Le App indispensabili per l'ufficio

DROPBOX

DropBox permette di sincronizzare i propri file tra diversi computer, accedere ad essi dal proprio smartphone e condividerli con amici e colleghi. Un must-have. L’app ufficiale per iPhone permette inoltre di aggiungere un file ai Preferiti in modo da poterlo aprire anche off-line.

IFILES

App indispensabile per chi vuole gestire in modo più efficace i file sul proprio iPhone. Infatti iFile si integra perfettamente con il nostro dispositivo aprendo allegati di mail, file scaricati da internet o file di altre applicazioni per poi eventualmente caricarli con i servizi di storage supportati (come il buon DropBox). Tra le tante funzioni che ha ne cito alcune: supporta il protocollo FTP, permette di condividere i file via Wifi o Bluetooth, è compatibile con AirPrint e permette l’editing di file di testo.

LISTBOOK / THINGS / WUNDERLIST

Qui c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta. Perché ListBook? Perché la sua semplicità rende quest’app più immediata delle altre. Perché Things? Perché si sincronizza con la versione Desktop, gestisce benissimo le liste multiple ed è un must-have per i fan del GTD. Perché Wunderlist? Perché è cross-platform, permette il cloud sync ed è gratis. Fate voi, io le uso tutt’e tre.

ISTUDIEZ PRO (o LITE)

Non dico che ogni studente con iPhone dovrebbe acquistare quest’app (o scaricare la versione Lite) perché c’è chi proprio non riesce ad abbandonare carta e penna. Posso dire però che poter consultare attraverso un’unica app le proprie lezioni, i propri docenti, i propri esami e i propri voti è davvero eccezionale. L’interfaccia è inoltre particolarmente riuscita e gradevole. Ad esempio nella prima schermata dell’applicazione, oltre alle proprie lezioni vengono visualizzati anche gli eventi di iCal, permettendo di avere una panoramica completa della propria giornata.

EVERNOTE

La versione per iPhone è il sostituto ideale per i vecchi (ma ancora affascinanti) taccuini. In realtà è come avere un microfono, una fotocamera ed un taccuino all-in-one.

Con My Network potrai consultare le mappe di copertura e visualizzare quale tecnologia di rete è disponibile in qualunque zona d’Italia. Potrai inoltre inviare a Vodafone le segnalazioni sui problemi relativi alla rete che hai riscontrato durante le tue chiamate o le tue sessioni internet (cadute di chiamata, comunicazione disturbata, navigazione lenta, etc): aiuterai così Vodafone a migliorare la sua rete e a fornirti un servizio sempre al top.

E' stata sviluppata per funzionare "SOLO" con le SIM Vodafone, ma esiste un piccolo "trucco" che vi permettera' di usarla con qualsiasi altro operatore : e' necessario che la prima connessione (solo la prima) venga fatta attraverso una SIM Vodafone o e' sufficiente anche un qualsiasi dispositivo (tipo MiFi o altro HotSpot WiFi) collegato alla rete di Vodafone.
