rare, 4-5 minutes for medium-rare meat. Turn them over and grill for another 3 or 4 minutes, topping the burgers with the cheese in the last minute of cooking. (Or panfry the burgers in the hot bacon fat over medium heat for 3 minutes per side for rare meat, adding the cheese as described.)</li>
<li>Place the burgers on the toasted buns, and top them with the bacon, tomato, onion, avocado, and lettuce.</li>
<li>Pan fry 4 eggs and lace them on top of burgers.</li>
<li>Cover with the tops of the buns and serve immediately.</li>
